It's a normal day and I got back from work nearly eight o'clock at evening. I usually don't come home this late but these days Shiv is staying at home with kids that is why I thought I could take my time to go home after finishing my all work. When I got back from work Ayush opened the door for me. Anna came running to me as soon as she saw me and hugged me calling mom affectionately. When I looked inside they were alone there and Shiv was no where to be seen. I don't have a big house so, If he is at home then I would have seen him there with kids. But he was gone to somewhere."Where is your father?" I asked to kids. He is doing this everyday. Where is he going everyday without telling us!Before children could speak anything our door opened and Shiv came in. "where were you and where are you going everyday without telling us?" I said with an upsetting tone."Don't be angry and hear me out. First look at this what I brought for you" he gave a box on my hand. I opened it and saw something unbelievable. "It's...."I was surprised to see fresh strawberries in that box. "Your favourite strawberries..." he said happily."These are fresh, where do you get it from! It's even difficult to find strawberries here, let alone the fresh strawberries" I asked with surprise."I saw it on my way to home in a shop and I brought it for you" he said. "Which shop? I have never seen any shop here who are selling strawberries and how did you know I love to eat fresh strawberries!" I asked. It's strange that I have never said him  anything about my liking,how did he found out about it! Also I don't remember saying anyone that I like strawberries not even to my kids. Only the persons who knows me as Gauri would know that I like strawberries. Does he knows something about me?"Ayush told me that you like strawberries" Shiv said. "I told! No, I have never told even I...." Ayush was saying but Shiv interrupted him and said "you are also forgetting things like your mother. Didn't you told me to bring your mom her favourite strawberries" "Yes, I told you to bring something my mom like but .." Ayush was saying."Look, he told me about it before, now he forgot it and there is a shop which is a bit distance from here, if you want to go there let's go I will take you there. I thought you will be happy after seeing this instead you are investigating me like I committed some sort of crime" he made a sad face. I'm really overthinking. How could he know me when he didn't even remember himself. "Alright, I'm sorry I overreacted. Thankyou for bringing this I love these a lot, now let's eat it together" I said with a relaxed face."No, I'm very upset now. You blamed an innocent person like me for bringing your favourite fruit, so how could I feel fine just with a single sorry!" he said by making a sad face. "I'm really and truly sorry, how about it, I will make your favourite dish now then we will have dinner together " I said. "Okay, if you are going to put so much effort then I have to forgive you" he said and smiled.We had dinner together but my heart was still uncertain about it. I tried to accept the truth but I couldn't left my uneasiness. I just hoped him not to be a person from my past. ******After dinner Shiv went into his  bedroom and locked the room. As they were a fake couple Shiv used to sleep alone and Shakti used to sleep with kids. He took out the mobile phone from his pant pocket. That was the new mobile phone Shakti brought for him to contact kids and her in necessary situation. It might didn't cost a lot but that phone was the first gift given to Shiv by Shakti. Shiv opened the contact list and there were no numbers except Shakti and kid's.Shiv dialed a number on dialpad and said "Rudra Raichand speaking.... Don't come here for somedays, Shakti started doubting me, so we can't meet like this for some time. Let's think about another plan about it... We can't go on like this, if she is doubting me then others might have been doubting you"."Boss, if she is doubting you then why are you there? I can arrange a good place for you, just leave that place. What's so good about staying with a single mother with two kids" from other side a male voice  said."Mind your words. She is not someone about whom you can talk carelessly... Remember she is my wife" Shiv said."But she is not your real wife..." Other person spoke."So, you don't want this job anymore right!" Shiv said angrily."I'm sorry boss, I will never talk carelessly again"."Just do what I asked for today, we have to catch that mice as soon as possible, otherwise my return will be delayed" Shiv said."Don't worry boss your plan is perfect this time that mice won't get a chance to slip"."Okay, I will let you know our next meeting when your work will be done. Don't call or text me if it is not important" Shiv said and hung up. As soon as he hung up his bedroom door was knocked. Shiv kept the phone and opened the door. It was Shakti who brought a glass of milk for him. "Are you still upset with me?" Shakti asked."About what?" Shiv asked. "About this evening" Shakti said. "Oh no! Ofcourse not, why would I be upset with my saviour?" Shiv replied."You can get mad with us anytime because now we are a family. You don't have to think or act as an outsider. Until you get back your memory, you have us" Shakti said."I will do as you said" Shiv said with a sad smile."Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere or are you having any flashes from your past?" Shakti asked. "No, I didn't have any...." He replied."If you feel uncomfortable anywhere or remembers anything then let me know okay!" "I will..." "Then good night " Shakti said and went away. When she was walking away Shiv looked at her from her back and said to himself "Will you be angry,if you find that I am lying to you, to stay with you Gauri?"
