Zhia Xiang sat in front of the screen.
âSeems like I'm a rank S now. Let's start a new mission. â
âNext mission: Twenty year old Casper discovers his boyfriend, Jack, who's also classmates with him was with him for revenge. Seems like Casper's father had a thing for Jack's mother in their youth, but she was in love with Jack's dad so out of jealousy, Casper's father killed Jack's father and left the mother with a one year old to raise by herself. Jack found out who the murdered is and planned to hurt Casper therefore hurting his father who loved Casper very much. Casper ran away from home and ended up dying in a terrorist attack. â agent 0 expkained.
âSo I'm going to be a man? âZhia Xiang asked.
âThat's correct. The tasks are to stay away from Jack and lead a happy life. âagent 0 explained.
âWhat kind of person was Casper? âZhia Xiang asked playing with a pen.
âA sweet innocent young man. He studied arts at a prestigious university, he is very fond in painting. â
âHow about Jack? â
âRebellious type of child. He is vocalist in a rock band. â
âI see. About the second task... â
âI don't know how long it would take. He didn't specified more about it. â
âAlright, let's start then. â Zhia Xiang pressed the accept button and the bright light surrounded her.
When she woke up she was asleep in a classroom.
âWhat time are we in? â
âAt the very beginning when Jack was trying to get Casper's trust. âagent 0 replied.
Suddenly, the door opened and a blue haired guy entered with a smile.
âHe looks cool, such a pity. â
Zhia Xiang was a petty person, but hurting an innocent guy like Casper because of what his father has done? Why not punish the father instead?
âHave you fallen asleep again? âJack asked ruffling Zhia Xiang's hair.
She pushed his hand away and stood up.
âCasper? What's wrong? âJack asked.
âNothing, just stay away from me. â Zhia Xiang said leaving the classroom.
Jack followed after.
âWhat do you mean nothing? This isn't like you, Casper. â
Zhia Xiang sighed and stopped.
âWhat's hard to understand, Jack? I don't want you around me. â
âWhy? Have you heard rumors about me? They aren't true, I assure you. â Jack said with a desperate voice.
âCan you respect my choice? â
âYou cut off ties with me with no expectation and expect me to just agree with it? âJack raised his voice.
âExactly. Goodbye. âZhia Xiang said and left.
Jack stood in the same place not understanding why Casper suddenly hates him.
Zhia Xiang went to Casper's apartment and looked around. It was nice decorated.
âHe paints very pretty... â she said looking at some of the paintings Casper did.
âDo you think he'll leave you alone? âagent 0 asked.
âI don't think so. â Zhia Xiang said and looked in the mirror admiring her new body.
âDo you know what happens with the spirits of those who I help? â
âDepends. Some move on and go in the afterlife, some are stuck here until their tie with this world is cut. Usually that tie is hate, desire to revenge, regret or they don't want to leave a loved one. â
âWhat about Casper? â
âI can't divulge that information. â
âI see. â

Next morning came around and Zhia Xiang felt a pair of eyes watching her for a while.
She opened her eyes meeting a transparent familiar figure.
âCasper?! âZhia Xiang asked shocked.
It was indeed the real Casper, or at least his soul.
âOh,you're awake... um... why are you in my body? â Casper asked tilting his head.
âI haven't encountered anything like this before.â Agent 0 said troubled.
âLook, I don't know what's going on. I'm here to fulfill your last wishes. â Zhia Xiang explained.
âOh... I see. So I'm really dead. But why are we in the past? This is some kind of fiction stuff. âCasper said sitting on the bed.
Zhia Xiang explained to him about transmigration.
âThat must be hard on you... seeing so many tragic people and fulfilling their wishes.â Casper said with a sad tone, pitying Zhia Xiang.
âI manage. âZhia Xiang replied covering her eyes with her arm.
âYou should get ready for school. âCasper said standing up.
Zhia Xiang nodded her head and began to prepare for school.

âI missed this classroom... âCasper said touching the chair and canvas he so dearly loved.
âWhy did you ran away from home? âZhia Xiang asked.
âOh, that... I wanted to run away from everyone. My dad who killed someone and ruined a family... Jack who lied to me and was planning to crush my heart... Then I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. âCasper said sorrowful, regretting his decision that lead to his death.
âI'm sorry... âZhia Xiang said softly.
âIt's not your fault, don't worry. â
Zhia Xiang had an idea.
âYou're a ghost now... perhaps you can posses people? â she suggested meaning that maybe Casper can take his body back.
âI don't know... âCasper replied, a ray of hope entered his mind.
âTry. âZhia Xiang encouraged him.
Casper concentrated and touched his body in which Zhia Xiang was residing in.
He saw a ray of light in his chest and grabbed it pulling it out.
Zhia Xiang felt a force pulling her and closed her eyes. When she opened them again she wasn't in Casper's body anymore, but in front of it.
âIt worket...âCasper said speechless looking at his hands.
âIt really did. âZhia Xiang was as shocked as Casper.
She looked at her hands experimenting to be a ghost, but she wasn't.
âYou're in this world with your real body now. âagent 0 explained.
âWill Casper live normally? âZhia Xiang asked.
âYes. I don't know what exactly is going on, but he's alive again. The world doesn't seem to be affected. â Agent 0 said.
âI see. Then if you're alive again, my job here is done. âZhia Xiang said clapping her hands.
âStay a little longer... âCasper said grabbing her hand.
Zhia Xiang looked at him and sighed.
âAlright. â she replied making Casper smile.
The door opened and Jack, with a troubled expression came in.
âI can't just let this go... why are you avoiding me? â Jack asked looking at Casper.
Zhia Xiang noticed that Casper was angry and ready to say things that shouldn't be said so she pinchef his hand.
âHe doesn't want to speak with you, can you stop annoying him? âZhia Xiang said stepping in front of Casper.
Jack turned his attention to Zhia Xiang irritated by her audacity to disturb them.
âAnd who are you to speak for him? âJack asked.
âCharlotte, Casper's cousin. Since I'm family, I have every right to stand up for him when he's harassed. â
âHarassed? I'm not harassing him, don't intervene, this is between me and Casper. â Jack angrily pointed his finger at Zhia Xiang.
âStop bullying my cousin. You big liar! âCasper raised his voice, took Zhia Xiang's hand and ran away from the class.
They ran until they exited the building, tears falling Casper's face.
Zhia Xiang sighed and hugged him.
âThere there, let's not cry because of him, alright? â she said patting his back.
âI loved him... I thought he is my one. â Casper said pitifully.
âIt must be hard for you... but that's life:unfair, cruel, weird. All you can do now is think about your well-being and do what's best for you. â
Casper hugged Zhia Xiang and cried his pain away, under a tree on a sunny afternoon while no one was there.
