They picked Lilly up from school and made their way to Amelia's apartment. She kept an eye on Charlie as she saw her zoning in and out. It broke her heart to see Charlie like this. As they walked in the apartment Charlie sat on the couch look around the apartment. 'It's nice' she says and Amelia just smiles passing Lilly to her. Lilly jumps into Charlie's arms with a huge smile. 'Hello angel, how you been?' Lilly just starts talking gibberish and all Charlie could do was laugh.
Amelia was cooking food for all of them then the phone started ringing. 'Can you grab that please' Amelia shouted. Charlie picks up the phone. 'Hello Amelia, it's Richard, sorry to phone you like this but I was just wondering if we were still on for tomorrow night, I've got the reservations to that place you said you like' Charlie just hung up the phone with anger. She placed Lilly down and walked over to Amelia.
'Who the fuck is Richard?' Amelia's stoped stirring the pot and froze. She was too scared to turn around and face Charlie. She had forgotten about her date with Richard. 'I'm going to ask one more time who the fuck is Richard?' Charlie spoke voice getting higher from anger. 'He's just a guy from work. He wants to go for lunch that's all' Charlie laughed. 'Lunch? He said he's booked that place you like Amelia. So don't fucking lie to me'.
Amelia just stood there not knowing what to say. She could see Charlie's anger rising and she didn't want to say anything to make it worse. So she walked over to Lilly picking her up and taking her to her room so she doesn't hear them. She walks back out and sees Charlie going through her phone. She runs over to her and snatches it out of her hand. 'You've been on more than one date with this fucking guy Amelia, didn't take you fucking long did it' she said giving her a dirty look. 'You had no right to go through my phone Charlie, we are not together now, you can't do that' Amelia spoke with a calm voice.
'Cancel the date' Amelia saw red. 'I'm not cancelling the date Charlie. You can't tell me what to do. You don't control me, we're not together. I can see who ever I want to'. 'Amelia I will kill this guy my fucking self so for his benefit cancel the fucking date'. Amelia took a step back realising this isn't gonna end well. 'Charlie you need to leave now, I can't have you here when you're like this'Â Charlie turns on her heels and walks towards Lilly room grabbing her and walking towards the door. All she could hear was Amelia screaming at her and begging for her not to take her. 'Charlie please don't do this, you're not yourself, you can't look after Lilly yourself please just put her down' Amelia shouts tears flooding her cheeks. Charlie ignored her and walked out with Lilly.
Amelia didn't know what to do. She didn't trust Charlie with Lilly not that she would hurt her. She just wasn't in the right headspace. She tried to ring her but nothing. So she did what she never wanted to do she rang the cops. 'Yeah she's more of a danger to herself than anyone else, I just need them both safe she's not in the headspace to be on her own with her' Amelia's spoke to the cops in her home.
