Chapter Seven

“Who are you” sally asked her to, “my name is Aly, I was alpha Eric true mate” no that can’t be Courtney though he was matless he said so, did she die before they met, “he said he had no mate” Aly’s eyes turned sad with tears falling out of them “that is true he made sure to be matless.”

“But he said to my father and I he didn’t find her” Courtney was confused with Aly’s words.

“Yes, he did find me, but I was still not of age, I also happened to be an omega and an alpha like him couldn’t have someone like me a low-class omega as a mate.”

“He rejected you” Courtney said feeling anger stir inside her how dare he reject a gift from the moon goddess his true mate one of the most wonderful gifts of all if she could bring Marcus back to life she would.

“No, he didn’t reject me he banished me from my pack then took my life” Aly told her what happened with so much pain it made Courtney feel her sorrow, this was not the man she dated before this man Aly was talking about was a selfish cold-hearted asshole.

“How do I know you are telling the truth" She asked.

“Go to the south border there is a big twisted tree, dig on the ground in the left said there you will find my body, please take it out and deliver it to my parents I can’t stand seen them in so much pain, I wish I could change things and hadn’t gone to meet alpha Eric, tell them to bury me with my grandmother they will know what to do, and tell them not to come back ever to this pack, please don’t tell them who took my life tell them it was a rouge who did it I don’t want nothing bad to happen to them”

“But if they ask more questions, what do I do?”

“Turn away quickly and leave.”

“Do you need anything more from me, I’m so sorry this happened to you, you didn’t deserve this, you were so young and had a long life to live.”

“That is all for now, if I need anything more, I will come to you, Courtney, you have a noble heart don’t let him hurt you or your pup she will be a beautiful woman one day.”

“Thank you miss Courtney, may the goddess bless you” with that said Aly, disappeared from Courtneys dream living her rest for the rest of the morning.

She was having a baby girl she was excited with the news Aly gave her, Courtney woke up with a heart ache she would look for a way to get to that place and take Aly’s remaining's out to give her the peace she deserves but she had to do it when Eric went to a trip because if he knew what she was going to do it could risk her life and her pup.

Eric finished the last details for the gathering in the evening today, the rest of the pack members will meet their new luna, he was exhausted but couldn’t hide the excitement in presenting his mate to his pack he was also dying to see Courtney again he walked out of his office going directly to his chambers when he saw Courtney wandering around the pack house, she seemed lost he smiled to himself.

He hugged her from her waist, she tensed feeling someone grabbing her from her back “it’s me mate” Eric said in a husky voice pecking he slander neck, making his way to his mark she couldn’t hold back the shudder that went through her body.
