Maddyâs P.O.V
âOkay, so I have only 100 dollars to spend on food, dinner included.â Hope said as we entered the grocery store. We all nodded knowing that we were going to spend every bit of it.
All of a sudden Savvy started to run towards the drink isle. We all looked wide eyed and ran after her, knowing what she was going after.
âSavvy stop running!â Kay shouted. A few customers gave us glares as we ran past them, but that was okay, because right now we were saving ourselves by stopping Savvy from buying the one thing we hated her buying ⦠Red Bulls.
When we reached the drink isle Savvy was staring at the shelf of Red Bulls.
âTheyâre so ⦠shiny!â She said, staring at the tin cans.
âSavvy, how about we go to the chip isle and buy your favorite chips?â Hope said trying to get her away from the Red Bulls.
âBut I want Red Bull!â Savvy whined.
âMy sister said no Red Bulls for the sleepover â¦â I lied. Savvy gave me a glare.
âI. Want. Red. Bull!â I took a step back knowing she was angry. We watched as she grabbed the Red Bull package from the shelf.
âWhat are we going to do?â Hope asked me in a whisper.
âMaybe we should let her think we are going to buy them, and then at the last minute take them out of the cart.â Kay suggested in a low voice. We all nodded in agreement.
âWhat are we getting next?â Savvy asked us.
âChocolate!â Kay said.
âDr. Pepper!â I added.
âMore Chocolate.â Hope stated.
âSalt and Vinegar chips!â Savvy said with a smile. I held back my urge to gag at the fact that she liked Salt and Vinegar chips.

Fight with Savvy over Red Bulls, her winning, us sighing and letting her have her way. A drive home with Savvy singing off-tune to âDown the Yellow Brick Roadâ ⦠In other words, three hours later.
âOkay, letâs get the party started!â Savvy yelled, once we were all in my room and just sitting in silence.
âWhy are you yelling?â Kay asked. âWeâre right here.â
âI know!â She shouted. âSo what we going to do? Monopoly ⦠wait thatâs too slow of a game ⦠we can play Just Dance?â She suggested.
âI am not in the mood to dance.â Hope said.
âMe neither.â I added.
âWell, arenât yawl just the party poopers!â Said Savvy. âHow about we go for a walk?â
âItâs like two hundred degrees outside, hell no.â I said. Savvy sigh and looked at the ground thinking hard about what we could do.
âHey guys, I pulled my car into the front lawn, you can plug your IPod up and sit in my car if yâall want.â My sister, Lisa, said as she entered my room. We nodded at her and then she walked out. After a minuet Savvy jumped up.
âOkay! Letâs go to her car! I have the pppppeerrrrffect (perfect) game weeee (we) can ppplay (play)!â Savvy said ⦠great sheâd had some Red Bulls already.
As we were walking outside, my sister looked at us with a smile.
âYâall going to the car?â She asked.
âYeah.â I mumbled.
âYep! And we are going to play Truth or Dare!â Savvy stated. My sister Lisa looked at us.
âI wanna play!â She said.
âBut youâre not a teenage, your 26 years old, this game is for teenagers!â Savvy said.
âSavvy, itâs Lisaâs car weâre playing Truth or Dare in, let her come.â I said.
âFine, but what happens in the car ⦠stays in the car â¦â Savvy said. We all nodded and filed into the car.
Once in, everyone exchanged glances wondering who was going to start the game.
âOkay! Savvy, Truth or Dare?â I asked starting off the game.
âDare!â She said, like always.
âI dare you and Hope to go in front of the car, with the head lights on and shake your butt! For one whole song.â I started to laugh at the dare, knowing this was going to be funny.
âItâs on! On like Donkey Kong!â Savvy said, jumping out of the car and dragging Hope with her. Lisa turned on the head light and the radio. âOMGâ by Usher came on. Kay, Lisa and I busted out laughing as Hope and Savvy started to shake their butts to the song. I looked in the back seat and saw Kay had her phone out and was recording this ⦠Awesome! This was so priceless!
Once the song was over they got back in the car and Savvy had a mischievous smile on her face.
âMaddy, truth or dare? â¦â I looked at her.
âDare.â I regretted the word the moment it came out my mouth.
âI dare you to â¦â
