As Renata and I walked into the dining hall, Aaron said âI heard from the pack earlier. And Renata..you need to call Barney, little fairy! Itâs importantâ I linked him ðº Whatâs going on? ðº It isnât good! Her restaurant was attacked and two of her servers were seriously hurt! ðº Prepare the plane. We are wheels up in an hour! ðº Yes Alpha! And I ran as fast as I could to get to my love as the sky opened up, the winds howled and her sobs crushed my soul!
The plane was taxiing out to the runway..as Renata curled into a ball and dozed. I looked at the guys and said âWhat do we know?â Aaron replies âThey were roguesâ¦itâs reported they seemed to target the females..trying to abduct the two who are injured. The restaurant is destroyed.. I wonât know what it will take to renovate until I can assessâ Brian speaks up âI have watched the security videoâ¦approximately 20 wolves came in from the northeast and broke through front and back doors, bothâ¦breaking things as they went. Barney was knocked out at the start of itâ¦and Levi disappeared off camera at the start..I didnât pick him back up in view, until the authorities arrived. They targeted the womenâ¦And brother! Those women fought like hell!â
I want answers. âHeracles is unsettled and ready for a fight! Rogues? Are we sure!?â Brian says âI canât be certain.. I am trying to ascertain if what is happening at Matthewâs and this incident are related in any way⦠or if they are two separate incidents. Matthew is sending Kenneth down in a few days to be able to keep your dad updated. Heâs worried about his daughter!â And he chuckles.
I gently wake Renata, to let her know we are landing and she mumbles âcoffeeâ. She is a caffeine fiend! She straightens and stretches her limbs..and looks at us âI am going directly to the hospital. Then the restaurant! I am done taking a backseat in my own life! These fuckers that want to come for me are making a mistake! And they will find out they would rather be jacking off in a phone booth full of bobcats instead of pissing off a fairy!â
And I lost it! That was hilarious! Iâm sorryâ¦a phone booth full of bobcats? Abraham held it together longer than I lasted..but Aaron and Brian were rolling! I have learned a very valuable lesson âDonât piss off a fairyâ
As we walk out of the hospital, Renata looks over at me and says âI really am done being Mrs. Nice Guy⦠We will discover who is involved and Goddess help them!â I smiled and told her âIâm your muscle baby!â And I watched her face go beet red to the tips of her adorable ears.. I laughed and said âwhereâd that precious mind of yours go? Are you interested in checking out my âmuscleâ?â She giggled and said 24/7â¦. âBut right now, we need to see the restaurant â I whispered âLaterâ And grabbed her and lifted her into the truck.
As we were pulling into the parking lot, it was full of peopleâ¦all watching Renata. She hopped out of the truckâ¦staring at the group. She took 4 steps forward and spoke âI know I am not one of your favorite people. And you need to understand..that I donât really care.. If any of you know anything about the men who attacked my friends..I will pay handsomely for that information! Until I can repair..or rebuild..know there canât be any parties..I can do no catering.. and this is the only place you can go out to dinner. And if I do not receive the necessary information I requireâ¦I will rebuild my restaurant in Rapid Runâ¦and all the tourism my restaurant brought in..will disappear! Donât think I didnât know that is the only reason you tolerate me!â

As we walk in, Renata touches Barneyâs cheek and the bruise disappears as the cut healed. Amazing! Everywhere she lookedâ¦.utter destruction. I walked to her and pulled her close..rubbing her back..and she smiles âIâm fine! But Iâm pissed!â I told her we will figure it out..she nods, and says âCan we go home now?â I smile and nod.. ðº Abraham, anything? ðºâNo Alphaâ¦caught the scent faintly..same one inside the restaurant ðº Okay..letâs meet at the house. Luna is ready to go homeâ
All of us pulled into the driveway of Renataâs beautiful Victorian style home..she sat there..not moving.. I asked âBaby? Talk to meâ She said âEvil has been here. The magnolia is weepingâ¦â and she jumped out of the truck. Her beautiful magnolia tree had gashes in its trunk..branches chopped off and lying around it. Renata wrapped her arms around it and began to heal the gashes. She said âThis was personal. This was done with malice and intended to hurt me. They hurt Maggie to hurt me!â I said âMaggie? At work?â She laughed and said âThe tree.. magnoliaâ¦Maggieâ and we both laughed! How genuinely sweet this girl is!
As we walked in the back doorâ¦she stopped..and said âThey have been inside our home.â I stopped her on the porch and told her to wait for me to check it out I linked the guysâ¦I told them to go through the front door and I was coming in the back.
I entered the kitchenâ¦and it no longer existed. Her ovens were ripped from the walls. The range top was shattered. The refrigerator was on its side and all the contents covered the floor. Sheâs right! This IS personal! I look up and she looksâ¦â¦Really pissed! Nuclear detonation pissedâ
âI know who the fuck did this! That fake boobed, bleached blondeâ¦.spray tannedâ¦leg spreading..stank ass crotch..5âgargantuan bimbo! Where are my keys?! Brian was the first to move..he was sitting in the backseat..and Aaron jumped in beside Abraham.. leaving me the front passenger seatâ¦beside a literal steaming woman! The car is Hotttâ¦the windows are fogged over and Iâm trying to wipe the windshield so I can, at least, see the tree that will decapitate me..and she says âChill the fuck outâ¦weâre practically immobile anyway!â And the guys crack up!
I asked âBaby..where are we going?â She snapped âLionelâs! Fucking Alicia and her cronies! I let it slide. Did I go after them for setting my ass on fire? Noooo! Did I go after her when my car was shot at? Nope! Did I beat her ass when she told me to stay away from MY Mate? No..I did not! I wanted toâ¦Holy fucking shit! Did I want to! The guys laughed hystericallyâ¦then Brian said âShould have warriors within the perimeter in a few minutes, Alpha.. Didnât figure weâd wanna be there unarmed. If Luna starts World War 3, we want to be able to contain it.â We all laughed at that!
She didnât even stop at the border! She rammed the gates, slammed the gas pedal to the floor and, as I watchedâ¦concerned she was just going to ram the house.. She loosed the gas pedal, jerked the emergency brake into position..and slid us sideways, to come to a halt at the front door! Impressive, as fuck! And I didnât piss my pantsâ¦so, thereâs that!
