CHAPTER 24

"We're running out of time, R-rose is in danger, D-dina is not responding, p-please" Gianna cried, Julia and Alexis are now commanding their men to drive at full speed. They are still so far from the location, they hope Ricardo's people could save their friends.

Ricardo arrived three minutes prior, he sent his men to search the area. They took the wounded men and tied them up. Gianna is crying, she keeps waking Dina up but she is still not responding, Rose is still unconscious but she's losing so much blood. She kept talking to Rose to make her stay conscious.

"They're here, please hold on for more Rose" Gianna soothed her hair, Rose smiled at the comfort. She wishes she felt that kind of care before, she is feeling weaker and weaker as time goes by.

"T-thank y-you G-gia. P-please keep H-hope s-s-safe" Rose trying her best to speak, she is like saying her last wishes to the woman.

"Please Rose, don't give up yet" Gianna cried. Ricardo's men carried the unconscious Dina and lifted Rose up. They are going to the closest Hospital in Sacramento. Ricardo called Alexis telling that the kidnappers had already left and they held the wounded one with them.

He came to his crying granddaughter, she had witnessed cruelty. He will make sure whoever took her mother away will pay big time. They went to the Hospital while he sent his people to drive after a gray car and a strange looking truck. That is what Gianna told him, what was the car they used to escape.

Alexis and the others arrived more than an hour later, she ran at her daughter and kissed her face. She misses her so much, she is thankful her auntie's made sure to keep her safe. She owes them her life, she just hopes Dina and Rose are already tended to and are going to be safe.

Julia and Alexis came to the crying Gianna, she has blood everywhere, she is sobbing uncontrollably. Julia placed a hand at her cousin's shoulder, she looked up and saw the two women, one was carrying the little blonde.

"Julia" she hugged her cousin tight and sobbed, "She's gone" she cried. The two are worried, they don't know who she was talking about. Julia rubbing her back trying to calm her cousin. Gianna wiped her tears off and looked at them.

"Rose, didn't make it," Gianna explained.

Alexis and Julia felt so sad. Rose was a sweet, kind and brave woman they met, they are now in rage and want to know who did it to her.

"Who did this to her?" Alexis growled, Amalie shivered. Her Da-da is scary.

"My brother, Stefano," Gianna confessed.

Alexis clenched her fist, he kidnapped her daughter, took Samantha away and now hurt and killed her friend. She promises in the dead body of Rose that she will make sure he will pay for his bad deeds. He needs to be tortured.

The doctor came out and looked for the family of the patient named Dina, Julia came to talk to him.

"I am the wife of her twin sister" she said and the doctor nodded.

"She is safe but needs to be attended. One of her arteries was cut and caused an internal bleeding, luckily it was just a minimal damaged and we already stitched her up. She'll be transferred to her room in a few minutes" the male doctor explained, everyone sighed in relief.

Alexis looked for Eve, she heard she looked horrible for all those wound cuts and bruises. She excused herself and went to where Amalie's nanny was. She needs to thank her personally for making sure her daughter is safe and not scratched. She saw the woman accompanied by a young man, the young man nodded at her.

"How are you feeling now, Eve?" Alexis asked the woman who was now had bandages all over her and her leg casted.

"I'm feeling much better now, young master," Eve answered with a small smile.

They had a small talk about what happened while they were taken and Alexis thanking the woman until two police investigators came in and approached them. They asked some questions about the situation that happened, Alexis noticed the young man shaking since the police officers came in. She left Amalie sitting beside Eve and went to his side.

"Are you okay?" She asked the shaking man who nodded, still afraid he would be put in jail.

The police investigator came beside them and wanted to ask a few questions to Alexis when the boy suddenly spoke, "I was one of them, b-but I-didn't-do anything. I-I d-don't know h-how to u-use a g-gun" the young man explained. The police officer was about to put handcuffs to his wrist when Eve said he was telling the truth.

