one day as Aditya was walking on the busy streets of Chawanpur, he got a call from Mrs Dutta, Aditya received the call with a smile. Aditya: hello Ma'am.... Mrs Dutta: hello Aditya...I have called you to give you some great news. Aditya: oh ma'am, whenever your call comes...I do get some or the other good news...anyways, tell me what is it? Mrs Dutta: Hahaha! well that's true Aditya...so hold your breath as I give you this news...one of your paintings displayed in our art gallery has finally found a buyer. hearing this unexpected good news...Aditya was happy beyond limits. Aditya: oh my God! really ma'am? I...I have been eagerly waiting for something like this to happen. who's that person who has decided to buy one of my paintings? (questioned Aditya with excitement) Mrs Dutta: well his name is Vasu chatterjee...he's a local businessman around here...he loved your artwork and the beautiful message hidden in it....infact he has expressed his wish of meeting you as well. Aditya: I...i too would love to meet that person, afterall, he will be the first person to buy my painting. Mrs Dutta: great...so why don't you come here in Bangalore and hand over the painting to him with your own hands? Aditya: it would be by pleasure ma'am...I'll be coming to Bangalore within a day Aditya: alright Aditya ...so see you soon. as Aditya ends the call, right at that moment he receives another call. this time it was a call from Mr Triparty. Aditya immidiately received the call. Aditya: hello...hello Sir... Mr Triparty: Hey! Aditya my boy...congratulations son, finally one of your painting is getting sold out. Aditya was all surprised hearing Mr Tripartys reply. Aditya: Sir...how...how did you get this news? (questioned Aditya with a surprise) Mr Triparty: hahaha...beta am a big bussinesman, nothing can remain hidden from me. actually before calling you, Mrs Dutta thought of giving this news to me first...so she called and told me everything. am so happy for you beta Aditya: Thank you so much Sir...your wishes means a lot to me (replied Aditya with happiness) Mr Triparty: I know... I know son. so come to my house tonight ...let's have a dinner together. the first time when I had called you for the dinner, my only intention was to let you down...but this time am really inviting you from heart...please do come. Aditya: forget the past Sir...I know you have accepted me completely...don't worry I'll be there. as Aditya finishes talking ...he receives a message on his mobile...it was a message from Aashi ...it said... "hey love ...I got the news about your painting getting sold out. I can't describe the happiness that am feeling right now, I just feel like coming to you, but I have got stuck with some work at the institute. I'll be seeing you directly at night...my dad might have already informed you about the dinner. so see you at the dinner and remember, I love you lots" Aditya couldn't contain his happiness as he read Aashis heartwarming message. his heart swelled with more love for her, and he couldnt wait to see her that night. the thought of her being happy on his success made him feel like the luckiest men on earth...finally the night arrived, this time the situation at the dinner was completely different from the last time. the environment was filled with laughter and heartfelt conversation. this time Aditya felt a sense of belonging at the mansion. after finishing the dinner Aditya, Aashi and Mr Triparty set on the sofa in the main hall.Mr Triparty: wow...what a lovely evening it was...really had a great time with you at the dinner Aditya Aditya: Me too Sir Aashi: dad...I still can't believe that this is all real, you have accepted Aditya completely (said Aashi with happiness) Mr Triparty: I had to accept him beta, his sinciearity has proved that how much he truly loves you. as they were having conversation, Shamlal, the house servant walks in there towards Mr Triparty. Shamlal: Ah sir... There is a person outside who has come with a bag to give you. Mr Triparty: Bag? what bag? and who is that person? (questioned Mr Triparty with curosity) Shamlal: I don't know who he is, but he has told me that Mr Ritesh Kumar has sent 50 lakhs in that bag to give you. hearing Shamlals reply ...Mr Triparty reacted as if he realised and remembered something. Mr Triparty: ohhh ok ok...ya I got it. anyways...you take the bag and keep it safe in my room. Shamlal: alright Sir, (saying this, Shamlal went on the way to Mr Tripartys room) Aashi: what money is it dad? (Aashi questìned with curosity) Mr Triparty: oh nothing beta...it's related to the bussiness...you don't think much about it. Aashi: alright dad, by the way...i need to make a call at the institute...you guys carry on (saying this Aashi goes from there) after Aashi has gone, Aditya and Mr Triparty continues their conversation. Mr Triparty: and, so tell me Aditya, when are you leaving for Bangalore. Aditya: just tomorrow sir... morning at 9: 30 is my flight. Mr Triparty: oh that's nice, replied Mr Triparty. Aditya: ah...Sir if you don't mind ...can I use the washroom please? (questioned Aditya with bit of hesitation) Mr Triparty: sure, why not. well the washroom is in the right direction....walk straight towards the right and then take a left...the washroom is right there. Aditya: ah..thank you sir (saying this, Aditya went towards the washroom) The night passed by....a new day had arised. Aditya was getting ready to leave for Bangalore. there was a knock on the door...as he opened, he was surprised seeing Mr Triparty standing there. Aditya: Sir, you all of a sudden? Mr Triparty: hi Aditya...actually I wanted to discuss something with you last night ...but since Aashi was present over there, I didn't get a chance. Aditya: but Aashi might be reaching here at any moment Mr Triparty: I know she will be coming here ...but it might take her another 30 minutes to reach here...Aditya: but what is it that you want to discuss with me in the absence of Aashi? to be continued in next chapter
