Chapter 7

When Liam was about to take off the curtains, there was a sudden bang on the door.

Swing right opened, and his position right now is really out of royal etiquette.

Not to mention it's his stupid, father.

He was surprised to see Liam taking off the curtains, and when he looked around his room some were still clean but he did notice a hard and light scrubbing, on the moldy wall and floor.

Liam scoffed and continued taking off the curtains, he doesn't deserve his greetings at all.

" What the hell are you doing? " The grand duke asked, and Liam didn't respond.

" Answer me you brat! " Liam coldly gaze at the grand duke, it's not a stare of a child but a stare of a person who doesn't like to talk.

" Can't you see? I'm cleaning the mess that your workers didn't bother to clean " he grinned at the duke, " I never even thought that the grand duke hire that kind of people. " He continued. As he averted his eyes back at the curtains and takes it off from the window.

The grand duke pursed his lips in anger,

" you get down from there. "

" And what? Start being a good father...?"  Liam scoffed

" You stupid child, I'm trying to - "

" To what, Take good care of me?  I've been waiting for that for a very long time now, and it looks like... I don't want your love anymore. You can go back and do your work like you always have '  Liam fumed out.

Liam got off the chair and placed the dirty curtains on the floor.

The grand duke can't help but squeeze his hands tightly and leave Liam's room in anger.

He slammed the door close as Liam just scorned, and wiped the  window clean taking the dust off from the window.

The grand duke can't do anything to him, right now because his fame is the most important form of his arrogance.

Liam grinned, what if his a hero of the country? If his attitude is an abuser, not to mention the king hates abusers.

" brother, I was worried... "  Liam was startled and gazed at the doll on the bed.

" Dion is that you? "

" Mhm~ ! I was worried because my father was here, I thought he would hurt you... "

Dang if his not careful, Dion would know his terrible and dark plan on turning this house into a living hell.

His an angel of course, so he has to avoid explaining and showing too much about his personality.

But he can't help it.

Because everything in this mansion (except Dion)  can touch his nerve immediately.

His nerve always has its peak point where it snapped immediately.

He can't blame himself because he was born to be like that if someone messes with him, then he'll be sorry not sorry.

Liam shakes his head and smiles, "no... The grand duke won't hurt us. '

" I thought you always called the grand duke father? Did the father do something wrong? "

Yes, a lot. His a father that isn't ready to have a child. Shameless and neglectful father.

" Well, to be honest yes. He doesn't care or love me. That's the problem"  Liam replied, As he was finally satisfied at the window scrubbing.

" Father doesn't really love us all, all he did was work... And work he only comes to me when he needs something. "

He even uses Dion as a tool! That stupi-!

Liam coughs awkwardly and sits beside the doll where Dion possessed, " what kind of something? "

" He wants me to give him power, and more power. He doesn't care if I faint from too much use of my energy he only cares if it fully transfers to him, that makes me sick for at least 1 week... "

Okay Liam take it back, his a bastard that deserves to be killed painfully.

" Brother, did father visit you? "

" No. This was the first, probably Amelia reported something about me. '  Liam scoffed, and patted the doll's head.

" Brother, I do see our sister heading toward my father's office a while ago, while her hands were bleeding. And there's also few maids following her. "

Liam came up with a conclusion that Amelia came to the grand duke and framed him about her hands that were bleeding and it was his fault.

That snake, but seeing The grand duke being ignored a minute ago. Probably save him?

He warmly smiled at Dion," don't mind her, she's just playing around "

" Mhm~ okay~! " But Dion knew it wasn't the case. She indeed framed brother Eirwen, and presented her hand as evidence. She also uses the maid who has a swollen hand and told that brother Eirwen slapped it.

Dion clearly remembered that brother Eirwen already warned the maid to not spit out everything that happened, but she did.

Dion can't help but feel angry...

He guesses that there's another play thing for him this weekend.

Dion smiled and replied to Liam," Dion will protect you brother! So that no one can hurt you! "

Liam thought Dion was just comforting him so he wouldn't be mad at that bitc- woman.

But little did he know that, Dion wasn't kidding at all. He will protect Eirwen even if it costs their own lives in line. They hurt him of course, eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth is just repaying the favor.

Because if they hurt brother Eirwen, Dion will hold a grudge deep inside his heart and won't be satisfied seeing them walking around happily, especially sister Amelia...

" I hate them brother~" Dion sadly said

" I hate them too but holding feelings is bad, so it's alright to let them go. " Liam responded with a smile.

" Mhm! Alright I'll let them go~ " giggle can be heard as Liam just warmly grinned at the cute young child.