That he was the one looking after Amalie and playing with her while the bad guys are lurking and watching them over. The young man is about eighteen years old, Alexis decided that he could be one of the witnesses and tell the officers to ask him what the other kidnappers look like so they could sketch it and be announced in the news.

Julia already informed Donna about what happened yet decided not to tell the bad news. She was about to arrive in the hospital. She booked a flight right after she heard from her wife that her twin sister and her friend were shot. She already told their parents about it who was supposed to be back from a business trip tomorrow.

"Where is Dina? My sister? And Rose?" Donna asked right after she ran to her wife who was waiting for her by the front door of the hospital.

"Dina's safe, but..." Julia paused looking at her wife with tearful eyes.

Donna’s worried why her wife is about to cry, what seriously happened to them, "But what?! Damn it! Tell me" she yelled, she was so anxious. Her sister and her best friend's life are both in danger.

"Rose was gone. She didn't make it" Julia blurted out with tears streaming down her eyes. Donna gasped, her tears forming in her eyes, hitting her wife, telling her she is lying that Rose is still alive.

"Noooo! Rose is still alive, stop lying! We were just together this afternoon" Donna cried at her wife's comfort.

Julia hugged her sobbing wife, she knew she was hurting a lot. They grew up together and now her best friend is gone while her sister is still trying to gain back her strength. Donna marched to the elevator, asking her wife where Gianna was, Julia told her she was waiting by the waiting area on the third floor. Right when the elevator door opened, she had long strides walking along the hallway just to quickly see the other female. Gianna saw Donna and Julia approaching her, she stood up and about to tell them that Dina had already been transferred to her room and in a few minutes could be visited.

Donna all of a sudden slapped her hard on the face, "I've told you three not to go, because I had a bad feeling but you still went" Donna pushed her by the seat and complained, "You were the one driving, you could have stopped that damn car! It was your good for nothing brother's fault, it's all your family's fault!" Donna cried and slapped her once again.

Julia, trying to keep her wife calm, suddenly heard footsteps, it was Rose's parents and older brother. They approach Julia and Donna.

"Where's my daughter?" Rose's dad asked Donna, she shakes her head no and tears streaming down her face. Rose's mother gasped, she sobbed at her husband who was trying to comfort her.

"My baby," Rose's mom mumbled, while her older brother clenched his fist.

"Tell me who killed my younger sister, Don! I'll kill him myself, a life for a life" Rose's brother said with rage, ready to kill. Donna had never seen him that angry, he was a decent and calm man, he treated them like his own little sister while they were growing up, he is five years older than his sister Rose. She is also the only granddaughter in their family, all of her cousin's are male and that is why she is the strongest of their group. Donna told him it was Stefano who shot both Rose and Dina who is still recovering and not yet awake, she also told him that he kidnapped Amalie and Samantha is now with him, held hostage.

He excused himself from his parents, asking them permission to help find and kill the bastard who killed the only princess of their family. Gianna who is listening to their conversation doesn't feel any care for her own brother anymore, he did it to himself. He messes with the wrong family with his own obsession to a woman who is already with someone else, now he needs to face the group of wealthiest family's rage.

She excused herself, she wanted to go and check on Dina, when Donna saw her she pulled her away, she pushed her away from the door of her sister's room.

"You are not allowed to be close with her anymore," Donna said with rage.

"But I want to see if she's okay" Gianna reasoned, Julia placed her hand on her shoulder and told her to not complain. She will tell her an update about Dina, and she also needs to take a bath and change her bloody clothes. Her cousin explained that everything is stressful and they need to be understanding of the situation of her own brother involved in these cases. She needs to let Donna and the family calm down for now before she can talk to them decently.

Gianna wanted to complain yet agreed. She asked if she could borrow the car they used earlier, which is Dina's car. Donna was about to complain but her wife told her to let it be borrowed and she needs to get inside Dina's room first. Gianna went to the parking lot, switching the car on bringing it to life. She cried, yelling at her own brother for killing a beautiful and kind person who is innocent. She wiped her tears and dialed her cousin's number, she needed help.

"Were you crying Gia?" Stephanie's voice was heard with full of worry.

