TW-DRUG ABUSE
Charlie snuck out of Lauren's house around 5am. Her head was loud, she didn't want to go home a face John. So she did the only thing she knew to do. Get high. She got into her car and drove to a house. A house known to be the 'druggie house' she sighed as she looked up. Taking a step out she knocked the door. The door opened revealing a very high and intoxicated Tommy.
'Charlie, come in man, what a surprise. What can I do for you? 'Just need to get my mind of things' Charlie replied with zero energy. 'I got just the thing man, follow me' so she did she followed Tommy through the house. Looking over she saw bodies just laying there all drugged up and passed out, she saw half naked people just walking about with no care in the world. She just laughed to herself and carried on walking.
'Got just the thing for getting things of your mind, here' he throws Charlie a bag. Charlie looked down and stared at the baggie, she's done drugs before but this drug she swore she'd never touch. 'Is this heroin mate' Charlie asked hesitantly. 'Yeah any troubles will be gone after this' Charlie watched as Tommy burnt it down for her. 'Give me a vein Charlie boy' she quickly
Rolled up her sleeve giving Tommy her arms. Without hesitation he stuck the needle in.
It was now 8pm school starts at 8.30 and Charlie couldn't move. She could barely blink. She was so fucked she couldn't do anything. The only upside to it was she was calm and not thinking about John or the green eyes beauty that's occupied her mind recently.
3 hours have passed and Charlie was coming round. 'How was it man' Tommy stood there with a grin. 'That fucked me up mate' Charlie said whilst laughing. 'Yeah it does that just hit me up if you need more I got your back dude' 'can I just take some pills to ease the tension y'know?' 'Of course. Tommy throws the pot of pills towards Charlie. She doesn't catch them as her reflexes have gone to shit. She bends down to pick them up.
Charlie goes to hand Tommy money but he shakes his head 'nah this one's on me. You look like you need it Charles' 'thank you' Charlie smiled and makes her way to her car. She drives home knowing she can't go to school like this. She parks up and sighs in relief knowing her parents weren't there. She got inside took a pill and headed straight for bed.
At school Mrs Cruz had Charlie this lesson. She waited for Charlie to arrive knowing she likes to be late and make an entrance but she never turned up. She turned to Jay and asked 'where's Charlie?' 'No clue Mrs haven't heard from her today' Jay replies slight panick in his voice and fear in his eyes.
After Amelia had finished with her classes and school ended. She made her way home. She got in put her bag down and slipped her shoes off. She could smell something cooking, she walked into the kitchen to see her wife cooking looking happy as ever. 'Smells good darling' Amelia said with a smile as she pecked her wife's lips. 'It's your favourite' 'you always know the way to my heart Kelly' Amelia said whilst setting up the table.
'Everything ok love?' Kelly says. 'Hmm?' Amelia replies. ' I asked if everything's ok. You've been really quiet since you've been home so just wanted to make sure' Kelly says with a worried look. 'I'm fine it's just school stuff, don't want to bore you with it' Amelia flashed her a smile. 'You would never bore me, just know you can talk to me about it' 'thank you Kelly' Amelia replied and kissed her cheek
