“Heavens, Xiangxiang. You have X-ray sight, don’t you? That super rare jadeite just came out of nowhere,” Wei Shanshan rushed to the old town after she was done with filming. She had the day off tomorrow.

“You’ll see me gambling on stones all the time if I really have that,” Yun Xiangxiang rolled her eyes. She was observing this piece of black stone.

Without any light shining upon it, the black jadeite looked lustrously beautiful. It was cool and comfortable to the touch. When the light shone on it, the stone would change into a bright, translucent shade of green. It was marvelous.

“It’s so pretty,” Wei Shanshan huddled closer. This was her first time coming in close contact with jade and experiencing its seduction. “I think I know how those jade connoisseurs feel now. Some things are really just to die for.”

Yun Xiangxiang tilted her head to look at Wei Shanshan, “If you don’t mind, I can use its edge to make a pair of stud earrings for you.”

“Would I mind?” Wei Shanshan was shocked. “I would if I’m stupid. Even if it’s just a pair of studs, it’s still priceless! I can keep it as a family heirloom!”

Wei Shanshan only realized what Yun Xiangxiang was thinking after she said that out loud. “Xiangxiang, you want to cut it down to pieces?”

“You have to get that stone off your hands, fast,” He Wei sounded like he was irritated.