"I need your help, Steph," Gianna said, trying not to sob.

"What's wrong? I know you're crying, who made you cry?!" Stephanie started to get irritated, knowing her cousin was crying.

"One of my friends died, one is critical" Gianna paused and sobbed, she can no longer stop it. Stephanie clenching her fist, if her cousin is asking for help it means something bad happened, "Tell me everything"

Gianna told her everything, about how her brother kidnapped Alexis' daughter, now her woman and how he shot Dina and killed Rose. Stephanie punched the wall of her house, making the woman who had just fallen asleep on her bed woke up. She promised to help find Stefano and promised not to be kind to him, she would brutally punish him. He dared hurt the people close to her younger cousin. She cared so much, he made a huge mistake for hurting someone related to the people around her.

Stefano, now with his men running away, managed to ditch the cars that were following them, they abandoned the cars they used and took another one from the nearby parking lot they found. They stole someone else's car just to drive away from the enemy, Samantha is still unconscious, she doesnt know her friends are hurt and Rose is dead.

Stefano had brought them somewhere they wouldn't think they were hiding, they are now in Salt Lake City. He checked the money left in his bag, it was not much, he needed more. He couldn't withdraw cash because if he did his enemy could find them. He thinks of someone who could help her with his money problems, the first person who comes to his mind is his cousin. He dialed her number, he knew she was awake at this time.

"Hey cousin, I need some help" Stefano blurted out once the call was answered.

"I heard what you did, where are you?" Stephanie calmly asked her cousin, she wanted to know where he was hiding Alexi's woman.

"Somewhere, but I can't tell you. I need more money, can you lend me another ten million?" Stefano said what he really wanted and why he called.

"Stefano. I won't lend you more money, you dared kidnapped an innocent child, now took our cousin's cousin woman, plus I heard from Gia you hurt the people she cares so much then killed one of them" Stephanie explained, making Stefano think who could be the one he did killed, he then remembers he shot Rose twice.

"That bitch! She deserves it, she shot me first" Stefano yelled by the phone.

"I already warned you, dare to hurt someone I know and I'll be the one who'll hunt you" Stephanie said, making Stefano shiver on how his cousin said it with chills. He knew how much she loves punishments, he witnessed it twice before, she has kinks with ropes, knives and so much more.

Stefano ended the call without saying goodbye, he wouldn't dare talk to her after that. He needs to think about who he could ask help for money. He is running out of cash and his men need to be paid for their service or else, he wouldn't be able to afford hiring them and have much security.

At the mansion of the Leone's, everyone is there waiting for updates. Alejandra had received a call from Julia that one of her friends got killed from the shot out. She told the sad news to them and they were saddened, Rose was an incredible and smart woman they had met, she had been close to their family for two years. Everyone looks at Olivia who was giggling with her son, they have been playing and she doesn't care for that woman. Why would she feel sad for losing her? She is glad that Alexis' daughter is back and the blonde was taken, she wishes whoever is behind all this would take her somewhere far away, maybe fly to another part of the world. She received a call from her parents.

"Hello mom?" She greeted, she excused herself while carrying Lex but Rachel took the little boy to play with. She went outside to the garden and continued talking to her mother.

"I had a serious talk with my second cousin, Lina. We didn't know you kidnapped Alex and kept her for more than a year. What you told us is that you and Alex eloped" Caroline, her mother said, obviously annoyed at what her daughter had done.

"Well, if I told you the entire truth, are you still going to help me?" Olivia asked, she also wants to know what her parents could do for her.

"Of course I will, but knowing your dad he might question it. You know Lina's daughter is the direct descendant of my uncle, she is a Bianchi and nobody should be messing with a Bianchi" Caroline explained.

Olivia knows what her mother is talking about, she had no idea Samantha and her were related and a descendant of her grandfather who is a Don. She is afraid that if he knows what she did, her family will lose lots of family connections and will be sent to swamp. That is why she wouldn't want to plan more kidnappings or hire someone to hurt Samantha, all she wanted was to have Alexis for herself and their son. She is thankful for that bastard who took her away, she wouldn't worry now.

