Chapter 901:
Bang!
The two men collided with fists, each stepping back by half a step. The air between them was thick with tension, so heavy that everyone nearby was too scared to even look. The wind howled as Kellan spat blood onto the ground, but he smiled â totally unshaken.
âCome on!â
Kellan sensed that Verruckt was strong â terrifyingly so â but he didnât care. Tonight, he was fighting for the woman he loved.
âI admire your willpower, but there are things you probably donât understand,â Verruckt said, grinning as he wiped the blood off his arm.
Kellanâs knife had cut deep, exposing bone underneath. They fought like wild animals, fists and blades crashing together in a brutal exchange.
Verrucktâs grin grew crueler.
âAlice has been kissed by me. Want to hear more?â Verrucktâs face was full of arrogance.
Kellanâs expression hardened as he lunged at Verruckt, aiming his knife straight for his heart. âYouâre asking for it.â
In that brief moment, clouded by anger, Verruckt struck hard, punching Kellan in the stomach. âLooks like the guy Alice likes isnât so impressive after all,â Verruckt sneered.

âShut up,â Kellan snarled, swinging his elbow at Verruckt. Bang!
Both men landed powerful blows to each otherâs midsection, the sound of the hits echoing through the night.
âKellan!â Allison gasped, trying to rush toward him.
But before she could take more than a couple of steps, Verrucktâs men closed in on her, surrounding her with their sheer numbers.
âAttack!â At the order, the men in black rushed forward, determined to kill her. âGet out of my way!â
Allison handled her gun and knife with deadly skill, moving faster than anyone could track.
Before most of them knew what was happening, she was already in front of them, striking with brutal force.
Splat!
Blood splattered as she drove her blade into one of the menâs chests.
None of the dozen attackers could stop her. She cut through them without hesitation, like an unstoppable force of nature.
At that moment, Gordon had already shaken off Jareth. âAllison, Iâm here to help!â
The two of them worked together like a well-oiled machine, their focus deadly and unwavering.
While holding off the attackers, Allison asked, âDo we still have any backup explosives?â
