"What in the hell were you thinking? They finally came home!" Kikyo asked. "Let the boy do what he wants for now," I declared. "You're mad! Listen to yourself! If Kil is to be the head of the family, this stage is absolutely critical!"
"So you know what's at stake. Good. Then stop your griping and keep your mouth shut!" I start to laugh. "Don't worry, he'll come back home one day.
"After all, they are my children."
-Waiting x for x friends-
"Master Killua and (Y/N). We've been waiting for you." Gotoh said. "Gotoh!" Killua said. "Where is Gon right now?" I asked with a bit of concern in my voice. "You know, don't you?" Killua asked. "Canary is bringing Master Gon along with his two friends, even as we speak. "What? Really?"
"Seriously?" Killua seemed excited. "They'll be arriving shortly, so please wait inside," Gotoh says while he steps aside. "Sure." Killua and I said in sync. We walk inside and Killua faces Gotoh. "Gotoh."
"Sir."
"The second he's here, tell me," Killua said. "Of course. I shall notify you immediately." Gotoh bows. Then, another butler takes us to another room. "Hey, I have an odd thing to ask," I whispered while Killua went inside the room. "Can you bring two large cups of vinegar water?" I uttered. "Yes, ma'am."
I walk inside the room and Killua was on the couch. I smile and I see the butler with the glasses. "Thank you!" I said smiling. I could tell it was apple cider vinegar. I take out some cards and I smile wider. "Killua~! Let's play a game!" I said smiling. He turns and looks at me. I pick him up and set him at one of the cups. "Hm?" Once he realized what we were playing he got up. "No! I am not playing that game again! It's evil!"
"Never have I ever is evil?" I said. "Nevermind just play with me. Please!" I said. "Um...sure." He huffed as he sat back down. I shuffle the cards and I draw the top. "Never have I ever had a crush on my best friend's sibling," I said as I read the card. "Nope," Killua said while "looking" at the vinegar really closely. "Me neither." He picks up another card and he reads it. "Never have I ever dyed my hair." He looks at me. I take a sip of the vinegar and I sigh.
"Ok! Ahem...Never have I ever went skinny-dipping." I look at Killua. He shakes his head and picks up a card. I take a sip of the drink as I let him read. "Never have I ever stolen clothes from a sibling...Ok." We both take a sip and I laugh. "You stole clothes from somebody? Was it Illumi?"
"No!...yes." Killua blushed. "Never have I ever ate somebody's leftovers." Killua shrugged and took a sip. So did I.

"What?!" Killua said shocked. "No Baka! That isn't fair!" He stood up and yelled at me. "Nani?!" I got up. "You know what? This is the third time you complained about my household! We are getting a divorce!" I cross my arms. "Nooo! I don't want to pay when I land on Boardwalk! You own most of the property on the board." He points at the board.
"Too bad!" I look at the door while Killua complained. There were chocolate robot wrappers everywhere. "Dammit! How long do we have to wait?" I asked. "I don't know. Hey Gotoh!" He got up. We walk out of the room. "Is anybody out here?" Killua asked. The hallways were completely silent. "What's going on?"
"Let's grab our bags." I rushed inside and I open my bag. I put a handful of chocolate robots inside but, I don't let Killua know. We clean the room and walk out.
"Why is there clapping?" I said as I rush to the door. Killua makes me slow down and he opens the door. "Gotoh! Is Gon here yet?"
"Killua! (Y/N)!" Gon shouted. "You were already here? Gon!" Killua smiles. "And this guy...um...Kurapika!" Killua points to Kurapika. "You remembered."
"Reolio!" Killua then points to 'Reolio.' He gets mad and shouts, "It's Leorio!" I smile. "It's been so long but, you made it!" I said. "Wow! Your face is a mess!" Killua said. I hit him lightly. "Back at you!" Gon said. They both laugh and I smile again. Everyone got up and Killua turned to Gotoh. "Hey, Gotoh! What happened to telling me as soon as they got here, huh?" Killua asked. "What we're you doing?"
"Please forgive me. I had them participate in a little game." Gotoh bowed. "A game?" Killua and I asked. "A joke, sir. Though quite a poor one, admittedly. I'm sorry for the trouble. I do hope you enjoyed yourselves." Gotoh explained. "If that was a joke then you sure fooled me." Leorio scratched his head. "Wait did they try anything?" Killua asked.
"No. They were just keeping us all entertained." Gon smiled. "Really? Well, okay. Let's go someplace else. Like anywhere at all. If we stay here, my mom will chew all of us out." Killua said. Gon nods and picks up his bag. "Hey, Gotoh. Listen. No matter what Mom said, don't follow us!" I said. "Understood ma'am. Please take care."Â I smile. "Thank you."
"C'mon, Gon. Let's go. Bye!" Killua walks away. We follow him close behind. I stay for a bit and I turn around. "Mister Gotoh...You're gonna miss Killua when he's gone, aren't you?" Gon asked. "No sir. It is our duty to serve our employers and not to become emotionally attached to them." Gotoh explained. "You liar." Gon stocked his tongue out. Gon started to run away. "Gon."