Days have passed and it is Rose's funeral. Dina had woken up two days before the funeral, when she heard about the bad news of her friend passing, she was devastated. She passed out and had trouble breathing. The doctor said she is still healing and weak. That is why she had trouble breathing properly due to some complications she had during the surgery. They are now together attending the funeral of their beloved friend. Donna is beside her twin sister, she has been by her side ever since the incident happened. Gianna had a chance to visit her but she couldn't stay long, Julia tells her when Donna leaves to get something to eat or if she should go and buy her sister some flowers she loves.

Right now, Gianna is staring from afar at the woman she failed to protect. She understands how Donna feels about her being related to a killer. Alexis together with her family also attends the funeral of the woman who has been making sure her woman and her daughter are fine. It's been a week since her friend died from the accident, and a week since Samantha went missing. Her daughter kept on asking where her mommy is, and all she could tell her is that her mommy will be back soon.

Everyone gathered to finally send Rose to her resting place. Amalie wailing at her auntie who she will never see again, the twins sobbing and comforting each other, one of them is dead, the other is still missing, it is only the two of them left. They wondered how well and safe Samantha is, Rose would want her safe if she is still with them. They wonder why it was hard for everyone to locate Stefano's location when they have a huge company that runs intels until they think that someone inside is probably helping him.

"Jules, check if there is a mole in our tech security team." Alexis commanded, she doesn't want to waste more time to locate her lover. The longer it takes the thinner they could figure out where she is.

"I'm going. Maxxy, call me if you and Glenn needed my assistance" Julia said then left to go and check if there is a mole in the company.

"Glenn, did you ever brought someone inside our tech security that is not an employee or part of the company?" Alexis asked, she wanted to know if there could be a loophole that somebody was using their Intel's behind their back.

Glenn thought about it but he couldn't remember if he ever brought someone inside. He knows the rules of that company, that is the sacred place of their family and no one is allowed to get in there if they have no appointments. Until he remembered that there was a time Stefano visited him and the tech personnel had an emergency troubleshoot and he was busy talking to them and hadn't told Stefano that he is not allowed anywhere other than his office. Alexis heard him groan then cuss, she stared at him waiting for him to spill whatever it was.

"I think I know why we have trouble locating them," Glenn said, then explained what happened. He told her everything that it is possible Stefano had access to their security Intel's and they need to troubleshoot and reboot it as soon as they can so he cannot use it against them again.

"I suggest we need to troubleshoot and change the codes, then we will see if he could run away two steps ahead of us." Glenn suggested, Alexis agreed and they called Julia to tell her what they figured out.

Julia then ordered the tech personnel to do troubleshooting and decoding their system. They try to locate which place it was recently used other than their company branches. The personnel said it would take them half a day to entirely do the decoding and troubleshooting. All they need to do is wait for an update and they the locations they could found that seems odd.

Stefano tried to enter the system where he had eyes on some camera's of the Leone's and streets but when he tried to enter the code he uses, it says the system is troubleshooting. He screamed, saying why right now when he needed it.

"Look after her, give her the best food you could find and make sure that any of you wouldn't touch her or else" Stefano ordered, Samantha is still sleeping, Stefano drugs her sometimes when he feels like it.

"Got it boss," his second in command said.

"I'll be back tomorrow, if my meeting is successful I will bring you some fine drinks" Stefano promised, making his people cheer.

They have never tasted expensive drinks and it is gonna be their first, so they will make sure to do their jobs accordingly and please their boss. The guns they are using were not ordinary like the ones they used before, they are thankful to have held something this kind of guns and rifles they had no clue existed.

Stefano left their hideout and drove away, he's going to ride a chopper going back to California to meet someone he knew who would help him. He rented a chopper and paid a hefty amount for the owner to lend his chopper for a day. He will be in California for more than an hour. When he arrived he wore a facemask, sunglasses and a cap to hide his identity. Someone could probably spot him.

