Charlie hadn't moved from the car with Lilly in since she parked up. She was out of it. She looked out the window to see cop cars speeding towards her and Amelia's car driving behind them. Two officers went to her window and knocked on it. 'Charlie, I need you to lower your window, we're not here to harm you we just want to help you'. Charlie ignored them resting her head on the steering wheel trying to block everything out. 'Charlie, we don't want to use force, so please just open the window for us'. And that point Lilly had started to cry in back seat which made Amelia step forward. 'Ma'am you need to stay back' an officer put her arm out to stop Amelia. 'My baby and my partner is in there, just let me go in and talk to her' the officer nodded letting her past.

Amelia knocked on the window. Charlie looked up slowly and unlocked it then locked it quickly when Amelia got in 'Charlie, we just need to get Lilly out of here, she's crying' Charlie nodded her head Amelia signalled for the officers to grab Lilly. As soon as they did Charlie locked the car and sped off. Amelia held onto the side of the car at how fast she was going. 'Charlie what the hell are you doing? You need to slow down please' Amelia's now begging. But Charlie wasn't letting up. Charlie sped around the corner causing the compartment infront of Amelia to pop open. Amelia took a look inside and all she saw were different pills and powders followed by bottles of liquor. She knew Charlie had lost her way but she never knew she had gone this far. She took this time to look at her features. She's now noticing the big bags under her eyes. Her collar bones sticking out as well as her cheeks. She's lost so much weight. She looks ill.

The car came to a stop as they were near a cliff. Charlie got out and walked towards the end. Amelia panicked and followed her. Charlie could see in the corner of her eye Amelia standing there panicking. 'You can calm down I'm not gonna jump' Amelia felt so relieved.  She took a step forwards and stood next to Charlie and held her hand. 'You need help Charlie' is all Amelia said and she could feel Charlie tense up. 'I know you don't want to but I really think you need to start looking into rehab, because this Charlie it's fucking killing me. You're killing your self and I've told you before I can't stand by and watch that happen'. She just looked at Amelia and she could see the emptiness in Charlie's eyes. 'Once you get proper help, we can start thinking of being a family again, it's something I've wanted for ages now, but it can't happen like this and you know that, your daughter needs you alive not laying in some crack den'. The police finally pull up beside them and Amelia walked towards them telling them everything is okay and they are just talking. Amelia thanked them. But before they left they gave Charlie a speeding ticket as she went way over the limit getting to that cliff.

'I've looked into one that's not far from here, I've already rang a while ago telling them about you, they have space' Amelia spoke to Charlie as she drove them home. Charlie just nodded her head. She didn't want to go. But she knew she needed to go. She needed to sort her shit out. 'I can take you tomorrow baby' Charlie smiles slightly at the pet name Amelia used. Then nodded her head agreeing.
