"Yayyy now yall can go play." My mama said as all the kids ran off

Unfortunately Tremani was not at the party. As for Monie I don't talk to him and I haven't and never will.

"Tt when's my daddy gonna be here?" Royalty asked

"Soon baby."

"Ok." She said going back to playing with the kids.

"Patience come over here and say hi to this lovely gentleman who helped me in the store the other day." My mama said waving me over.

I walked over and this fine brownskin man covered in tats and had gold slugs on his bottom teeth

"Hi" He said

"Hi" I said back

"My name is Patience nice to meet you."

"Ace" he said which I'm guessing was a nickname.

I then was about to walk away

"Patience why don't you and Ace carry these presents over there." Makala said pointing to a table.

She know what she doin. Think her ass slick.

"Ok I guess." I said then me and Ace grabbed some presents and walked over to the table.

"So you Monie's girl?" Ace asked me

I looked at him weirdly.

"Um who told you dat?"

"Word on the streets." Ace said.

"Well im not his girl and never will be."

"Oh so he jus made it up?" He asked

"Yep, we used to talk, but I saw his true colors and cut him off." I said keeping it simple.

"Mmm"

"Wha-" I was about to say.

"Tt I'm tirsty" Royalty said using her silly vocabulary.

"Ok c'mon."

I had got Royalty her drink and was about to pay, but Ace paid befoe I could.

"Thank you stranger." Royalty said

"Your welcome." Ace said before walking back to the table where all the adults were.

"Tt come play pwease." Royalty said in a begging tone.

"Ok" I told my niece.

"123" I said chasing after all the kids. I was actually having fun surprisingly.

After a few hours of playing with them, I had finally stopped.

"Whew them kids are a workout." I said walking up to kk and Ace who were talking.

"Yea we saw yo lil ass playing wit them bay bay kid's." Kk said smiling. While Ace chuckled.

"You know Patience it would make me happy to see some lil mini you's running round here." Kk said as I chocked on my water.

"Girl maybe in the future, but I don't want no bay bay kid's right now." I said fanning my face.

"Well bye." kk said walking away.

Me and Ace looked at each other and busted out into laughter.

"She is funny as shyt. Now I see why you be laughing all the time." Ace said to me

"Wait what" I asked him confused.

"Yea I see yall at the gas station all the time. I guess you could say I be checking you out sometimes." Ace said smirking at me.

"Well Ok" I said as my phone rang and it was an unknown number. I answered it just in case and was greeted by Monie.

"Patience why yo-" Monie tried to say, but was cut off by me hanging up on him.

"You Ight?" Ace asked me.

"Yea I'm ok." I said

As I walked away I felt someone staring at me, but I brushed it off.

I really wanted to call Tremani, but he told me to not call him cause he is out looking for the dudes who shot at me and kk. I was starting to feel worried.

"Patience" kk snapped her fingers.

"Huh"

"C'mon it's time to open the presents." Kk said pulling me towards the table.

As London was opening her presents I zoned out again and thought how differently life would be if my uncle Jordan was alive. Tremani wouldn't be in the streets right now, we wouldn't be living in the hood, and most of all my life wouldn't have changed when I was that young.

My thoughts were interrupted by Royalty yelling.

"DADDY"

I snapped my head so fast I could've broke my neck.

I ran over to him and a wave of stress was lifted off my shoulders.

"I thought something happened to you." I said

"Girl you know I'm always good. I'm bullet proof Mani." Tremani said. He had been shot at a lot and had never got hit. He only got hit one time.

"Boy bye." I said laughing.

"Aye waddup famm!!" Mani said walking over to hug everyone.

"C'mon Patience we gotta go." Kk told me pulling me out the doe and to the car.

"Oh ok" I said

We were goin to this big sale they had at the mall.

"Mya C'mon I'm tired." I said to Mya this hoe I was fucking wit.

"Ok" Mya said as her and her friend kiesha walked out the store.

"What yall wanna eat ?" I asked them.

"Um Taco bell" Mya said

"Ight bye" I said leaving them to go and start the car. No I didn't buy them nun wit my money. I jus took them here.

As I was walking out I saw Makala and Patience at a table eating. Then Makala looked up at me and shook her head and walked over to me. Of course I still love her I just fucked up.

"Who you here wit ?" She asked me

"Um me hoe" Mya said to kk

Patience started walking towards us.

"Um bitch I will whoop yo ass." Kk said

"Oh you the girl who walked in on me and Monie fucking." Kiesha said laughing.

"Girl have him ion wanna have nun to do wit his dog ass." Patience said surprising me. Everybody knew they was talking tho. At first I didn't believe she was talking to Monie Gee, but she was.

"Mm" Kiesha said

"Bitch you jus mad that Monie want Patience instead of yo ass." Kk shouted.

Then Mya swung on kk and kk punched her dead in her shit and kept punching her, while Patience was beating kiesha cause she tried to jump in.

I then finally got all of the girls off of each other wit the help of security.

"Stupid ugly" Patience said

"Fugly hoe" Kk said

"Ass bitch" both Patience and Makala said at the same time.

Then they got in their car and pulled off and I got into mine driving off leaving Mya and Kiesha.