He bought some fine drinks, he knew he would successfully make the person he is going to meet today agree with his offer. He wants to fly out of America, it is harder to get located if it's not in the US. When he finally sees the person he is waiting for, he grabs the person by the arm and covers its mouth so as not to scream and make a noise. When the person saw him, its eyes widened in surprise.

"What the hell are you doing? Aren't you supposed to be hiding?" The person asks.

"Wow, I guess I'm really popular now," Stefano replied.

"I recently knew it was you who took Samantha. I am glad you did, now go away and get hidden" the person said, pushing him away.

They were near the parking lot, he knew the person would be parking there so he waited patiently until his target arrived.

"That's why I'm here, I need your help Olivia" Stefano uttered and took his face mask.

"Why would I help you? I don't want to get involved in your mess" Olivia said with an attitude. She wouldn't dare help him hurt Samantha.

If their grandfather knows she is involved, her family will be in a swamp or her head will be cut off.

"Because you want Alex just for yourself, and I want Samantha for myself. I only need a huge amount of money and to get out of America then we're not coming back" Stefano explained his plans to Olivia.

She thought about it, she wants Alexis to only have her and their son, she doesn't mind being Amalie's stepmom as long as she has Alexis with her by her side. She is in doubt though, if she involves herself and the Don finds out, she's a dead person.

"I'm going to refuse Stefano. Samantha's grandfather is scary, mom said her second cousin refused to let him know his heiress is missing. The moment he knew you kidnapped his granddaughter, you only have a few days left to live" Olivia explained why she wants to refuse.

"If you don't help me, I'm going to take your son away, I have my ways too Olivia. Just help me with some cash and leave this country then you can have Alex for yourself" Stefano threatened.

Olivia clenches her fist, he wouldn't dare take her son, she would die for him before he could take him.

"Go find someone else to help you, I'm going" Olivia said and left.

She quickly gets back in her car and drives away, she wants to get back to her son as fast as she can. Seeing how insane Stefano is now, she knew he could do anything to get whatever he wanted. She dialed Alexis' phone, she is now babysitting their son and Amalie, she heard she and her cousins are waiting for an update and then they will leave as soon as the results come.

"Max, is Lex alright?" She worriedly asked Alexis who was looking at Amalie and Lex playing some stuffed animals that Amalie picked for her brother.

"He is playing with Hope, why do you sound nervous? Is something wrong?" Alexis asked attentively that something's not right with Olivia, she sounds so nervous and her voice is shaky which is so rare for her.

Olivia breathed a sigh of relief, she's glad her son is safe. That bastard just threatened her little boy, they need to hire more security. She would never help someone who's nuts.

"I'm fine, I guess I'm not used to being away from him and felt worried all of a sudden" she lied.

Alexis believed she knew Olivia rarely leaves Lex away. They always go out together with some servants or when her parents bring them to go shopping.

Stefano on the other hand is punching the wall, his mission failed, but he wouldn't give up. He needs a hefty amount of cash to leave America and have a good life somewhere else. He thought of flying between Asia or Australia, it's far from the US and a huge place. He is now thinking of another plan to make Olivia agree to help him with cash.

He quickly left the parking lot, he doesn't know if Olivia would spill that he is now back in California. He needs to hide and be safe, he needs to plan for his new plan to get lots of cash. The only way he knew is to take her son away and call for ransom money. He laughed loudly inside his apartment when he figured out what to do.

Back in his base, his people are playing cards, others are watching television shows, while others are guarding the place. Samantha stirred awake in the room, Stefano kept her. He made sure it was comfortable for the woman. She look at herself, she feels so filthy, Stefano touches her in every way possible, she is thankful she fight for her dignity not to rape by him. She wouldn't allow him to touch her, she suddenly feels sick to her stomach. She has been feeling odd, and sensitive to the stinky smell of Stefano's men.

"Can you please get me some water?" She asked the one guarding her, politely.

