I didn’t have a choice but to agree and let her go. If it wasn’t for my twins, I wouldn’t let her go because I have made up my mind that it was time to deal with both father and daughter and let them come to an end in peace but at the end of the day, they found a way to escape it but that’s not for long because I will make sure to harm them and get rid of them no matter what it takes.

As we drove to where Jade led us, all I wanted was my kids and starting a new life with them again. I cannot lose them and I cannot wait to be a part of their life. I cannot wait to be their dad and the best person to them. I want to be their role model and their inspiration and I’d do whatever it takes to make them happy and proud.

We arrived at Jade’s house and I was I skeptical if she had brought us to the right place and wanted to fool us.

When asked she said they were in there and then it hit me. No one would have thought she brought them to her house because they wouldn’t think she was foolish to do that so that indeed shows how calculating and cu nny she was.

I shouldn’t have expected less from her and if I had thought about this earlier then I would have gotten my kids without having to bargain with her. This was my chance to get rid of her and her dad and I let it pass by but I promise that it wouldn’t happen again.

I will make sure to get her and her dad again and once I do, I will make sure to end them once and for all because they both deserve to live for all the pain and chaos they brought to my life

The moment we entered the house, the first people I saw were my kids and they were sleeping peacefully on her couch.

The men saw us and pointed their guns at us. She told them to drop their gun and Isabel ran towards the kids to hold them.

I felt alive seeing them safe and sound and it made me happy. I wouldn’t have blamed myself if anything were to happen to them but thank goodness they are all safe.

“You have seen them, haven’t you? And as you can see they are fine so leave with them now.” Jade spoke.

“And we will only let go of you after we have gotten in the car because who knows, you might just tell your men to attack after all you are unpredictable,” I said to her.

“We already made a bargain and Jade doesn’t go back on her word. If she wanted to do that then she wouldn’t have brought you here in the first place so that’s enough proof that we’ve all had a bad night so take your kids and leave here!” Jade’s father snapped but I couldn’t care about his attitude after all he doesn’t faze me.

“Doesn’t matter. Isabel.” I called for her attention.

“Take the twins with you and leave. Once you get into the car, just wait for me there. One of the men will go with you.” I said to her and she nodded her head

“Until Isabel goes out with the kids and I leave then we shall let the both of you go but if not, we might as well make tonight b loody,” I stated..

“And you don’t want to see a b loody night or do you?” I remarked

“Alright. I said my men won’t harm you but it seems you have your doubts then. Let’s leave them. Isabel take them and you can take me with you and as soon as you settle in the car then you shall leave me be.” Jade agreed.

Isabel left with the twins and one of the men following her, soon after I went with Jade and Raymond with Jade’s dad until we reached the car. Once we settled in the car, I let go of Jade and so did Raymond.

Chapter 70

“Shoot them!” Jade shonted once we got into the car

1 expected much from her. I expected her to react this way because that wouldn’t be her to let us leave without creating chaos but not only has she given me a reason to come for her knowing that she would come for my family again but she has also given me reasons to come back and kill and her dad because giving them time would lead to only damage and I’m not ready for that.

“That bi tch” Raymond cursed.

“I expected much from her but didn’t think she’d do it tonight of all night. I’d come back to make sure I kill her myself.” Raymond spat out but I preste had a plan of my own and I’d do that all by myself

“I’m just so happy that they are safe and fine. That’s the most important thing for me. I’m so happy. My babies I’m so sorry for what you had to go through. I’m sure you were both scared, weren’t you? Isabel placed a kiss on her cheek.

I took Ethan from her arms to feel him in mine. I felt relieved holding him. I hadn’t seen them for that long but it felt like ages and it was all thanks to Jade and her dad.

They put my kids through all of this and I’d make sure they suffer for it. I’d make sure that they pay for it. I will make sure they beg to be killed then I’d eventually kill them.

“Mummy,” Ethan called while in my eyes. He opened his eyes slowly till he saw me

“Daddy.” He called.

“Oh, my precious boy” Isabel cried out as she stretched her arms to touch him.

“I’m so glad you are fine.” Isabel said.

“Hey, strong man.” I said to Ethan.

“Daddy.” He called out again.

I placed a kiss on his forehead.

“I’m so glad they are safe now. It’s fine my love. They are fine alright?” I said to Isabel as I wrapped my arms around her to pull her closer to me.

“They are safe now.” I said to her.

Ethan closed his eyes again and slept off

“I want her head. I will make her pay! She doesn’t deserve to be alive not after what she has done to me. I will make sure she pays!” Isabel cried out.

“It’s fine dear. I promise you that it’s fine. Just leave me to handle the rest.” I said to her.

“How could she? She has come for me all her life and now this? I don’t even know to what extent she’d go. I don’t even know because it’s evident she’s running mad and I don’t think her obsession with you will end soon. She’d rather die with everyone than let it go.” She voiced out.

“Just leave me to handle that okay? I promise you that I will handle that. I promise you that we will finally be happy and all of this will come to an end. Don’t worry. I promise you that it will be fine.” I assured her.

“I’m just glad they are fine now. Only Heaven knows what she might have done or didn’t do or what she said to the kids. They must have been so scared. Tonight Isabel’s voice breaks he begins to cry again.

I patted her arms trying to console her.

“It’s going to be alright sweetheart. I promise you that it will be.” I assured her.

“What are we going to do with the men?” Raymond asked.

“Pay them off for their work,” I replied.

“Alright will do that.” He replied.

He parked the car somewhere to come down. I took over from him and began to drive with Isabel in the back seat with the kids.

Raymond had left to go and pay off the men for their hard work while I drove back to Isabel’s place with Isabel by my side.

I called my private doctor to come over to Isabel’s place so he could check on the kids only after he assured me they were fine before I was able to breathe.

“Alright. Will be expecting you.” I said to him.

“Thank you.” Isabel muttered.

“You don’t have to tell me that. They are our kids and we are all a family or soon we will be one.” I replied to her.

“I love you Isabel and I promise you that this will be the last time, I assured her.
