Chapter 18 Blood Moon Party

Through the week the school was hyped up well most of them some were resentful and upset I know this since I heard them in the bathroom talking about how they weren’t invited it was a shame but I guess some people aren’t liked by others and its the world we live in.

Its Thursday night and I’m packing my suitcase prepared for what was to come in the next three days I packed every outfit separately so I don’t have to choose them when I’m there they are already done hearing a knock on my door it opens to reveal Hunter.

“Hey bud,” he said stepping in

“Hey, you packed?” I asked folding my clothes

“Yeah I’m telling you I cant wait to see who’s there maybe I’ll pick up a hot chick,” he said making moon eyes

“oh, yea?”

“yeah”

“I feel sorry for the girl who ends up with you”

“pft she’ll love me for who I am”

“you know its Chloe’s birthday on Sunday”

“it is?”

“Yeah, she’s been talking about it all week how could you have not heard?”

“don’t ask me I’m always asleep at the table what you girls talk about is pure boredom.”

“oh haha I’ve been wondering something”

“what is it?”

“can you like multiple people at the same time?” I say looking down

“Yeah I guess”

“so it’s not weird?”

“you worry too much its just a crush you’ll get over it don’t worry”

“thank you”.

“of course what are friends, for now, let’s get you packed,” he said walking towards my suitcase placing things where I keep them.

After packing I changed into a pair of shorts and tank top climbing into bed I closed my eyes feeling the comfort of the bed wash over me lulling me into dreamland.

Walking up to my alarm I quickly had a shower got dressed throwing on a tye die t-shirt and tying the ends into a knot then I pulled on my denim shorts and a pair of Nike trainers putting on some lip-gloss and then drying my hair

I grabbed my suitcase and rolled it out of my room and down the stairs not forgetting my phone. Walking into the kitchen I see Hunter and Aunt M eating

“Alright kiddo’s I’m setting some rules rule one don’t leave with strangers rule two don’t go into the woods rule three no heavy drinking and finally rule five don’t get knocked up or knock someone else up got it?” she said sternly nodding our heads she cleared up her food and left.

Sitting next to hunter I dug into my bacon and egg sandwich moaning at the taste.

“you heard her don’t knock someone up Hunt,” I said finishing my food

“well she told you not to get knocked up”

“ha as if I’m still a virgin and not planning on it what about you 16”

“ugh I hate how you remember what age I was when I did it”

“oh I’m holding it against you forever just you wait,” I said leaving and grabbing my bag and shoving it in the trunk of my car next to Hunters.

Climbing in I honk the horn and next a running Hunter comes out the house and diving into the car after locking the door. Starting the car I type the location in and start following the directions.

Arriving at a huge house I couldn’t believe my eyes it was huge and very much busy. Pulling into a parking space me and hunter climb out and remove our bags from the trunk locking my car I walk up to the front door knocking three times the door opens to reveal a very happy Ashton.

“come, come welcome to me casa Ava and Hunter”

“Hey Ash,” I say talking in the surroundings the foyer was huge and had one large staircase in the middle going up to the second floor.

“come let me show you to your rooms,” he said grabbing my hand and pulling me with him towards the stairs removing my suitcase from my hands he pulled It up for me thanking him he grinned at me and lead us to the fifth door on the second floor.

“This is your room Hunter,” he said opening the door to reveal a regular-sized room not as big as I expected.

“come” he motioned to me and I followed him up another set of stairs up to the third floor walking down the hallway he lead me to a room with double doors

“The doors lock from the inside there’s also a key in the glass bowl next to the door,” he said opening the door to reveal a large bedroom.

with a bed in the center of the wall on the right side which could fit four people it was so big it held a fur throw and grey bedding, with nightstands which held two grey lamps, to the left was a bathroom which I could see since it was open then there

was an empty closet, at the foot of the bed was a fur rug, on the right side of the door facing the right side of the bed was a fireplace which looked real and probably was, above the bed was a photo of wolves howling towards a full moon, opposite the bed was a TV which was in-between both doors,

and on the ceiling was a light shade that matches the one on the lamps and finally, the room had two windows on the back wall which had two grey curtains that matched the color of the room.

“do you like it?” he spoke up from behind me

“uh yeah it’s wonderful,” I said in awe I was in love with this room already it was so wonderful.

“It was the last one we had”

“it’s wonderful”

“you’ve said that already”

“Could I live here?” I asked because I so would

“if you wish” he replied chuckling

“I’ll hold you to that,” I said walking in and sitting down on the bed. Following me in he placed my suitcase next to the closet.

“if you get cold the fireworks matches are on the mantel”

“wait its real?”

“yeah we aren’t fond of the fake ones”

“understandable they suck”

“agreed,” he said sitting next to me

“Lunch is at twelve I’ll show you to the kitchen I’ll see you soon oh and DVDs are in the stand I have no clue what’s in there,” he said getting up and leaving.

After checking out my room I unpacked my things even if it’s only for three days so after getting things settled I sat on the bed tight in the middle and switched on the tv getting up I looked through the DVD selections picking independence day I put it in then get back by on the bed watching I never realized the time when a knock came on my door pausing it I get up and open it to reveal Ashton who looks exhausted following him to lunch I get given a sandwich after eating I decided to help them set up with Hunter so that’s what we dine for the rest of the day before eating again and heading off to our rooms to chill then sleep