The man nodded and left to take her a bottle of water. When he came back the woman had thrown up on the floor. He ordered one of his men to clean the mess after she was done. He made sure to give her a bin or something in case she throws up again. They knew the woman felt sick for a while now, everyone knows this woman came from a rich family and is probably sensitive to the odor of this old and dirty warehouse. The blonde suddenly fell unconscious, the man next to her who was giving her another bottle of water, quickly caught her. He looks at their leader, asking what to do.

"What do we do now?" He asked while the second in command thought of what they should do.

He ordered him to put her back on bed, he is going out and getting a doctor to check her up right after he called their boss. He dialed Stefano's number, who then quickly answered the call.

"I told you not to bother calling me, I'm on mission here" Stefano spat.

"But boss, your woman is sick, she fell unconscious a moment ago. Should I go and get a doctor to check her?" The second in command asked.

Stefano felt worried, he cares a lot for Samantha and would want her safe, "Fine. Get a doctor, then pay him or her up not to speak up about us and if they don't agree, kill them" Stefano ordered, his men agreeing.

He quickly calls someone to accompany him to get a doctor to their base. They went to the nearest clinic in the area, where there could be only a few people lurking. They waited for an hour before they found the right time to grab the doctor. One of them pulled her to a shallow area, covering the doctor's mouth while the other pointed his gun to their target.

"Come with us" he said, but the female doctor refused.

"If I were you Doc I would agree or die" the other man said.

"Don't worry Doc, you'll be safe. We just want you to check our Boss' queen then you are free to go with some cash, however we want you to zip your mouth or we will hunt you down, do you understand?" The second in command told her what they would do if she agreed and if she didn't. She nodded and agreed, she is scared for her own life being at risk if she doesn't come with them.

The three then left then went to their base. They covered the doctor's eyes with a blindfold, they wouldn't risk their place to be found, that's what their boss told them, make sure not to be found. They assist her till they are at the room where the still unconscious Samantha is laying on bed.

"There you go. Take your time Doc, make sure our Boss' woman is safe" the second in command said then they left the Doctor and the sleeping blonde in the room.

Two are left guarding by the door, and if in case the doctor needed assistance someone can get inside and help her. The female doctor checked the sleeping blonde, she had her back of tools with her and checked the woman. When she was done, she caressed the blonde's face, she had a feeling this woman was taken without her consent.

Samantha stirred awake, she noticed someone was touching her. She was about to scream when she realized it was a woman with a stethoscope. The doctor signed to tell her to be quiet, she whispered that they should be quiet.

"Can you tell me why you're here in this place with your current situation?" The doctor asked. "I'm Linda, a clinic doctor"

"I'm Samantha. They took me after they took my daughter, I'm just glad she is now safe with our family" Samantha said with a sigh. The doctor nodded, her first thought was right, she was taken without her consent just like what they did to her today.

"Do you know you're pregnant? You need to take care of yourself and eat healthy, because you look so pale" the doctor said, making the blonde's eyes widen.

She had no idea she was pregnant and carrying another child inside her. Alexis would be happy to find out she is pregnant with their second child. She smiled while rubbing her stomach, the doctor smiled at her with pity. She thought of helping her, so she told her the plan she had in mind. She knew this town and it seems that the people who took her weren't so familiar with the place, so they have an advantage.

"Can you not tell them I'm pregnant? The one who took me is obsessed with me, I don't want him to hurt my baby" Samantha pleaded to the woman who nodded to agree.

"I need you to tell them to go get you a doctor when you feel or act if you feel sick. You can suggest to still take me to check you up. The next time I'm back here we will escape the place, with some help" the doctor explained, the blonde agreed. She needs to escape this place as soon as she can, she needs to contact Alexis and her dad to help find her.

"Do you have a pen and paper?" Samantha asked the doctor who nodded and took it out for her.

The two men who were guarding the door found it odd why it was taking so long for her to check the woman inside.

"What is taking you so long?" One of them shouted outside the door. The two jolted, Samantha nodded at the doctor to speak up.

