31. Anger

Samuel's POV

As soon s left I drank a whole glass of water in one go .

Who does this ?!

She added sugar to my coffee.

No I think it's not appropriate to say that.

She added coffee in a suger syrup and then made me drink it .

God ! This girl has a nerve to do all this with me.

She didn't budge , she is really something but then again how could she made me drink that .

Oh stop it Sam ! It was just a sugar syrup not poison .....and didn't even gulp a drop down your throat so stop overreacting !! My subconsciousness yells at me.

Yeah ! But still .

She is my wife and she is supposed to be sweet to me

She was ,she was more than sweet !did you forget that sugar syrup .... My subconsciousness mocks me ....but still she is worth being your wife , she is different and isn't scared of you , no matter what you do !!!

I just shook my head to get my mind clear.

And I got a call from Angela my PA.... Who told me that the project report is not ready yet .

And tomorrow is the date.tge only thing running in my mind was if I lost this project ,it'll be a great loss, already there are so many of companies in line for this one.

" What do you mean by it isn't ready ?! That last presentation that you mailed me is full of mistakes ...it's just bullshit and now you say repost isn't done yet,

What the hell all of my staff is doing ....I don't pay them to be a lazy ass and chit chat in working hours....I want the final report done in an hour or else I'll fire the whole team of this project ....Am I clear ?! "

" Yes sir ! " She gulped and I hang the call up .

" Just great ! " I mutter to myself when I see I broke the glass in my hand and now my hand is bleeding .

How lovely day ?!

It just getting better and better.

Just then , I see Amy coming into my study again.

" I just came to tell yo-

Her eyes got wide at the site of my hand and she ran to me grabbing my hand in hers.

" What the hell is this ?! How did this happen ?! Can't you see you are bleeding " she shouted at me and scolded me for my carelessness as if she is my mother.

I didn't even realise that she has started treating my wound till now

" Oww!" I wince on pain as she applies a get on my wound with a cotten ,That hurts like she had just sprayed red chillies over it.

" Stop behaving like a kid !! " She scold me

Kid and me ?! Seriously !!

" That is your department not mine !! " I said to her which made ger roll her eyes .

" I don't shout like you when I apply this on myself !!" She says to me softly .

What she applies this on her self ?! Is she get hurt that often .

It hurts when she applies that ! How could she tolerate that pain, only the thought of being her pain is making me feel something I don't know !

But why the hell she has to apply on her self !

Oh yeah ! I remember , she has a history of falling !

But why she is caring for me when she hates me !

Well , I deserve her hate , I think I would have also done same in her shoes.

" Why are you even doing this ?! You don't like me ?! You are doing everything possible to push me away ?! So just drop your act ! " I said retrieving my hand from her grasp .

" I am not acting ! Okay ?! I am not that heartless ...as you think I am !! " She said and go out of the room .

Oh shit !!

Can't you control your tongue sam ! She just treated your wound and you ...

I get back to my chair and open my laptop my phone again ring but this time it was my mom .

" hi mom ! If you have something important to say then please or else I'm not in a mood to talk right now ! I'll call later ! " I sai over the phone not really wanna have a conversation with anyone.

" DON'T YOU DARE TO HANG UP ON ME SAMUEL JAMES KNIGHT !! " She shouts from the other end .

My ears immediately stand up on my full name . something in me told me that I am in danger.

" What's wrong mom?! " I question innocently

" You really have a nerve to ask me that , huh?! ...how dare you shout at my dear daughter !! " She yells at me from the other end .

Wait , what ?!

How does she knows !

Is she have any supernatural power or anything !!

Whatever it is works really fast!

" My poor Amy !! ...I told you take care of her , she is in a weak phase ...and you are mistreating her !!"

" Mom it not like that ! I didn't - " I was cut off by mom

"..I know , you shouted at her some time ago.... I was on call with Greta and I heared it myself !! So don't your dare to deny ...and shout at Greta for anything it isn't her fault ...and I also got to know ...you shouted at her yesterday too in the morning !! This isn't a way to treat any lady and specially not your wife !...this isn't something that I taught you ...so you better behave , I don't want any complaint about you ! " She ordered .

" Ok mom ! " I said at she hang the phone up.

The anger that I was bottling up in my self just burst out and in the next moment every single thing on my table was now scattered on the floor.

Well except my laptop!

And yet again she ran into the room may be due to the noise .

" What the hell is wrong with you ?! " She said at the sight of room .

" Just go away ! " I shouted louder letting my ager on her.

She flinched on my tone but didn't budge.

" I said leave !! " I hissed, but she didn't even move a muscle.

" Tell me what is wrong with you ?! " She said determined yet softly.

" It's all because of you ! You are the reason for everything !!.... everything was fine but then again , you just have to do your magic ...and here I am bearing the results.... And yet again you are!! " I shouted

" What do you mean ! What have I done ! " She questions sounding confused but I know the better.

" Oh please don't play dumb !! And just tell me why are you doing all this ?!" I immediately pin her to the wall

" What I am doing ?! " She questions as she struggle to get out of my grip but I just tighten It.

" Playing pranks on me ! Mixing glue in my shampoo and sugar in my coffee ! " I was holding her arm in a death grip

" You know that !! " she said while struggling to remove my hand from her arm I tighten my hold while she cringe her nose and close eyes shut.

" No I don't ! I don't understand , just a moment ago you spike my coffee and then treat my wound ! You ar- "

I was cut off by her shouting " oh please ! I just added some sugar or may be more of that !! That is t dangerous for you ! You can change your taste atleast for a day from you black bitter coffee ....and you are behaving like I gave you poison ! It's not that big deal !! ....and leave me now !" She hissed and stop struggling

" Then why the hell you have you to do that ?! " I shout at her and press myself against her and now she was crushed between me and wall ,I hold her so tight so she can't escape.

" because I want to prove you wrong , I am not some stupid innocent girl whom you can use for your own good .... I want you to regret your decision !! " She shouts making me numb and she push me away .

She ran out of the room.
