"Margaux! Margaux!" Heph shouted. The whole palace is trembling at the sound of his voice. It was deep and scary, worriness and anger evident from his shouts.
"Sir she's not in the library, kitchen, not in the thrones room either sir." A soldier reported.
I frowned and hid back at the pillar and looked at Draco.
"There's your prince charming," he boredly tsked.
"Yeah i know. So what do i do?" I panicked. I pulled a handful of my hair to restrain myself from doing something stupid.
"Just go outside then run towards him." He said with hooded eyes. His face is a bit pale, he's tired.
"Yeah right. Why the heck would i do that?" I whispered starting to get annoyed.
"I dunno.. Maybe because i could picture you doing it?" He teased again. I slapped his broad shoulders as hard as i could.
"Ow! Come on I'm pretty sure he'll hug you back. Now if you don't mind, I'm tired and i want a rest so.. bye!" He whispered then puffed out of sight.
"Wua!" I protested but he was already gone.
Out of frustration i raised a layer of my skirt and bit it to shuffle my scream.
I hate you! I hate you! I hate you! Your the worst.. ahh!
"Margaux?" A manly voice emerged from my side.
I slowly turned my head around, imagining myself in a slow-mo situation.
Why!? What did ever i do to deserve this!?
"Hsjhhwh?" I said in a muffled voice. Heph gave me a frown then raised his brows.
If only i could bang my head in this large pillar..
I nervously smiled as i take off the cloth in my mouth. I shamelessly wiped my mouth infront of them all before in straightened out my skirt.
I bit my lips as i look at all thier clueless faces one by one.
Phew.. okay, 1, 2, 3-
"Heph i missed you!!" I didn't think twice and just jumped to hug him. I wrapped my legs around his waist and flung my arms around his neck, clinging unto him like a koala.
I burried my face in his chest refusing to look up. I could feel the heat in my cheeks and I'm pretty sure that I'm as red as tomato.
This is so Embarrassing!!!
Hephaestion was caught off guard and almost got tripped because of my dangerous stunt. Thankfully using his knightly skills it didn't take long for him recover from shock.
He changed our position and carried me bridal style. I still refused to show my face.
"Margaux?" He called my name while gently pushing my head to look up. I shook my head no and hugged him tighter.
I sighed in relief when he ordered all of the people who helped him to find me continue their chores and leave us both alone.
"Can you atleast look at me now that they're gone?" Heph whispered. I slowly looked up at him with a sweet smile plastered in my face.
He is indeed handsome.
I took a deep breath, "Uh.. first of all.. hi. I was just looking for you, i just came from the village hoping that you were there. With no luck i didn't see you anywhere, where have you been?" I acted innocent.
He just smiled and took off the mask in my face. He sealed my lips with a soft kiss before carrying me towards the room.
"I'm sorry i had an urgent meeting with my soldiers." He explained while gently placing me down the soft bed.
I pouted at his thoughtful actions. "It's pretty late though i think you should sleep." He placed the mask on the table and kissed me on the lips.
He attemped to deepen the kiss but I already pulled off, much to his dismay.
"Okay.. You better sleep agape."
"Again? What am i a pig?" I tsked and pushed him off. I stood up and sat at the bed table.
"No your not. Your a human, My Queen." He answered.
"It's a sarcastic remark." I rolled my eyes.
"I know. We'll see each other in the morning. I promise to be right beside you when you wake up tomorrow." He kissed my forehead before heading towards the door.
"And by the way, sooner or later you have to submit yourself to me. I'm not taking a no for an answer." He warned.
I closed my legs and gripped on my skirt.
"Your not the boss of me." I bravely raised my head up.
"No, I'm the General over you. And this general would really want to to be over his girl right?"
I tsked and asked another question, "Where are you going?"
"My room, it's just right besides yours. Goodnight beautiful." He waved goodnight.
"G'night," i whispered. After he was gone i immediately pulled the pillow and shout all my heart out.
Get a grip girl! You literally just became 18 a few months ago!
After some few encouragements to myself in order to calm down, finally it took affect on me.
I took a deep breath and looked down at the bed. Fine might as well get some sleep.
I put on my night dress and headed straight for the bed. IÂ pulled the blanket up and started to wonder alot of things.
Looking back, It's such a great thing that i had loads of things to do. I never thought there's so much to do without the internet, or phone, or light.. or anything that connects to electronics and modern day world.
"Draco can you please come to my room for a minute, i need advice."
"I'm suppeerr sleepy, do you really have to?" Draco asked. He suddenly appeared right beside me, also under the blanket but has his arms as his pillow.
I gave him a sharp gaze to shut him up.
He let out a defeated sigh then looked up the ceiling.