"I'll be done in five. I do not have enough equipment with me to check her up, please be patient" she said loudly with calmness, not to make them think something strange is happening inside. The other man smacked him by the head, he already told him to just wait but he is impatient.

Samantha asked a favor to the older woman to contact those numbers and told them that she is safe and to please come quickly. She got back to bed once again and she is still sleeping. The doctor came by the door and told them she was finished. She handed them some prescription and explained that the blonde was experiencing a sudden change of her nurishment. She needs to eat enough healthy foods and take some vitamins to get her back on her feet.

"If something happens again, bring me back here to check her vitals" she suggested and the morons agreed.

They brought her back to their leader, she was blindfolded again, then she was taken back to some street where no one was passing by. They put some cash in her bag as payment then left her alone. The leader called back their boss and told them what the doctor said, and he was glad to know she is fine and just needs to get nutrients back. He ordered them to get her fresh and healthy foods in the market for her to eat and buy whatever prescription written on the paper.

He is now plotting his plans to get some cash from the brunette. He needs to be quick, so he decided to get back online. He thought that the trouble shooting was probably done by now, the last time it happened he waited for a day. He kept trying to get online but it kept kicking him out, saying you no longer have access. He threw whatever he grabbed next to him, which is the vase. He screamed, he no longer has access to the system, it is going to be difficult now to hide himself and see what his enemy is doing and planning. He needs to quickly accomplish his plan and fly away with his woman.

"I'll make sure I get out of here with you, Sam," he laughed insanely.

Julia contacted Alexis that the system is now successfully rebooted. They found out the last location where someone had accessed the system other than the personnels allowed and the company branches itself. The system pinned the location of Utah, and it is about 700 miles away by land or 365 miles away by plane. Alexis informed Samantha's father about the new update. They gathered and planned the next move they would do.

Alexis took Amalie and left her in Marcellina's care. She wanted her daughter in safe hands, and she knew the security Ricardo hired were tons of well trained people to guard his family. He wouldn't dare to be tricked once again, he would make sure to make Stefano pay for his mistakes in a miserable way. The group plan to fly in Utah the next afternoon, they first need to prepare the needed arms if there are battles.

Everyone is informed of the plans including Rose's family. Her brother is going to lead their men to assassinate the person who killed his younger sister. The precious life he took needs to be paid by his own life. The next morning Alexis received a call from an unknown number, she answered it thinking it could be one of Stefano's people.

"Hello? Is this Alexis?" The older female asked from another line.

"Who are you?" Alexis asked not to tell it was her.

"I'm Linda. It's urgent, if you're Alexis I need you to listen to me" she paused while looking through the window if ever someone is watching over her but there's nobody, she sighed and continued, "I'm in Salt Lake City, Utah. You need to hurry, Sam needs to be saved. Her current situation is not so good. She's pregnant." Linda explained.

Alexis could tell the worry in the woman's voice on another line. She can tell she is telling the truth. She is glad to gather the right location, they don't need to search the entire Utah just to find Samantha. The doctor discussed the situation of the blonde and that they were safe. She couldn't tell the right location, because she was blindfolded when they took her. She said the kidnappers might take her again to check the blonde's health. She hoped they could come soon and they will be waiting, and she will make sure to accompany Samantha for the time being.

Alexis thanked the woman and promised that they will be there as soon as they can. They are planning to fly in the afternoon and it would probably take them two hours flight and a few more hours to search the place. The doctor said she will set and send the location of her phone, so when they take her and take her phone away the location of the warehouse will be pinned to Alexis.

She was amazed by how intelligent the doctor is. She wanted to learn more about her but decided not to right now, but will when they meet in person. The call ended and Alexis called out Ricardo and Julia about what they had gathered. While they are about to take off going to Utah, another group of men are already ready to land. It is Stephanie with Gianna with few people with them. Stephanie is accompanying her cousin who wants to talk to his brother to surrender or will end up in a bloody fight.

