"Aviana chill," I said as my badass niece was running around in my room her dad had dropped her off here earlier this morning. I offered to watch her because I needed to keep myself busy I didn't want to be in my room moping about Pop.

Plus I had to go to a doctor's appointment today I told pop about it but I don't think he's gonna come and honestly, I don't care if he doesn't.

"Where is your other shoe?" I asked Aviana

"I don't know," she said

"Well find it I can't be late," I said

I went into my room and I got a notification from my phone.

It was Pop lame ass.

"The doctor's appointment is at 10:40 right?" He texted me

"Yea" I replied dryly

I ain't tryna give him no time of the day at all we keeping the talk at a minimum.

"I found my shoe TT," Aviana said

"Ok good where was it?" I said

"It was in my play kitchen oven," she said

"Why-Yknow what let's just get In the car you can put yo other shoe on in the car," I said

"Where that Lil boy that was at the house last time," she asked

"Oh he was ugly anyway," She said

"Mhmm," she said as she looked at the window.

After a while she was quiet so my first thought was she was asleep until I heard her asking for McDonald's as we drove by it.

"TT I want McDonald's," she said

"No, you ate the soup I made you at home," I said

"But that was nasty as hell," she said

I looked at her in the rearview mirror then she quickly realized what she did.

"Do I need to pull the damn car over?" I said

"No ma'am," she said

"Then I advise you to act like you got some got the damn sense". I said

Well, at least I got a glimpse of what single parenting can be.

We walked into the doctor's office going to the front desk I told Aviana to go into the little play area and wait for me.

After I checked in and stuff I sat down at one of the chairs and just scrolled through my phone it was almost time for my appointment to start and Pop wasn't here which as I expected.

" Deajahnai Fernando," One of the people at the front desk said

"Yes, I'm coming," I said as I went to the play area where Aviana was at.

"My momma and my daddy be loud at night time they are yelling at each other and my momma be calling my dad daddy like no that's my daddy-" Aviana said to some girl

"Aviana let's go right now," I said pulling her arm and following the nurse to the doctor's office

"Doctor Schoffs should be here in a moment just wait," The nurse said leaving the room.

"TT can I play games on your phone," Aviana asked me

"Here A now get out my f- before I could finish I got a phone call from Pop.

"Hello?" I said onto the phone

"Where you at are you even here?" He asked me

"Yeah I'm here I'm in the room already," I said

"Ok, what's the number?" He asked

"I don't know ask the front lady you're here for someone," I said as I hung up.

"She doing too fucking much" I groaned as I got up from the chair and walked to the desk

"Um my baby momma got an appointment today do you know what room she is in," I asked the lady at the desk

"Ok sure what's her name," she said

"Deajahnai Fernando," I said

She looked through her computer before responding

"Ok she is in room 6 on the third floor," she said

"Appreciate it," I said making my way to the elevator

When I walked in the doctor was already in there getting ready to put the gel on her stomach.

"Hello I'm Doctor Schoffs are you the father?" She asked

"Yeah, I am," I said looking over and seeing Aviana Badass on Nunu's phone.

"Ok well, you're just in time we are about to do an ultrasound to check on the baby" Doctor Schoffs said.

"Ok that sounds good," I said

Nunu hasn't said a word to me since I walked into this bitch she needs to face the fact that her baby daddy and she's gonna have to see me regardless.

Whether she likes it or not.

"Looks like she has a little attitude she has her arms crossed" The Doctor laughs making us laugh.

I wonder where she gets it from and the funny thing is Nunu laying there with her arms crossed right now.

"She is healthy and everything is fine which is good," the doctor said

"Look at her covering her face aww she camera shy," Nunu said

"She stubborn as hell," I said

"Sure is" the doctor, said

"Ok well I'm going to leave you guys alone have a good one you too little one," The doctor said to Aviana but she just Mugged her

"Don't pay her any mind" Nunu said

Then the doctor left

"Imma beat yo ass when we get home for being rude" Nunu said to Aviana.

"Why you ain't say shit to me the whole time I was in here like a hi would've been nice," I said helping her wipe the gel off her stomach.

I told the doctor I wanted to wipe the stuff of her it just looks so satisfying to me.

"Bashar don't start I don't owe you shit," she said

"Well I understand that your mad at me but damn can you fucking chill like at least I'm trying to make a fucking effort like I said I was about our daughter," I said

"Ok do you want a cookie that's what you suppose to do," She said

"Yo just shut the fuck up cause I could've been like these other rappers and not even claim our daughter and act like you don't exist so be fucking grateful," I said

"First of all don't tell me to shut up and second I don't know why you thinking I'm suppose to act chummy with you as if you ain't beat me for 2 days straight," Nunu said getting up.

"Ain't nobody said you supposed to be chummy with me but you acting like I don't exist ain't gone do nothing cause you gonna see me regardless whether you like it or not," I said opening the door for her and Aviana

"Yeah, unfortunately," she said

"It wasn't Unfortunate when you were moaning my fucking name in the bedroom," I said

"I ain't got time for this cause you about make me snap so just go back to that dirty ass studio," She said

"And you can go back to that hoe ass job," I said buckling Aviana in the car seat

"It wasn't a hoe ass job when you was coming in there for me every fucking weekend now was it," she said

"Man whatever I won't be surprised when you fuck around and catch sum," I said

"And I won't be surprised when you get a hoe pregnant," She said

"I already did and it was you," I said walking back to my car.

Toxic...and I kinda like it