"What kind of advice? If it's something about 'romance' I've got no idea. That's wayyyyyy pass my capability sorry to say." He cut me off just before i could ask.
"It's not that, it's something related to that." I slowly said, measuring my words.
"Mm-hmm and what be it may?" He hummed and closed his eyes.
"Okay what is wrong with you and your sentence construction?" I took a deep breath to calm down,
"Okay, as i was saying.. i was wondering if how long could men.. like you hold in the.. 'heat'," i already expected him to react badly, but not this overreaction.
"Woah! Stop right there! Did you? Did you! Yo! You guys already.. ha! No way. Margaux you just turned-" i pulled my pillow and slapped it on his face.
"That is not the reason why i called you here Draco," i shut him off.
"B-b-but--" he protested with matching hand gestures, trying to redeem himself.
I raised my pointy finger tgen placed it in his mouth, stoping any further protests.
"No buts, but to answer your question, no we haven't done it.."
"Yet?" He finished my sentence, "Please don't tell me your planning to? Margaux!-"
"Hushhhh!" I stopped him again but this time i shoved a piece of cloth into his mouth to keep him silent.
"Calm down would ya? We never did the thing okay. I admit i sometimes think about it but i never gave in to my desires. What I'm worried about is Heph. His kisses are getting deep and I'm afraid that i couldn't do exactly what he wants. That is why I'm curious, and my curiosity led me to that question." I explained.
Thankfully Draco has now calmed down so i slightly pulled off the cloth that i shoved into his mouth.
"Ow, that hurt my jaw." He complained as he rubs his jawline and moves it into a circular motion.
I kept silent and waited for my answer.
"Not that i don't know the answer but.. it's so awkward. Can you ask anything else?" He nervously laughed.
"Is there a way to stop sexual urges of a man or a woman?" I asked.
"What kind of question is that!?" Drac uttered in disbelief and shock.
"A question that i really, really, really am curious about. Besides i did explain to you that Heph is ready to do something nasty with me right? If there is a way to stop it then i might just be out of the misery." I smiled widely.
"Yeah that won't do. It depends on the person and i am not him so how could i know?" He shrugged it off.
"Well you could use your powers. Isn't that hard enough?" I suggested, crossing my arms together at the process and also giving him a glare.
"Mademoiselle, remember what i told you about us when you ask about something that you shouldn't be aware of?"
"Yeah, the part where a force or a some kind of magic blocks your memory to make you forget and not know what to tell us? Yeah what about it?"
"Well that same force stops us from harming or touching a human with no reasonable reason."
"Which means?"
"I can't use my powers over an innocent man, I'm completely powerless over them and unless our master, that's you, is harmed by them, I could use my powers to stop them."
"Okay.. but how about me? I'm pretty sure Heph is never gonna touch me without my consent. Can you somehow manipulate what i feel?"
"About that.. I'm not allowed to alter, twist, or even manipulate my masters feelings, it's to avoid waybooks like me into having a way to get out from our contract and also to prevent the badguys to win. So basically no, that can't help with our situation."
"Seriously? Now what do i do?" I pulled a handfull of my hair.
"Your rules suck." I spat and then hid under the blanket.
"Mademoiselle, our rules weighs much more to us waybooks than you do. Just imagine if we don't have rules controlling us, you would find yourself under our soles, bieng stomped on everyday since we are much more superior to your kind." He explained clearing my mind.
I slowly popped up my head and gave him a sad smile. "I'm sorry that was selfish of me." I apologised.
"Apology accepted. Don't worry mademoiselle, no one could harm you without facing me, remember? And if ever Heph tries to force you, I'd be there guarding you." He reassured.
I gave him a satisfied smile then pulled him into a hug.

I gave a satisfied smile after a while before i let go.
"Hey don't sleep I'm not done yet!" I shouted waking him out. Turns out that he took the time of us hugging into a chance to sleep.
"Urgh.. i thought your already solved. What do you want." He groaned.
"La Yopa."
"What?" He sounds confused.
"Remember our conversation the last time? I still want to know more about your world. Start with La Yopa, since that's basically the only 'realm' i remember." I gleefully started another topic.
"Fine, if really must." Draco continuously groaned making me laugh.
"La Yopa, that is where I'm from, is the realm of fire. People living there trains Dragons, not to mention that the entire half of the population are vampires." He started.
"Are you part of that population?" My curiosity is getting higher and higher.
"Yes."
"Do you drink human blood?" I asked.
"Nope, back in the days? Yes we do but now? No way. Modern people eat too much sugar and fat, it's bad for our health." He said while acting that he was about to puke.
"So what do you drink or eat then?"