When Gianna received a text from Julia of the location, their group drove away, going to Salt Lake City, Utah. They are going to take Stefano first, Stephanie wants to see her cousin suffer right in front of his own sister. The pain he caused to their cousin, he will receive it twice. Stephanie promised to make him suffer until he begs for his life.

"After I had fun with him, we will send him to Rose's brother to be judged, either to live or to rest" Stephanie said with all seriousness.

Gianna shiver, she knew her cousin's kinks about punishments. She knew she would make him suffer the consequences of his mistakes, she would only stop if she knew she made her satisfied. Rose was a great woman and they lost her in his hands. She wondered what if she didn't agree to drive to where Samantha went, she could probably be still alive. She didn't notice her tears streaming down her face until her cousin hugged her in comfort.

Alexis and the others boarded the plane and are ready to leave. Julia and Glenn placed a hand of comfort on her shoulder, she told them Samantha is pregnant and they are expecting a child. She is worried about her health just like what Dr. Linda told her about Samantha's situation and current health. Even if they arrive this afternoon in Utah, they still need to search the place because they still have no clue which is the right location to find the blonde.

In the warehouse, Samantha is having her healthy meal. Stefano's men made sure she had a nutritious meal, which she is so thankful for. She needs to be healthy for their baby, and she needs to keep it a secret to Stefano. All of a sudden she felt like puking once again, she thought she ate something she didn't like, when she checked the food there was mustard and red unions that made her stomach upset.

"Not again!" The man who always cleans up her mess groans. He is always the one sweeping and cleaning the mess the blonde made, just because he was a janitor before he became one of them.

"Carol, get the doctor. Boss' woman throws up once again." One of the men who is guarding Samantha called out the second in command.

He sighed and quickly ordered one of them to come with him to get the female doctor from the clinic again. They need to make sure this woman is healthy and safe because it is their Boss' order, if something happened to her they are dead. They knew how crazy he is about this blonde and being obsessive will not make you think straight.

Two of them came to the clinic where Linda is working, she was filing the papers for that day and is about to head home after. It is already dark and patients for today had already left, making it easier for the kidnappers to take her easily. She yelped when one of them greeted her on a fine evening.

"What a fine evening doctor. Come with us again" Carl, the second in command said.

Linda nodded and ready herself. She told them to wait for a bit, she just needed to pee and will come by them as soon as she is done. She quickly sent a short text to Alexis saying "be ready" she then deleted it and acted cool. The three left and drove back to their base, like what happened before she came to check Samantha, this time though they had their eyes and attention on the two women. They are not planning to leave the room, yet the doctor said she felt nervous when they were around and couldn't perform. The two decided to leave and guard the door, Linda right away told the blonde that help was coming soon, and she had talked to Alexis about her situation.

When Alexis received the text, she ordered for their people to get ready. They will take off the moment they see the location of Linda's phone not moving for a while. They waited for about half an hour until the location didn't move for about ten minutes. They searched the location and found it is an abandoned warehouse, it seems like Stefano liked the warehouse more than abandoned buildings, Julia thought. She then remembers to inform her cousin Gianna about the update and Rose's brother who's on stand-by in the North part of Utah. Gianna and Stephanie moved as soon as the text came, but suddenly her phone rang. She looked at Stephanie showing who was calling, her cousin told her to put it on speaker.

"Brother" Gianna gritted her teeth while greeting him.

"Hey Sis! You don't sound happy to hear my voice" Stefano said with a chuckle.

"What do you want?" Gianna asked.

"I want some help. Can't you lend me some cash?" He tried asking, Stephanie whispered to her to be calm and act like she is going to help him, so they could know what she wanted about the money and trick him to see them.

"How much and where?" Gianna asked calmly, Stefano grinned, he knew he could rely on his sister.

"Ten million, well I'm obviously not in San Francisco right now but somewhere in California"

I finally posted an update! 😅 I had a busy week, I'm training as a medic... Also had help rescue op due to we have a typhoon causing to flood. It's a good thing too to get my head off thinking about my broken feelings... So yeah I'll update whenever I can, I am still adjusting with my schedules.
