Not a chapter but wtf happened today

Kamala just talked and I'm crying once again. Her speech was beautiful and seeing her smile and being positive really cheered me up. HOWEVER I lost all hope and faith in humanity. Let me tell you as a mixed kid, being half black, it's touching me on a deeper level. People are still hateful, people still get off violence and toxicity more than joy but you know what? It's a wake up call. I don't know about y'all but I'm seething with rage, I feel it in my bones it's just boiling, the need to fight and stay strong. As our woman said; "This is not a time to throw up our hands, it's a time to roll up our sleeves." We won't let it slide, we won't be quiet, we won't fucking go back everyone.
