Chapter Twenty

Courtney gasped in her head “no we won’t let you behind ″ three wolves appeared flanking them by their sides growling and snapping their jaws at them but without touching them.

Then a big black wolf came in front of them ‘Simon’ Aly whispered in Nataly’s mind he was a beautiful wolf but looked malnourished thinner than he should be, but he still had the alpha aura around him Aly couldn’t stop but wimpier at looking at her ex-mate like this her heart broke.

How much more does he have to suffer with that monster when will the goddess set him free?

Aly lowers her head and shows her neck in submission when he comes closer, in a gruff voice Simon says the words Aly fears the most “Mate” at that Courtney shifts back to her human form and confronts Simon “no she is not your mate my daughter cannot be mated to a monster like you” but before Simon can respond back to her Eric shifts to his human self as well.

“of course, she is my mate I can smell her, and the mate pull is there she might not feel the mate bond yet, but she will once she is eighteen all I have to do is wait” Nataly gasps and snarls toward Eric “you are not my mate” Aly says with hatred that is all she feels towards this disgusting pig.

“Oh, but you are my mate you are still young but in three years more you will be my luna and will be carrying my heir in your belly” Nataly felt disgusted with each word Eric said.

“over my dead body she will be your luna, my daughter will not go through what I went through with you” Courtney yells at Eric he smirks at her “ if that is what you wish, I was going to let you and your pathetic mate leave because I didn’t want to cause my mate more pain but if you want to die I will be more than happy to obligate” Eric starts to take menacing steps to where Courtney is.

Nataly shifts back to her human form “No alpha please let them go, my mother is upset she doesn’t mean what she said I will stay with you if you let them free.”

Eric glances to Nataly “you will stay willingly with me at the pack house and won’t try to escape if you do, I will look for you then find your mother and I will kill her before your eyes.”

Nataly was crying but didn’t doubt that Eric would definitely find her and her mother and keep his word she had to agree to the alpha’s orders “yes alpha I will do whatever you want I won’t run away you have my word I will stay with you to become your luna.”

“No Naty you can’t stay with him” Courtney tried to reason with her daughter, but she already had her mind made up “go mom leave your life with Kevin you two deserve to be happy for once, one day will see each other again” Nataly said with a sad smile. She knew there was no way the alpha would let her see her mother again, but she had to say something to make her mother have a little faith.

Kevin grabbed Courtney from her waist “let’s go baby before they attack us, thank you alpha for letting us go” Kevin sounded like a coward for not fighting for his mate daughter, but he knew that both of them didn’t stand a chance against Eric and all his men right now they had to look for help to come back for her.

“No please Kevin, we can’t leave her” Courtney said crying, thrashing in Kevins arms.

Mate let’s get out of here. We will come back for her with an army if necessary but us two can’t fight him and his men. We will die, said Aleck, Kevin’s wolf through their mind link.

Courtney looked in his eyes he was right it would be foolish to try something now, but her mother instincts wanted to protect her baby.

With her heart breaking in half and her head hanging low she said goodbye to her beloved daughter “bye Naty, I love you.”

Nataly hugged herself crying she saw how her mother and Kevin shifted and left her behind, both of them knew that Eric wouldn’t touch her, something in his eyes showed that this time Simon would fight him with all his power to keep Nataly safe.
