576 Returning to the academy after a long Sunday

Later, after the Pocket Cabin became empty and was stored, seven women walked to the mansion. Ester, Lupa, and Iris walked on one side, while Lilith, Sofy, and Mimi walked on the other. In the middle of the group walked Sakura with an exhausted Vincent being carried by her.

The loud dining hall was full of cheerful people eating delicious food. Aceon, Ganni, Russo, and even Bessy were present enjoying the Sunday dinner.

However, the dining hall didn’t remain loud for a long time. As soon as the seven women and Vincent being carried by Sakura entered the dining hall, the surprised residents and guests stopped while their eyes could only look at them.

The show of their unexpected entrance caught everyone by surprise. A strong woman was carrying Vincent while six others were beside him as if they were his bodyguards.

Sofy was acting nervous and strange, catching their attention after a couple of seconds. They believed it was a warning at first, but after watching Sofy nervously scratching her neck, they noticed the slave collar tattoo was gone.

Beside Sofy was a busty beauty they had never seen before. She smiled friendly and looked both kind and outgoing. Mimi didn’t look dangerous. Only her sudden appearance made them question what was happening.

“Everyone. May I have your attention, please.” Vincent said to gather their attention on himself.

“This is Mimi. She is a vampire who traveled the world, and she didn’t have someone to offer blood she liked. After meeting her today and liking my blood, Mimi has accepted to become one of us.|

The children clapped and requested to show more party tricks. On the other hand, the astonished adults couldn’t believe their eyes.

The usual Sunday feast resumed when Mimi’s introductions and Sofy’s congratulations were over. Later, they met in front of the entrance to return back to the academy.

Aceon pulled Vincent to the side and mentioned how he would try to get people to understand how the Lionheart family is good and honorable.

Vincent and Kazumi felt reassured after hearing Aceon trying to help in his own way. If Aceon could start rumors in Vincent’s favor, any positive word could help change the minds of people and be valuable to counter malicious rumors.

After Vincent thanked Aceon for his support, Bessy approached to give Vincent the usual scroll payment rent.

Ganni and Russo approached afterward, and they promised to provide more protection. They also joked about how they do not know where to look when talking to Mimi, saying how her chest is as large as her personality.

Vincent laughed, and after exchanging some small talk, he prepared to leave. Vincent sat on the driver’s passenger seat and looked at the people standing in front of the entrance.

Vincent smiled warmly after feeling motivated to keep moving forward. He saw Sakura and Mimi waving at him. “Let’s meet soon. ” Vincent told them.

Sofy took this as the cue to lead the horses to leave. The carriage left, and everyone started heading inside. Aceon also left after talking with Maid Xu for a while.

Sakura and Mimi went to the workshop after Mimi wanted to see Sakura’s work. The vampire girl’s eyes beamed with interest and awe.

“These works are so flawless that I can’t believe they aren’t on the market.” Mimi went to the table and lifted a small stick. “Even this stick with a tiny magic core fragment can pass as a makeshift basic wand that can probably see five uses until breaking.”

Sakura blushed. “Thank you for the compliment, but that is my current progress. I am still far away from using more ratio of a magic core, and I don’t know how until I can attach one complete magic core.”

“Hey, don’t put yourself down. I saw some of the dwarves work, and I must say, they have the skill, but they are also rough with their work.” Mimi placed the stick on the table and continued, “Your work is done with more care than theirs, and it shows by being rewarded with fantastic products.”
