Itâs been several days since the overload of garbage that is Eldenâ¦Renata has been cooking up a storm.. she bakes early..then preps the daily meals for the cooks to take care of. Sheâs such a walking contradictionâ¦Sheâs not angry.. but she wants revenge.
Orion finds her in the kitchen and she dances her way to him and says âI need some herbs and plants. Some I can find in the woods..but I canât go foraging alone. The rest I have to get from the apothecary.â He smiles at her..and says âyou and me? Foraging in the forest? And the word naked comes to mindâ and she laughs! She said âOur warriors will be here today. I need to make potions to keep them safe from wolfsbane. I almost didnât get to your dad in time. I donât want to feel that way again.â He smiled at herâ¦so pleased she loves their peopleâ¦and replies âOur hounds are immune to wolfsbane. But Matt and Kennyâs people need potions.â She smiled so bright!
She spun back to me and asked â Those idiots have been so busy trying to keep us apart â¦that they donât realize we are already marked and mated! So now what?â Orion nodded and he says âSmart girl! We need to talk to Dad!â He takes her hand and they stroll off to find Charles!
They found him in the study.. researching anything he could find about the legends of the trio of fate. Orion asked him about their being mated and marked already. Charles sat thereâ¦.and sat there some moreâ¦after a half hour or so⦠he said âWe have to have her Luna ceremony. On the full moon..when her mark is glowing..you remark each other. And thatâs in four days!â
âWell..fuck me running!â Renata says âI have to go find Becca and Melody..we need flowers and food and I need a dress..but I donât want to go anywhere right now. Do I have a pretty enough one in the closet!? Oh my Goddess! Where will we have it? I have to be in the moonlight to glow. Oh! And my wings come out! They need the full moonlight to maintain their strength! I have a dress⦠you canât see it though! I have to go! I love you! Byeâ and she ran out the door
And Charles burst out laughing. He said âBoy! That girl could talk the ear off a donkeyâ¦I have never heard anyone talk that fast!â Orion laughs.. âI just let her ramble with itâ¦she says things! Itâs too funny to stop herâ¦like when she said she needed panties because hers keep getting torn off. She never realizes what sheâs saying. Itâs funny!â They laugh togetherâ¦and walk down the hallâ¦only to see Renata talking to Melody and Becca..and both girls look like deer caught in the headlights! Charles links the girls and said ðº Luna ceremony on the full moonâ¦4 days, girls. Just nod yes..and say letâs get started now and that might shut her up and he laughed!
Renata and Orion had gotten all the plants and herbs she needed for her potions. She then went to welcome the warriors and gave them each either cookies or brownies. Then she left Orion with them so she could work on her potions.
Matt called Orion into his office..so they sit there watching the video feed from Eldenâs pack house Orion snarls âso he brought all his sons in. And they will all die with him! Any threat to my Luna will not go unpunished!â Matt laughs and says âDamn Heracles! Chill out brother! Sheâs safe!â And Orion laughsâ¦âYeah! Heâs a dick! He just pops through my control now!â
They heard Elden say âRobert screwed up. He had the mate and fucked it up! The best partâ¦oh the best part is priceless! He never learned her name. The night he met her.she said her name was Reni.. But, genius right there couldnât get her to tell him her nameâ¦not after he burned her with that poker..or stabbed her with a knife that he left in her leg all night! No! The girl never told him shit. So we have no idea if her name is Reniâ¦we have no last name. And we know sheâs not in this area. Which is a good thing with Orion here.â
Matt says âHe did that to her?? And she held true? Holy hell! She is strong!â Orion nods saying âI know. Sheâs unbelievably strong..but sheâs soft. And kind. She cried because the tree she was tied to was burningâ¦she cried because the tree was in pain..and she apologized to the tree! The girl was essentially being burned at the stake and she hurt for the tree! It was also the night she discovered she can control lightning â he laughs âThat girl has been through some shit! No wonder she wants to get even! Lightning??â Orion laughs and says âa story for another day!â
âOrion? Hear what I can do? The girls taught me! Orion hears in his head and smiles says âThe girls taught her how to linkâ and Matt laughs⦠ðº Mi Amorâ¦I am so proud of you! Now we can talk whenever we want. I love you! He hears her giggle. He says âno better feeling in the world knowing sheâs happy!â Matt says.âI know what you mean! Happy Spouseâ¦Happy House!â and they both are still laughing when the other guys come in
Matt fills them in on what they learned about Renata and Abraham pipes up âIâm a little concerned,, if they get wind of the restaurant..it could put it on his radar.. and I donât have to tell you, if they start asking questions around town..Alicia will sell her up the riverâ¦in a heartbeat!â
Orion says âGood point! But what can we do? There or here..a showdown is coming! And it will end! Because once the ceremony is overâ¦and our bond solidifiesâ¦we will make plans to take them out! Even if I have to kill his 8 sons to do it!â
âI need to know their defenses Brian. If we need more warriors..we will bring more in. I wonât have our people outnumbered.. not that it mattersâ¦one of ours is worth 3 of theirs! This battle will be hereâ¦on the first land I claimed for my hounds!â Orion said
Kenneth tells the group âOur warriors stand with you! With Renataâs potions..we will be good to go!â Matt says âwe have to find a way to keep dad hereâ¦maybe ask him to aid Brian with your Luna!?â They laughed and Orion said good luck with that!
Renata knocked on the door and Orion was pulling it open before she finished knocking! She smiled and kissed him saying âI came to get you guys for lunch!â Matt asks âdid you cook?â She nods and he runs around the desk and grabs her hand leading her down to the dining hallâ¦saying âHurry up guys! Orion..I get your shareâ and laughs all the way to his seat!
