The law of attraction is a universal principle which is the belief in your ability to attract whatever your focusing on i.e. thoughts into becoming a reliability. This principle has been used by many celebrities like Will Smith, Jim Carrey, and Oprah Winfrey with great success. In this chapter I will talk about how you can use the 7 Laws of attraction for your own benefit and also improve your mental health.

The first law of attraction is pure/unwavering desire, this is the pure desire and want to achieve whatever you want to achieve. If you don't truly want the desires you want to achieve then you won't achieve them. If you don't put your whole mind and effort to achieve something then it'll be half-hearted and you may not get anywhere near to the target as you wanted if you tried your hardest. It is important as well to understand what you actually want in life, write it down and figure out what short term and long term desires you have and putting your full mind and effort into it allows you to better able to achieve what you want. This mindset can further boost your mental health.

The second law of attraction is the law of manifestation, this is to do with consciousness and focusing your mind on the present moment and what is truly important to you. I've spoke about this in previous chapters but keeping your mind in the past and your mistakes means you don't move on your stuck in past and this is not the mindset you want to improve your own mindset and health and get to where you want to be. Being aware of your decisions in the present moment is also key, improving your decision making and reflecting on these effectively is key. It is important to realise that if your focus is on negative thoughts you will only ever attract negative outcomes and so the only way to attract your desires is to have this positive thoughts and a positive mindset.

The third law of attraction is the law of magnetism, this is the idea that you will only attract the type of energy you give out meaning if you give out positive energy then you will attract positive energy. Your mental health can drastically damaged if you give out negativity because you will only attract negative energy as well. This shows the importance of mindset and staying positive because we will only have positive outcomes and energy if we stay positive.

The fourth law is the law of paradoxical intent, this is the idea that once we have balance within ourselves we can release the energy for the law of attraction to actually work. Being balanced can be looked at in many ways, understanding the positives and negatives of every decision is key to having balance in your mind and this is the best way to improve yourself. There is also need for balance between appreciation and desperation. You need to make sure you appreciate what you already have, not everyone has what you already have so appreciate it. You also must make sure not to be so desperate in what you want because the energy you give off pushes away the people or things you need to achieve your desires, here is what causes a paradox. This is telling us that you don't need the thing you desire to be happy and so be appreciative of what you already have and achieving these desires only makes you happy. Having the sole reliance on these desires for your happiness can drastically damage your mental health because if one thing goes wrong the negative thoughts will bring you down.

The fifth law is the law of harmony, this law tell us that the whole universe is connected and we need to align ourselves with the energy of the universe. This sounds so vague but actually it makes a lot of sense. As a person you need to connect with the flow of the universe and what is the flow of the universe, there is no meaning to the universal flow but you need to understand the energy of the universe and the flow It gives off and aligning yourself with the flow of the universe gives you significant benefits. Sometimes you need to feel the flow of energy around you, use the positive energy things or people give off and use that to your own advantage and we can use this to achieve our desires.

The sixth law is the law of right action, this law tells us that how you treat others will affect if your desires are achieved in life. This tells us that making sure you help others and treat others how you want others treat you will allow the positivity for you to better able to achieve your desires. Positivity is essential here, a positive mindset and mood helps you to greatly improve your mental health, you can do this by helping a friend and give off the positive energy you need in your life. It is very easy to react out of frustration and emotion but this doesn't make the environment around you any better but actually worse, so make sure that every decision you make gives off the right energy you want yourself.

The final law is the law of universal influence, this is the idea that everything you do has an influence on everything around you your friends, your family, everything. The energy you give off has a powerful impact on the world around, so it is essential that you give off the positive energy and so the world around is also positive. Therefore, you have a positive environment around you which you can use to improve your mindset and health but also helps you to better able to achieve your desires. Being mindful of your decisions is important, every decision and every action you make will influence your decision and so this is essential to knowing how these actions can get you closer to where you want to be.

We can use the law of attraction to our own advantage, note down your desires and focus on how you can get there. Make the right decisions and give off the positive energy that you can use to get you where you want to be in life. The energy around you is essential to getting you where you want to be. You can get to wherever you want in life if you put your mind and intent to it. Nothing is impossible.
