Chapter Eleven

“Get her in here” they both got in the house, Luca’s mate was making breakfast when she saw them. “Luca, alpha what happened to her” she asked.

“We don’t know what is wrong with her we are taking her to the backroom where we will see hopefully our luna doesn’t have anything serious” Luca said to his mate him and Eric went to the room and laid her on the exam bed he had there he got the necessary medical equipment to examine her, he did all that was needed.

“Alpha luna is ok, I don’t find anything wrong, a little malnourished but nothing some vitamins can’t fix, the pup is doing well too it is healthy and growing strong from what I hear in his heartbeat.”

Pup, heartbeat did she get pregnant from his rut these days, he was sure that they couldn’t hear the pup’s heartbeat yet if she got pregnant or did she get pregnant before his rut came, did she get pregnant the first day they had sex he couldn’t hold his curiousness and asked Luca “how far along is she in her pregnancy.”

“Alpha our Luna is around four and half months” what that was before they got together that pup wasn’t his it has to be her late mate, he didn’t smell in her also she didn’t mention it to him did she want to trick him make him believe it was his.

Eric didn’t want that pup, what would his pack members think when their Luna gave birth to a bastard pup that wasn’t his No! he couldn’t let that happen she has to get rid of it.

Eric waited in the small room patently for Courtney to wake when she opened her eyes he was glaring at her, “when did you plan on telling me” he said in a stern voice Courtney glared at him back not lowering her eyes “I thought at first you smelled it on me and knew, but the days passed and you didn’t mention it I was going to tell you after your rut, when you were less aggressive”

“ I want you to get rid of it I don’t want a bastard in my house” hearing those words out of Erics mouth made Courtney angry she and her wolf wanted to rip him to pieces how dare he say that she was not getting rid of the only person keeping her connected to her true mate, if he didn’t want her pup then he could send her back to her father.

“I’m not getting rid of her she is my daughter and I will fight you fangs and claws to keep her alive with me” things were getting agitated and Eric raised his voice “you will do as I say I’m your mate and your alpha, what I say go’s” Eric was furious his luna was defining him he wanted to smack her against the wall and drag her to the pack house but his wolf stopped him, Simon was growling at Eric in his head showing off his fangs

don’t you dare put a hand on your chosen mate, you preferred her than your true mate now you have to face the consequences you knew she had a mate before you and the chances of her carrying his pup were high and you still went to look for her now for once be a man and handle this like one be a responsible alpha.

You knew she was pregnant and didn’t tell me! It was you wasn’t it you blocked my sense of smell so I couldn’t smell her hormones and know she was with pup, if you won’t let me hurt her, I will go to see the witch downtown and break the bond I won’t raise some other male pup no matter he is dead.

Eric was furious with his wolf as well.

You really are stupid the bond can only be broken if I let you and I won’t you will have to live with this until I want to sally is a nice wolf and I enjoy talking to her and having her close, you will endure whatever comes to you for rejecting our goddess gift and taking a young life.

With that said Simon blocked him and left Eric wanting to kill him if he could.

This was only the beginning of what was going to happen to Eric but poor Courtney her life was going to take a huge change.
