"What the hell you mean I just got served?!"I said as I read the paper that the person gave me.

Why the hell would Pop get full custody when I'm the one who takes care of Malaysia the most when we were together.

This is pointless and petty get full custody of Malaysia then do what? Take her to your mom's house the majority of the time cause I know for a fact that he ain't gonna have the time to just have her by himself.

All because of what I " cheated" and he's upset which he has every right to be but bringing our child in the middle of this is not gonna help or change the fact that I did what I did.

"He can't be serious right now" I said calling his phone.

He hanged up on me the first few time until he finally answers.

"What the fuck do you want?"He growled.

"What is wrong with you? Why are you trying to take full custody of my baby what proof do you have?!" I said as my jaw clenched.

"Because your not a good influence and I don't want my daughter around that shit!" He said.

"What are you even talking about around what?" I said pacing back and forth.

"You know what the hell I'm talking about you stripping and all that shit!" He said.

"You act like I'm stripping in my house in front of her what does my job have to do with me raising my child if it wasn't for  this job I would not be able to provide for her in the first place!" I said.

"My point still stands and you're going to court for custody so you better have a bomb ass lawyer" He said bluntly.

"You're being so inconsiderate about this whole situation how do you think I feel that's my daughter and I have way more time then you to take care for her because all your gonna do when you get custody is just drop her off at your moms house and don't lie!" I said.

"What the fuck you mean imma take her to my mama house? at least I have sombody to watch her yo family dont even fuck with you!"He said.

"I do have people to take care of her when  I cant!"I spat back.

"Oh word who?"he chuckled.

"I..I can have Dasani and Ari tp watch her and you can watch her too!" I said.

"Um yeah Im not finna have those hoes watch her see you in court" He said hanging up.

"What the hell man" I said putting my head down.

This is so stupid this stress is not needed at all why couldnt we just break up and co-parent and go on with our lives.

"He is! and I dont know what to do I aint never been to court before" I said getting ready to cry.

"Ari no we cant just pull up to his house and beat him up its only gonna make it worse and he could use that against us in court" I said.

"Yeah youre right so how did you find this out"she asked then I threw the orange envelope at her making her furrow her eyebrows and open it.

"Full custody?! see now hes doing too much why do he need full custody for? you take good care of M!"She said.

"I know!? Hes just doing it because he's upset that I cheated and he's trying to "ruin my life" as he would say" I said.

"Thats fucked up and unfair as hell like yes what you did was wrong but lets not act like he wasnt  doing what he was doing in the start of yall relationship"She said.

"I know its just too much I tried to talk to him about it but he just went off on me" I said.

"We need to get you a lawyer asap"She said.

"I know but I dont how? And thats a whole process" I said.

"Maybe just maybe you should try to get in touch with your paren-"

"No no no hell no I dont need any more drama in my life" I said.

"Put its obvious that you need support other than me and Dasani" She said.

"Yall are all the support I need so I dont think I need anybody else and I dont want to be ungeniune and only come to them when some shit goes down" I said.

"Just think about it and plus this can help you go against Pop's claim about you not having anybody to watch M" she said.

"I mean cmon do you want custody over your child or not?" She said.

"Well its too late I already got her served and the court date is in a month so everything is finalized" I said shrugging my shoulders.

"Your being ridiculous Shar you need to think about this you understand how big this is" She said.

"I did think about this and Im going with it ma if you knew half the stuff I knew about this girl you would be agreeing with me right now but thats ok it all gonna unfold at court" I said putting my hands behind my head
