Charlie felt a hand slap her back as she was peacefully sleeping. She shot up not knowing what it was. She turned around and rubbed her eyes to see Amelia standing there holding her belly with water pooled on the floor beneath her. 'Stop standing there staring at me get the bag and car keys. My water has broke' she said to Charlie. Charlie just smiled and slowly started to walk to get changed. 'CHARLIE I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU DONT MOVE YOUR FUCKING ASS IM LEAVING YOU AT THE HOSPITAL' Charlie started to rush to get everything ready.
She brought the car round and helped Amelia into the car trying to be as gentle and carful as possible. 'Are you oka..' before Charlie Could finish her sentence Amelia let out a pained screamed then grabbed Charlie's hair tightly. 'If you don't hurry the fuck up this child will only have one parent Charlie'. She quickly shut her mouth nodding her head and started to drive to the hospital.
'Can I have help here. My girlfriend is pregnant. A nurse came straight away with a wheel chair for Amelia. We got into the lift and started going up. The lift was filled with Amelia's screams. She held tightly onto Charlie's hand making her go red from pain but knew if she complained she wouldn't see another day so she kept quiet.
The doctor came in getting everything ready for Amelia to start pushing. Charlie just looked in awe at her girlfriend seeing how beautiful she is even in this state. 'Are you the babies mother and the wife to Amelia?' the doctor asked Charlie. 'Yes that's me, but girlfriend not wife'. 'Yeah she put a baby in me and still hasn't got the balls to propose to me' Amelia said angrily. Charlie just looked at her mouth wide from shock.
But before she could say anything the doctor turned to Amelia's and told her it was time to start pushing. And she did. Amelia pushed for 2 hours. When she finally delivered there beautiful baby girl. Charlie stared down at her girlfriend and baby and kissed Amelia on the cheek 'I am so proud of you baby'.
'Does she have a name?' The nurse asked the two woman. Amelia looked at Charlie and smiled. 'Lilly' Amelia spoke. Causing to Charlie to look at her suprisingly. That was her name of her real mother. Charlie smiled and hugged Amelia. 'Are you sure' she asks with tears in her eyes. 'Positive Charlie, baby lily' they both said in unison.
Once Amelia was released from the hospital Charlie had set up a relaxing day in the apartment because she knew Amelia was gonna need it. As they entered the doors both smiling widely. They saw a man standing by the kitchen counter. Charlie quickly turned the lights on and pushed Amelia and lily behind her protectively.
'Hello Charlie' the low voice spoke. It was John. Her adoptive father. Charlie's face went pale as he was the last person she'd expect to see standing in her apartment.
'John what are you doing here' Charlie asked irritated. 'Ohh just wanted to see my grand daughter. Didn't think I'd find out did you? And you thought you could keep it quiet that you got your teacher pregnant' he spoke with a smirk.
'Does the school department know about how you slept with your student Miss Cruz' Amelia's heart dropped. She knew it was all to good to be true.
