"I like you, Zion. Have been liking you for years."
That, definitely, made Zion freeze. He stopped breathing for a second, not moving, not knowing what to say at all.
What do you even do when your crush comes up to you and tells you he has liked you? For years?
He wanted to jump and pounce on the other but his mind also had someone else in his mind. What was he supposed to do?
"A- Aldrich, I..."
"There you guys are!" A voice startled them, making Zion almost jump in surprise.
Geez, you're a king...
Reyna came in, a maid accompanying her.
"I was searching you two everywhere! Come on it's our last day together.... Let's go somewhere... Undercover..." She whispered the last word.
And so, Zion and Aldrich found themselves being dragged by the slender woman. Looking at the each other, both of them sighed, knowing they still had a lot to talk about.

Aldrich looked around the area. It was beautiful. Him and the others have always went and looked at small, less expensive places like these, and tried to take a break from the royal life. It wasn't hard, as they have done this like a million times already.
This place seemed new and posh, not something that they go around during their trips.
There were not many people around, so that was not something they were worrying a lot about.
"This is a shortcut to the downtown. I have a few new places opened up and they're amazing!" Zion said, happy with how his kingdom looked.
They walked ahead, a little distracted as they laughed at their stupid childhood "love". Jae Hyun once had a crush on a girl, and as he said, he was head over heels for her. Grabbing the courage to convey his love, he got rejected on the face. It was a sad scene, but quite comical. Unfortunately for her, she did not know he was the successor to the throne. And no matter how silly and old the incident was, the others brought it up every time they met.
In their own world, they did not notice a small figure walking out of a high rated restaurant nearby. Until they crashed with Jae Hyun.
He instantly held the boy by his shoulders, alarmed. But then later relaxed when he saw the adorable eyes of his new friend.
"You guys!!" Adrian gasped. All of them were in beanies or headscarves. But he was more surprised over the fact that the paparazzi wasn't here to eat them alive.
"What are you doing here??!!" Jae Hyun and Adrian asked at the same time.
"We just wanted to look around, just wanted to discover new places without grabbing attention." Jae Hyun explained. "What about you?"
"Oh I work in a restaurant nearby. I just ended my shift so I was heading home." He replied, pulling his fingers as he suddenly grew nervous.
"Do you have a ride home? Or do you live nearby? Should we drop you-" Zion started rambling, worried about the younger boy.
"Oh no it's no problem... I'll go by myself."
"Or you can just join us again." Aldrich suddenly said. This brought a lot of 'yes' and 'I was just about to say that's.
"You can also show us new places! And we don't mind any extra company.." Reyna said.
And so, Adrian yet again found himself hanging out with the royals. Did he complain?.... Not at all.

"-- and then I just heard him laughing and turned around to find him running away and I was like WHATT!! YOU CANT JUST LEAVE ME WITH HIM!.... it was a very bad incident ugh" Adrian groaned. He was telling the royals about how his manager at his old job would constantly burp and stick fingers in his nose and how Vincent just left Adrian with him one day.
Zion watches as the other was rambling about stupid things, and he was sure the little guy did not even realise he's been talking for a few minutes already. Not that he was complaining. Zion could listen him talk the whole day.
His adorable nose scrunches whenever he'd talk about something weird would be the cherry on top. Not to forget that cute smile.
Zion was too busy fanboying to notice Aldrich looking at him. He was conflicted. He wanted to know about what the other felt for him but he also knew this wasn't the time. He looked at the way Zion was looking at the little white bun.
What does he even find in him...
Is that his type? Short height and white hair... Awkward, timid yet adorable behavior...
And here I am... A muscular brunette with a flirty nature..

I'm not jealous of Adrian right?!!
Maybe he was. But he, never in a million years wanted to accept that.
With a confused frown on his face, Aldrich looked at Adrian, wanting to find what Zion saw. He wanted to pick out bad things so that he can confirm his mind that the younger boy was not good enough for him.
But apart from the heart stopping cuteness, he found nothing bad.
"-- and then he showed me this place-
OH I'LL HAVE TO SHOW IT TO YOU GUYS!!" He suddenly clapped his hands, grabbing the royal's attention.
"It is around 9 and so, I swear it's perfect! You all will love it!" He said, already getting up.
The others followed him, eager to know about this out of the world place.

"I wonder if I have broken any record in the span of the past 20 minutes. Hell, this reminds me of my training days.." Aldrich shuddered. They were currently walking past a hilly area, and according to Adrian, the place they're here for is just a bit ahead. It has been just a bit ahead for the past 15 minutes.
"I swear it's literally right here. Come on Aldrich, I thought you were tougher than this." Adrian joked, lightly punching the other on the bicep.
Damn that's a lot of muscle....
I wonder how it would feel if he held me tigh-

On the other hand, Aldrich was surprised, yet happy that the younger one was opening up.
"Okay I don't like to whine, Adrian, but seriously... How long is it goi-
WOAHHH!!!" Reyna yelled.
In front of them was a beautiful view of the city. And above them the stars seemed to lighten up the whole view, making it look wonderful and so, so peaceful.
Adrian sat beneath a tree nearby, happy with their blown away reactions. No one said nothing for a while, just admiring nature and it's beauty. Then everyone followed Adrian's suit. Settling down, everyone felt at peace.

"Hey, look it's a shooting star!" Jae Hyun said.
"I'm still very, very surprised you accept that saying, Jae." Reyna sighed.
"Whatever, but it's 11:10 pm as well, so..." Jae dragged.
Adrian looked at the two. He was sitting beside Zion, and the others were scattered here and there.
"Make a wish, bun." Zion said, looking at Adrian. It was dark, but the light emitting from the stars indicated the intensity he looked at the younger with, and it was enough to make Adrian blush.
He looked ahead and closed his eyes, wishing for what he wanted the most, especially right now.
Clearance... Please just make things more understandable...
Opening his eyes, he still felt the burn of the pair of green eyes. Looking at Zion, he admired the man. Admired the way his jet black hair were messed up, making him look so sexy.
He felt his breath hitch when Zion brought a hand up, brushing a strand of Adrian's hair, then slowly dragging the long fingers along the side of his face. Both were lost in their own world, unaware of another pair of heartbroken eyes on them.
Zion rubbed his thumb on the soft skin of Adrian's cheek. Both were closing in on each other, subconsciously. It was till their breaths were almost aligned that Adrian realised what can happen in just a matter of a few seconds. His breath hitched, and he looked over the king with wide eyes.
Zion looked at him, but his heart didn't want to stop. He held Adrian lightly by his chin and jaw, and brought his lips closer to Adrian's, waiting for him to tell him to stop. Fortunately, he got no objection, and so, he pressed his lips to Adrian's glossy ones.
It was as if they're hearts were beating in sync. Both were lost in the sensation, with Adrian's hand reaching out for pressing themselves against Zion's chest. Zion brought his left hand up to stroke Adrian's hair on the back of his neck.
Both of them were lost in the wonderful sensation.
This feels.... Magical...
Breaking apart, Zion opened his eyes first, looking at the younger with soft eyes and a light smile. Adrian opened his eyes a few seconds later, just to bury his face in Zion's chest.
Zion chuckled at his antiques, and laid back against the tree, holding the boy close.
Adrian felt himself drift off to sleep, with the feel of the king's lips fresh in his mind.
