"Tapas means asceticism. It includes austerity, sternness, sacrificing self interests, restraining oneself from indulging in sex etc. One should develop intense self discipline, will power and determination. One should not discontinue his path because of discomforts. Swadhyaya means studying oneself. Meditate concentratedly and contemplate about yourself, your relationship with supreme soul. Realize your connection with divine. Its the practice of self reflection. Iswarapranidhana means surrendering fully to god. Have full faith on god, he'll guide you to your destination.Qualities which I described till now are much essential for you, Lakshmi to reach your Prananadh.Be seated in Padmasana, close your eyes, forget the entire world and concentrate only on your lord, your connection with him. Practising this long, you'll get qualified in this stage too", Yagnavalkya ended.Lakshmi started practising Niyama, meditating for Vishnu, keeping her mind free from all disturbances.Devendra prayed Narayan, came front with his sword to slash Dadichis body and collect his bones. Meanwhile Varun dev brought architect of gods, "Vishwakarma" there so that he makes a weapon with Dadichi's bones.Yet a snag interrupted Devendra, which no one was able to understand the reason. Devendra couldn't slash Dadichi's body and everyone stood in a startle. Devarshi Narad who had been watching this from Vaikunth fell in consternation, and asked Vishnu,"Prabhu? What's going on?? Why couldn't Indra collect his bones??".Narayan grinned,"Devi Laxmi's blessings are essential for success of any pious activity. She is Jaganmata, goddess of fortune, vijay(victory) and success. Lakshmi is as prominent as Narayan. Indra prayed me, I blessed but along with me, my ardhangini, my eternal half should too bless. Unless they got her blessings, they couldn't get his bones and end Vritrasur. She's as prominent as me."Narad exclaimed,"Prabhu, but Devi Laxmi is practicing yoga at present. How can she come and bless??"Narayana grinned again, appeared infront of dev and said,"Dev! Pray for Jaganmata Lakhmi's blessings as well, only then you can achieve victory over Vritrasur."Devgan started hailing together loudly,"Jai LakshmiNarayan!Jai Shriyah VishnuJai Jaganmata Jagatpita!!" Narad was still confused ,Vishnu perceived his doubt and told him to see down at Bhrigu's ashram. Narayan showed his abhayamudra and unclasped Lakshmi's pet, Kamadhenu from the ropes with which it was tied in cattle farm. Kamadhenu ran quickly towards Dadichis ashram and licked Dadichis hand. Dev couldnt understand this incident, even Narad. Vishnu again appeared and told Indra to slash Dadichi then. This time, Devendra raised his sword by praying both Shriyah Vishnu and slashed his body. He could collect all bones with jubilation and gave them to Vishwakarma. He instantly turned them into a pious, celestial and a powerful weapon and named it "Vajrayudh".Narad who was still in dubiousness, asked Narayan,"What's the paramardh for your leela Prabhu? Why did you send Mata Laxmi's pet Kaamdhenu there?"Vishnu elucidated,"Devarshi! It's not an ordinary cow, it's Kaamdhenu, the sacred cow of Vaikuntha. Devi Lakshmi used to raise it when she was here. She loves it so much that she took it along with her when she was laying janm as Bhrigu's daughter on Earth. Devi Lakshmi daily lures it, shows her affection, it made it celestial. Laxmi's ansh is present in it, hence it's called GOMATHA. Kamadhenu licked Dadichi that means Laxmi's ansh i.e indirectly Laxmi is giving blessings to dev. It's her leela, this leela has another significance too,to teach the future generations, the importance of domestic animals. A cow provides life sustaining milk. All products of milk, such as yugurt, butter, cheese has eminent proteins. It strengthens muscles and tissues of human body. Even it's waste material, dung can be used as a good fertilizer for crops. During yagnas, cow dung and ghee can be burnt as fuel, which purifies surrounding air. The cow is a symbol of divine bounty of earth, it's equal to gods. Human life is unimaginable without it. Humans should understand it's significant role in their lives and save it. Not only a cow but also other animals too play important roles in their lives. A bull is useful in farming, a dog saves house from thieves. I, Narayan, am giving a boon that whoever revere cows, whoever treats it as goddess Laxmi and worships it will be blessed with all fortunes and bliss. Slaughter of cows is illegal and is equal to brahmahatyapathak. From today, puja of cow is considered as most auspicious. I, in my Krishna avatar, along with ShriyahDevi as Radha, grow up as cow herders, play with them and show the entire world our leelas.""Narayan Narayan! Lord's leelas are astounding Prabhu", hailed Narad.Vishwakarma told significance of Vajrayudh,"As Vajrayudh is made with bones of the pious sage Dadichi, it's equivalent to a thunderbolt in strength and destruction it can cause. It is the most powerful weapon after Shiv's trishul and Vishnu's Sudarshan chakra. It will be the weapon of Devendra forever and it should be used to teach a lesson to all sinners."Devendra thanked him for his help and all gods became ready for the battle with Vritrasur. They all headed towards swarga. Meanwhile a yaksh came across their path to seek Indra's refugee, he urged,"Vritrasur has been causing severe destruction in yakshlok. He is trying to capture yakshlok and make us slaves. Please save us."Devendra assured him and moved towards yakshlok." Vritrasur. Your game is finished. You'll have to retribute for your deeds now. Come out and fight with me", shouted Indra from outside. Vritrasur heard this, came out and frowned at Indra,"Oh Indra, the one who escaped being frightened of me, came today for battle(smirked). I too want this. I'll kill you and seek revenge for my brother's death. Asur! Come on! It's a good chance! Let's kill the devgan and spread asur kingdom allover the world." As per his order, all asur came into a ferocious battle with Devgan. Whereas Vritrasur battled only with Devendra. Devendra attacked, killed him with his Vajrayudh and freed Yakshlok. Devgan made frightened, sent all asur to their asurlok.TO BE CONTINUED... Moral of the Episode:-1.Women are equivalent to men. Jaganmata Laxmi is equivalent to Vishnu Dev. 2. Cows are the most sacred animals, let's save them. All gods lie in the belly of cow. It's equivalent to Laxmi matha🙏🙏🙏🙏. Let's stop slaughter of cows.