"Cows blood and others. Okay i want you to picture this, it woild make thing much more clearer to you. In the whole map of our realm (La Yopa) on the middle portion is the biggest city while surrounding it are villages and other rising cities. At every edge- except the north and south, are farms filled with cows, horses, sheep, goats, or any other animals that may produce blood that is able to sustain the whole population of vampires. There are few full blooded vampires and I'm one of them. In terms of what we eat, we just add blood to every food we eat, it's like our staple food but has much more impact on us." He explained.
Oh, that's great then.
"What's on the north and south side?"
"Well on the north lies the palace while on the south lies the fortress of our dragons. If your gonna ask what the palace looks like. Well it doesn't look like any other palace you know. The palace is an inactive volcano and the only way to get inside is through the top so its a long walk from below if your not riding a dragon."
"I imagine it bieng spooky," i commented while imagining the whole place.
"Well it doesn't. I hope your not thinking that our sky is gloomy or red cause we are the only realm with a clear sky. The only clouds you'll see is the steams that comes from the south nothing more. Not to mention that the whole realm is decorated with obsidian, ruby and diamonds." He explained.
"So basically all of the people there are rich?" I asked. That must feel great, nothing to worry to except maybe what to wear or buy the next day, it would be a pretty harmonious life.
"With money yeah we are rich but that is not the true wealth on our realm. True wealth is measured based on your land and dragons. Land is for food and dragon is for the triangle." Drac continued explaining.
"Ohh what's the triangle?"
"Well the ranks of every household."
"Oh does someone get tried about this whole system?"
"Some do but they have no choice cause no one is allowed to bring out any kinds of gems to the other realms except for the royal family. To understand the triangle is a little more complicated to explain and seriously I'm too tired to explain further." He yawned once more.
"Could you go out in broad daylight?" I asked again refusing to let him sleep.
"Nope, the full blooded couldn't even stand the sun so we only go out at night. The half bloods however could bare to be under it but with the right protection." He explained while again, yawning.
"Your already sleepy, aren't you?" I asked.
"Glad you noticed mademoiselle," he said sarcastically.
Don't need the sarcasm, i completely could see and understand you nitwit.
"Okay then. Tell me first what the other realms stand or represent for and we are done. I promise." I raised my hand hoping that he'll agree.
"Fine, as if i have any other choice. Gimal Won is the realm of Ice, Harmonia is the realm of Music, Lut Dapil is the Realm of Air, Nas Gahan is the realm of Nature, Agua Soga is the realm of water, and To Mante is the realm of gems. Am i free now?" He asked as he rubs the gap between his brows.
I wanted to ask more but he looked extremely tired.
"Fine have a goodnight." I decided to say.
"You too Mademoiselle, you too." He whispered before disappearing.
Goodnight.. I wonder what would your life be after your service to our world, i hope you get a huge reward for bieng so obedient and easy to talk too, you deserve it.

"MIND TELLING me why are you here?" Draco whispered behind my ear.
I panicked and pulled down Draco's collar down with me.
"Shh Okay? I just want to know what Heph's important thing is." I hushed him.
"And snooping here is the best idea? I mean you are aware that this is an open area, soldiers could literally see you. If you weren't just using that stupid necklace some would've thought that your a spy." He scolded.
"Stop bieng my mama for one second and just help me eavesdrop. I'm sure your hearing is way better than me. I spent way too much time with music in high volumes that me hearing ability decreased. Help me." I let him go and crawled closer.
"Sure i will help you EVEN though YOU could just ASK him what it is since im pretty sure that HE would NEVER want to lie to you, unless it's too important." He rolled his eyes.
"And what if that thing is the 'too important' part? He'll never tell me." I glared at him and peeped to the side of the tent.
"I doubt that, if it's the too important part you'll never know they had a meeting since i would be confidential right?"
"Ugh, fine you got me there. Lead me out of here then." I finally gave in and stood up.
"Margaux I know your there, come in," Heph's voice called for me.
"He he," i gave him an embarrassed laugh and slowly went in.
He ordered all the men out of the tent before tapping his thighs.
I pouted and sat on his thighs.
"How did you know i was there?" I asked.
"Well i heard your chirpy voice a mile away."
Sure talk about hearing capability.
"That's it? You knew i was there simply because of that?" I pouted.
"Well i could also hear you tiptoe around the tent plus you decided to walk pass where the sunlight hits that's why i saw your shadow."
"Oh-"
"-not to mention the wierd faces my soldiers makes whenever they pass my tent. Looking at your direction ofcourse." He teased.
I stood up and kicked his feet.
"I hate you. I'm leaving." I turned around and walked out the tent.
I heard Heph just laugh fueling my embarrassment and anger more.
"Fine I'm sorry." Heph chased me and carried me back to the tent.
I kept silent and crossed my arms.
"Hey, i said I'm sorry." Heph poked my cheeks but i still refused to give him attention.
"You want to know what we we're talking about right?" He whispered.
