Chapter Ten

“Don’t worry about it, I came here to inform you about your daughter”, said Luna, leaving them in suspense.

“Do you know where she is please let us know, luna we miss her so much” Alonzo said he misses his little girl, “yes but both of you have to be strong she wouldn’t want you to blame yourself, she wants you to continue to live your life and be happy.”

As Courtney finished telling Aly’s parents what happened to her. Her mother passed out from the pain she felt, her daughter was gone forever.

Catalina and she stayed there until Alys mom woke up from her unconscious state, they talked a little bit more until both parents were more emotionally stable. They didn’t want to leave them in that predicament, but they had to heed back to the pack house before the morning.

Moreover, Aly’s parents said they would leave to go to Alys grandmother’s pack to bury her and request to stay there from now on like her daughter wanted.

It was two in the morning when Courtney and Catlina got to the pack house, to Courtneys luck Eric still had more days to be away from there, she slipped into bed and fell asleep thinking of what she will do when Eric comes back.

The days passed quickly Courtney felt more morning sickness and her smell was more heightened than it already was. She couldn’t stand strong smells that would make her vomit, still Eric hadn’t asked her if she was pregnant, she was four months now her stomach almost showing.

Eric was still acting like he didn’t know, or he really didn’t. Was there something wrong with his sense of smell?

Courtney was walking through the front garden looking at the beautiful, plants and flowers when she felt someone behind her nuzzling her hair, she tensed and turned around only to find Eric smiling at her, why didn’t she smell his scent, “hey baby, what if we go inside, I want to show you something.”

Eric said grinding his body to her back, she felt his hard member rub on her ass and knew what he meant by showing her something.

“Just five more minutes it is a nice day. I’m enjoying the flowers and the weather" "just five babe I really need you my rut starts today, and we will only leave the room to eat in these three days’ hopefully will get lucky and you end up with a pup by then.”

he certainly didn’t smell the pup already in her but why?

She only nodded and hoped to the goddess that when she told him that she is already with pup of her late mate he wouldn’t go crazy and kill them both.

Alphas don’t take well to children that are not theirs in the relationship with their mate, for now she will hold it to herself until his rut is over, males are more out of themselves when they are on their rut, they don’t think with their brains only with their animal side.

Courtney was sore it had been three days of fucking and knotting, every time Eric came, he knotted her he wanted to get her pregnant, she saw him move a little on the bed but didn’t wake up she got up and went to the ensuite bathroom where she relived herself then freshen up.

She was moving away from the sink when she felt nauseous and vomited the food she had in her stomach, it wasn’t much because they only went down to eat once a day during the three days, one meal a day wasn’t enough for her body and the pup in her.

Her legs were trembling, her head spinning how was she going to get back to bed if she moved, she felt she would fall, Eric heard her grunt in pain and went to the bathroom “babe what is wrong” he saw her leaning on the vanity with her head down “I’m dizzy and can’t move.”

He grabbed her in his arms and took her in the room and put her on the bed. Then he put clothes on and grabbed some for her to dress her. He couldn’t take her to the pack healer naked and others have others look at her body on display that was only for his eyes.

He carried her bridal style to the healer’s house it was one block away from his, the healer lived in a house separate from the pack house because he was mated and wanted his privacy, most mated did the ones that lived in the pack house were unmated wolves.

He knocked on the door, Luca the healer opened the door “alpha in what can I help you” he didn’t notice the now unconscious woman in his arms.

“My mate wasn’t feeling good, today when I was coming here, she fainted.”