He soon flipped a coin and grabbed it with one of his hands. "Well? Which hand?" Gotoh asked. "Your left one, right?" Gon interrogated. Gotoh shows him that it was his right hand and Gon gasps. "No way!"
"Indeed. A deception. The world is teeming with tricks and tricksters. Please be careful and please, sir, look over Master Killua and (Y/N)." Gotoh bows. Gon nods and I leave. "Hurry up guys!" Killua yelled. "Coming, sorry!" Gon and I say. "Let's get out of here before trouble finds us!" Killua shouts.
"Race you!" I run as the others try to catch me.

"Yeah. He pulled that same trick on me." Killua said. We were in the town by the mountain. "Once you know the secret, you'll kick yourself for not seeing it," Killua explained. "Mhm." I hummed. "Oh. Really?" Gon was flipping the coin. Kurapika grabbed the coin. "I bet this is what he did." Kurapika did the trick and asked, "Which hand?"
"Your left, right?" Gon asked. Kurapika shows him it was the right and Gon looked confused. "What the--?! But how'd ya do it?" Gotoh must have two coins the entire time." Kurapika answered. "But it looked like he only had one." Gon said confused. "Well, he concealed a coin in his right hand and then flipped the other." He flips the coin. "He let us see him grab the coin using his left hand. Now, this is where the skill comes in. Before he asked us to choose which handheld the coin, he raises both of his arms like so and slips the first one in his sleeve while keeping his hand balled up in a fist" Kurapika explained in more detail.
"Oh!" Gon said. "Then he just showed us the coin in his right hand." Kurapika finished. "Yep, you got it." Killua nods. Gon gets mad and starts to look like he was shaking. "That cheater!" Killua turns to him. "Well, not the whole time, probably. I'm sure just on the last turn. Gotoh hates cheating, even if it's just a game. Feel better?"
"That's even worse!" Gon growls.
Killua's Pov:
I look over to (Y/N) and she was rubbing her eyes. "Hey (Y/N), when was the last time you slept?" I asked suddenly. Hm? Oh um...about 2 weeks? I lost count." She shrugged like it was normal. "Baka! You can't do that!" I shouted.
"I'm sorry! I was worried about you! I couldn't sleep." She yawned. "Sorry!" She smiles. "(Y/N) watch out!" I said before she tripped. I caught her in mid-air though. "I'll carry her." Kurapika insisted. "Oh...alright." I give her to Kurapika and he puts her on his back. "Thank you," I said.
~Time skip~
"What? Wait. You came here on a tourist visa?" I asked. "Mm-hm." Gon nods. We were on a bus and (Y/N) was next to me. Her head was on my shoulder as she slept quietly. "But you passed the Hunter Exam, didn't you? So why didn't you use your license? You can use it to get into other countries and stay for as long as you want!"
"We already told him that!" Leorio added. "Not yet. No license. Not until I finish what I have to do. Also here is (Y/N)'s license." He hands me her license. "So, what is it? What do you gotta do?" I asked. "Well...you...remember..." Gon reaches in his pocket. "When Hisoka gave me his number badge?"
"Yeah," I said. "I'll return it. Whenever I can punch Hisoka right in his stupid, ugly face!"
(Y/N) Pov:
"-Punch Hisoka right in his stupid ugly face!" Gon said. "Until I can do that, I'm not gonna use my Hunter's license or go back to Whale Island!" Gon explained. "Hmm...So? Where is Hisoka?" Killua asked. "Uh? Uh, well..." Gon muttered. "That's what I thought," Leorio said. "I know where he is, Gon," Kurapika confessed. "Really?" Gon asked. "But how?"
"I know because he told me," Kurapika said. "That's what he said." Leorio let out. "No. After the orientation." Kurapika corrected. "Yeah, but it's related, right?" Leorio interrogated. "Perhaps," Kurapika said plainly. "Okay, look, I've been dying to ask. Hisoka...what did he say to you?" Leorio asked. "All he said was, 'I'll tell you something interesting about spiders."
"Did he mean the Phantom Troupe?" Leorio implored. "I don't recall ever mentioning them to Hisoka. He either overheard our conversation during the first phase or heard it from someone else. The troupe's symbol is the spider. Which is what they are called by anyone familiar with them. I was interested in whatever information he had."
"I get it now," Leorio said. "I asked him about it after the orientation. He said to meet him in Yorknew on September first." Kurapika implied. "But why that date?" Leorio raised a question. "That's half a year away. You've got plenty of time. So, what's gonna happen in Yorknew City?" Gon also asked.
"Ha! They're holding the world's largest auction!" Leorio snapped his fingers. "That's right. From September 1st through September 10th, there will be an auction, with rare and unusual items and national treasures from around the world. Of course, the event attracts all manner of tricksters who come looking to satisfy their greed. It's the biggest gathering of wealth on the entire planet."
