Chapter 59 Unconcerned About Being the Matriarch

If it were up to Stephen himself, he would have retaliated instantly without letting Natalie know about it!

However, Natalie didn’t know that her uncle was currently grooming her to be the successor to Regal

When he had asked for her opinion, he knew that she wouldn’t readily express her wants. It was a way

to train her response and decision–making abilities in this regard.

So, after Stephen found out, he didn’t even bother calling Natalie.

And she had reacted the way Stephen had expected. When the real problem was presented to Natalie,

she didn’t actively seek him out.

“I understand,” Natalie nodded, her tone indifferent.

Karina asked, “So, what do we do now?”

What should they do?

Before, when public opinion was against her for her ruthless treatment of Cedric’s mistress, she had

directly exposed the divorce agreement she had signed to turn public opinion around.

Natalie thought for a moment.

She said, “Let’s not do anything for now.”

“What?!”

“Will it affect me?”

“No, it won’t.”

Because, at the moment, Natalie was using Stephen’s connections to maintain Auro Studio.

Natalie couldn’t refuse, and she felt touched by Stephen’s concern. In times like these, it meant a lot.

The servant who was always by Rebecca’s side, Wanda, was waiting outside. She initially mistook the

asked me to wait for her.”

Wanda had spoken rudely, thinking it might provoke Natalie. It was no secret that Jocelyn was now the

prime candidate for the future young mistress of the Johnson family, which was already the consensus

among the people in the Johnson Manor.

Everyone here was eager to curry favor with the future new mistress and had a more hostile attitude

towards Natalie.

But to Wanda’s surprise, Natalie wasn’t affected.

Her tone was such that she now referred to Rebecca as if they were equals, with no trace of the

Rebecca’s anger only intensified at Natalie’s actions.

“Oh, so you think you’re the future matriarch of the Johnson family just because he’s protecting you,

you?”

So, Natalie was daring enough to dodge now?

That was something she had never dared to do before!
