“You big meanie… why are you so good to me?” Hera hugged Nash

office.

Lewis?”

Virginia looked deeply at Lily and replied, “Her husband bought

Innovate Collective!”

Lily let out a sudden scream, her eyes widening like saucers. The nearby employees cast puzzled glances at her. Lily quickly covered her mouth, but her heart was pounding wildly.

As the president’s secretary, she naturally knew the pressure Hera faced. Now that her husband had done this, all the pressure dissipated like smoke.

“Mr. Calcraft is just so… awesome!” Lily could not help but exclaim

loudly, venting her excitement.

In the office, Hera finally left Nash’s embrace. She looked up at him and kissed him on the lips. “I’ll go entertain Mr. Watson and the

others first. I’ll look for you later!”

Nash ruffled Hera’s hair and smiled. “You go ahead. I have some matters to attend to as well. I’ll have Melody pick you up tonight!”

There were only three days left before his trip to Munford. He needed to refine a batch of medicinal pills during this time. Hera nodded, her eyes turning red as she looked at Nash. “Thank you, my husband!”

Nash teasingly replied, “We’re an old married couple. There’s no need for such formalities!” Hera made a face at him before leaving the

office in a flurry.

Nash then drove back to Royal Bay.

Hera signed the contract with Walter and consulted with the business tycoons for deeper insights into corporate matters. Time passed quickly, and it was already five in the evening. Hera returned to her office and sat on her chair, getting ready to call her father.

However, as soon as she picked up her phone, she felt nauseous. Furrowing her eyebrows, she patted her chest and called out, “Lily please get me a glass of water!”

“Sure thing!” Lily was in an extremely cheerful mood. She had a sweet

smile on her face.

would likely be in a meeting at this time. Thus, she sent him a message instead.