"Oh..." Gon said. "Do you think that means the troupe's gonna be there?" Leorio asked."Well, they are a group of bandits. It's unlikely that they would let this opportunity slip by. Regardless, on that day, Hisoka will be somewhere in Yorknew City." Kurapika added. "Okay, then. September the first. I got it. Thanks a lot." Gon said gratefully. "You're welcome." Kurapika nods.
I pretend to wake up and Killua hugs me. "Good afternoon (Y/N)-Chan," Kurapika said. "Hm? Oh, good afternoon." I rub my eyes. "(Y/N)!" Gon shouts. "Baka, be quiet! (Y/N) go back to sleep. That was less than 3 hours." He said pulling me closer. "No!" I yelled trying to get out of his grasps (really lightly). "Let me go!"
~Time Skip~
"All right, I'll be leaving now." We stopped. "Huh?" Gon said confused. "We all got to see Killua and (Y/N) again, so my work here is finished. I'll be needing a lot of money if I'm going to attend the auction. So, from here I shall search for a patron willing to employ me as a Hunter."
"Really?" Leorio questioned. "I guess I should head back home, then," Leorio uttered. "Wait, you too?" Gon and I ask. "I haven't given up on becoming a doctor. If I'm accepted to med school, then this will pay the outrageous expenses. I need to get back and start hitting the books."
"Oh, alright..." I whispered. "Best of luck, Leorio!" Gon dais cheerfully. "Til next time..." Leorio uttered. "Yes. That will be..." Kurapika trails off.
"September first in Yorknew City!"
I quickly hug Kurapika and Leorio. "See ya later!" Leorio waved. "Make sure (Y/N) is safe!" Kurapika also waves. I roll my eyes and laugh.
~Time Skip~
"Bye-bye!" Gon waves. "Guess it's just us three now. So? What next?" Gon asked. "You seriously have to ask me that? We've got to start training." Killua said. I pinched him and he looks at me. "Oh. For what? Why not have fun?" Gon raised a question. Killua grunts. "You remember what you told me about a second ago?" Killua asked.
I pulled Killua's bag. "Gon, do you think you can punch Hisoka without any training?" I interrogated. "That'd take ten years! Forget about six months!" Killua said poking Gon's cheek. "Hey get back over here!" I grab his bag and I pull him closer to me. "Okay." Gon sighed.
"Here, I'll break it down for you. This is Hisoka and this is Hanzo." Killua drew in the sand. "Right, I'm with you, " Gon stated. "If this is the strength gap Hisoka and Hanzo...the gap between you and Hisoka is..." Killua draws a long line away from us. "Killua!" I yelled. "This wide! And I'm being generous!"
I ran to him and I cover up 1/12 of the line. "There. That's being generous." I give him a deadly stare. "Okay, then how far apart are you?" Gon points to us. "Me?" Killua looks at the line. "Probably here." I get mad and I pull his hair so he looks at me. "Killua stop being rude. You are making Gon feel bad." I let go and I do further down. "He is here." I draw a mini Killua. "And where are you?" Gon asked. "Hmm...I would be in-between Hisoka and Hanzo but, closer to Hisoka." I smile. I'm so modest today.
"Oh...So Hanzo's the stronger one?" Gon asked. "Wait..." I said. "What is it, My Lady? "You really are awesome Killua!" Gon and I said in sync. "Oh my God! Sibling telepathy!" I run to Gon to high-five him. "Knock it off, guys! It's embarrassing." Killua blushed. I started to laugh while Gon started talking. "It's just I don't know how to tell the difference in strength between my opponent and me." Gon explained.
"It doesn't really matter, Baka. We're only estimating, anyway." Killua started to walk away. "Besides, you get the general idea, right?" Gon and I follow Killua. "And with experience, your estimates will become more accurate but, the stronger someone is, the better they can hide that strength. So, it's not a method that I'd recommend."
"Me neither." I shrugged. "Okay, I won't." Gon said. "Point is..." I wouldn't let him finish. "Hisoka is really strong," I said. "Yeah." Gon understood. "With just six months, we're gonna need to get real creative." Killua and I said in sync. Gon nods. Killua hugs me. "Hey...do you have any money?" Killua consulted. Gon gives him a sheepish sigh. "I'm a little low, actually."
"I don't have much either." Killua smiled. "Oh! I know where to go! It's where you can train and make money!" I grab Gon's hand. "Make money while we're training?" Gon questioned. "At the Heavens Arena!" Killua and I said again in sync. "Great minds think alike!" Killua said grabbing my waist. "Baka! Get off!" I pushed him a little too hard. "(Y/N)! Say sorry!" Gon yelled. "Ugh. No." I grumbled. "No! Say it! And Aunt Mito said that when you hurt someone you HAVE to say sorry and hug them!"
I blush but I cover my face. "Fine. I'm sorry Killua." I said quietly. "Awe! It's fine Kitten." He hugs me and I felt like I was going to explode. "Thank you! What is the Heavens Arena?" Gon asked me. "I'll explain later but, we really ought to get going now!" Killua abruptly takes my hand and we start to head inside. "Right!" Gon runs up to me. "Get off me!" I yell bashfully.