I took a deep breath and met him eye to eye.
"Tell me." I grumpily commanded.
"That's my queen. You see i chose this place because of it's hidden beauty. I'm planning to take you into a picnic to replace your awkward first impression on me." He explained.
I slowly showed him my smile and hugged him tight.
"Really? Your doing it for me? Thank you! Thank you so much!" I shouted in pure joy and kissed him passionately.
He responded immediately to my kisses.
I pulled off just when it started to get any deeper.
"So when are we going?" I asked.
"Someone's excited." Heph teased.
I just rolled my eyes and urged him to continue.
Heph let out a faint chuckle and interwined his hands to mine.
"Later. I'll prepare the foods myself. The soldiers can't know. I only ordered the men to watch out for a few hours while I'm gone." He explained.
Okay that makes sense.
"Okay then. I'll go back to the palace." I chirped.
Heph frowned and hugged me thighter refusing to let go of me.
"Why? Couldn't you just stay here with me, I'm in need of company." He said with a little dismay.
"Nice one baby boy but no. I want to look my best at out first official date." I explained while unwrapping his hands off me.
"Date?" He asked.
"Nothing. What i meant was, i just really really want to look good." I changed the subject. I struggled to take his hands off me since he was really not willing to let me go.
"But you always look good to me my love," he whispered while i continue to struggle out of him hands.
"Heph let me go. Come on." I pleaded.
Heph sighed and took off my mask. He gently changed the position of my legs and wrapped it around his thighs. I blushed in his movements. This guy..
Heph caressed my cheeks and allowed me to see emotion in his eyes. He showered my face with wet kisses leaving traces down to my neck.
"Heph- it tickles." I chuckled moving away from his lips.
Just as when i thought that he was just joking around. He pulled a handfull of my hair to keep me steady while his other hand supported my butt.
"Uhm," i bit my lips and closed my eyes to savor his lips.
"That looks good on you my love." He suddenly stopped, much to my disappointment.
"What looks good?" I asked while holding my wet neck.
Heph smiled and finally let go of me. I gave him a wierd look making him laugh.
He pulled his sword from the table and showed me my reflection.
My cheeks are red and i have faint hickeys on my neck.
"Hephaestion!" I shouted and kicked his thigh. I was aiming for his middle but he moved aside. He still let me kich him though, thank goodness.
"Heph how am i suppose to cover this?" I panicked.
"Just let your hair down. You have long hair. I'm pretty sure it wobt be noticable." Heph suggested.
"Argh!" I agrily took a javelin and attacked him carefully.
Heph smiled and fought me with one hand. He never let me stab him, he just simply dodges my attacks- sometimes blocks my attacks with his swords while making cute faces to make me laugh.
"Come on! Let me hit you." I shouted.
"Nope." He said firmly.
After some few attacks i finally gave up.
"Heph could you teach me how to use swords?" I asked dropping on my knees and throwing the javelin out of the way.
Heph placed the sword back to the table and kneeled down to carry me.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and looked at him straight in the eye.
"I would really teach you how even if you don't ask. For your safety." He whispered before giving me my mask back.
I used the mask and gave him a playfull smirk.
"You like me that much?" I asked.
He looked back at me with matching smirk.
"No. I love you that much.."

[A Day Before That]

"Is my brother here yet?" A baritone voice filled the air.
The special soldier who ran to see the intimidating man gave a huge salute to his king and stood up straight.
"Sire the General Hephaestion decided to stop at the hidden city as what his messenger reported just a minute ago." He said politely.
The man stopped cleaning his sword and looked at the man.
"Bring the messenger in. I want to know what my brother exactly told him." He ordered.
"Yes sire. Let him in quick!"
In a short second a man in full leather entered the tent. His eyes were droopy and his voice is ragged and out of breath. But even so he managed to stand up completely straight and gave the man before him a salute.
"Sire?"
"What is Hephaestions reason for camping there and not going straight here?"
"The reason was not explained fully to me by the General sire. But his exact messege is this..
'Brother I've decided to stop by the hidden city to run some errands. I'll be there in a week. I am truly sorry for my delay but rest assured the whole city and all the villages around it, including the ones that me and my army just passed along by the journey had all surrendered under your name. The whole land is officially yours brother. I'll see you soon.'
-those are his exact words my king."
"I see. Rest. Your dismissed." He waved his hands and pulled the sword up in the air.
"Thank you sire." The man in leather gave a bow and immediately left the tent.
The man stood up while waving his sharp sword in the thin air, walking slowly outside the tent.
After reaching the front he pointed one of his trusted soldiers.
"You there!"
"Yes sire!"
"Choose 3 of my best men and you to come with me. I want to meet my brother along the way." He said in his authorative voice.
"Yes sire."
