I hate her. I hate him and I promise to get rid of her and make him pay for how he has treated me. Logan Smith is the only man I’ve ever loved and wanted, and no matter what I do, I just cannot do right by him so he’d do anything to stay away

from me.

For years I’ve tolerated it but knowing well that she was back in his life and he’d do anything to have her then I’d make sure to take her life and also punish him for hurting and treating me badly for years.

I screamed out loud in anger. The more I recall our conversation and how he had treated me, the more furious I more I wanted to attack her.

I will do whatever it is to hurt him and her and everyone that tries to stop me.

“Jade! Jade! Are you alright?” My nanny asked, standing at the door and I glared at her.

“Do I look alright to you!” I shouted at her.

“You need to calm down child,” she said.

“Don’t tell me to calm down! Don’t you tell me to calm down!” I screamed at the top of my lungs.

“Please calm down Jade. Don’t break yourself because of what is going on. Take a look at your room. What’s happening to you?”

“Leave me alone Martha!” I screamed.

“I don’t want you here and I don’t want to speak to me so leave me alone! Can’t you see that I am not in the mood and I’m not happy?” I yelled.

“I know…

“Argh! Leave me alone! Leave me alone! Leave me alone!” I screamed at her.

“I will leave only after you keep quiet. You can’t act this way and expect me to turn blind eyes after all I’m your nanny. What is it? Speak to me so that I will know how to help you I am your hanny so speak to me,” she demanded.

That was Martha for you. She could be the sweetest when she wants to but she sure does know when to calm me down and when to shut me up. She can be annoying too because I dislike being told what to do.

“What is it? What happened? Speak to me.” She demanded.

“She’s back! She’s back and as usual, she’s taking all that belongs to me and I’m not happy about it!” I cried out.

“Who’s back? What happened? Speak to me,” she spoke calmly, walking towards me.

“Isabel! That bi tch! That b itch that stole my life! All she does is make me angry! I hate her and I hate him and I want them to pay. They must pay by all means. I want them to feel my pain. I want to ruin them and be the end of them and I won’t rest

unless I do so!” I cried out.

I fell to the floor in tears. “What does she have matter? She’s not pretty like I am. She’s not anything better than me. She’s….. she’s… I don’t even know what to say!” I cried out.

Martha came closer to me and patted my back. “It’s going to be fine. You are a strong and resilient beautiful woman. I haven’t seen anyone as brave as you and I’ve watched you grow. You might come off tough but you are noble and…”

“All of those words don’t make a difference! It doesn’t change the fact that he doesn’t want me and I am not what he wants! It doesn’t change the fact that Isabel is who he wants and that he only sees her and it doesn’t change the fact that although we are married, he won’t ever consider me his wife and he’d stay as far as he could from me as if I have some disease!” I cut her

“And you think crying would make it easy? Do you think breaking down would make it easy? Trish me when I tell you that it won’t and what can make it easy is you making a difference and know just what it is that you can do instead of crying,” she said, making me curious as to what she has to say.

“What do you mean?” I questioned.

“What I mean is simple and that is for you to take action instead of breaking down because you won’t get anything from it. You can’t cry all fav and expect some miracle to help you get rid of Isabel or do you?” She remarked and I creased my brows in confusion..

“What are you talking about?”

She smiled. “If you want to get rid of a plant, you have to uproot it from the root, and to do that, you need to make a move.”

“And your point is?”

“My point is to get rid of the root. Find Isabel and get rid of her. Crying about Logan not being responsible and acting as the husband that he is to you won’t help you.” She stated but she wasn’t done talking.

“And when I say get rid of Isabel, 1 mean use her as the leverage to get to Logan. You have to find something that you can use against Logan for him to act right since he’s refusing to act right.”

I thought deeply of her words and they made sense but the question was how do I go about it.

“What do you think I should do?” I asked.

“Find Isabel’s weakness. Do a little research about her and find her weaknesses. All humans have their weaknesses and I’m sure you’d get something useful enough to use against her and then you use it against him and he’d have a choice, either to be loyal to you or you’d make sure to ruin him.”

Do you know why I love Martha? Because she knows just what it is that she has to say to me at times like this. She just knows what to do and she never fails to come up with good ideas and that’s why even though in grown, she’s still with me..

She’s the best and I wouldn’t trade her for anything.

“You like the idea, don’t you?” She asked and I nodded my head.

“So instead of getting angry and losing control, think and use the advantage to yourself. You have to remember that you are the one that has to be in control. I’ve thought it better for you to get worked up over little things like this. You once got rid of Isabel and doing it again, shouldn’t be a problem, or is it?”

“You are the 1 absolute best Martha. I love you so much!” I hugged her.

“Now get up on your feet and arrange your room because I wont be doing that for you. You need to clean up the mess and

afterward, I might be kind enough to give you one or two on what it is that you should do, okay?” She stated with a proud smile on her face, one she does whenever she wants me to take responsibility for my actions.

“I will do it but I am doing it only because of what I want and you sure know how to make me clean up my stuff, don’t you?”

She shrugged instead before walking away. I felt a huge weight of my shoulders thinking about it.

As soon as I was finished cleaning up my room, I went to look for Martha.

“I’m done.” I informed her.

“I see you are done but before then I have to confirm that you indeed did it because you might not have and make me tell you what to do and I’d end up cleaning your mess.” She stated, wilking past me and I’m guessing she was going over to my room to check if indeed I had cleaned it up.

“You still haven’t forgotten the past, have you?” I remarked, referring to the time I lied I cleaned up my mess to get her to tell me what to do and after she did, I told her I didn’t and she had to clean it up.

“You are still someone I’m paid to watch over so I have to take care of you although you are a married adult who can take care of herself. I can’t do anything if you haven’t cleaned it up after I tell you what it is I can and that’s why I have to check for myself to see.” She said as she continued to fake her way to my room.

“Alright and when you reach and you see that my room is cleaned up, you owe me something else,” I said to her, feeling confident.

“I didn’t promise that.” She said.

“You promise it or not doesn’t change the fact that you owe me something else and that’s it.” I smiled.

“You are one persistent lady, aren’t you?”

“Well, what can I say? You raise me well.” I giggled.

We finally reached my room and she was surprised to see that it was cleaned up.

“Oh well, what do you have to say now?” I smirked.

“You did this knowing well you wanted something else. Now I see your confidence but that doesn’t change the fact I’d only tell you what it is that you can do but I do not owe you anything,” she said.

“Oh don’t do that Martha. It’s just a little request so you don’t have to panic about it,” I assured her.

“I am not making promises regardless but first…” she sighed.

“Let’s talk about what it is that we have to do with Isabel.”
