Chapter 2511

My Substitute CEO Bride

Teresa raised her short spear in front of her. "Thres, I'm sorry..." Teresa looked up at Thresmund in the sky. "I don't know what you've been through. It must have been very painful, right? Thank you for your kindness, but I'm afraid I have to reject it!"

Iron-armored war horses and phantoms of soldiers had appeared beside her at this point. "I will not accept this parting!"

The summoned cavalry charged toward Thresmund, who merely lifted his finger slightly before a similar formation of cavalry appeared beneath him.

The crimson cavalry and the pure white cavalry clashed violently, and naturally, Thresmund's emerged victorious. At the same time, the crimson cavalry surged toward the group.

They quickly pulled Teresa to escape, but how could their speed compare to that of the cavalry?

In no time, the overwhelming cavalry rushed toward them. Just as they were about to trample over Teresa, a fierce wind arose, and Anox arrived with his colorful dance fan.

Looking at Anox from where she was being held in his arms, Teresa could not help but feel a pang of sorrow in her heart.

"Anox..." Tears streamed down Teresa's face. Thresmund's words earlier had been a stab to her heart, but she had managed to hold back her tears. She had been terrified during the battle with Harkin earlier, but she managed to endure it then.

However, the gates burst when she saw Anox, and her tears flowed freely.

"Alright, I'm here now. You don't need to worry anymore," Anox hurriedly comforted her while wiping her tears away gently. Teresa felt her spirits lift again.

"Yeah, I'm okay."

At that moment, the others who had been fleeing gathered around.

Kalos quickly recounted everything that had just happened to Anox. When Anox heard it, he was equally astonished.

"It seems we really have to get serious now."

Anox shouted toward Thresmund, "Thres, is this what you were hoping for?"

"Absolutely!" Thresmund's voice echoed down from the sky. "Friendship no longer matters. What I want is to be the ruler of a new world!"

"Is that so? You really haven't changed at all with those unrealistic dreams of yours!"

"This is no dream. Everything within me is real. Today, I finally deserve to be a true existence!"

"Looks like you're just muddle-headed," Anox shot back. "Thresmund, we'll pull you out of this dream. Then, you'll have to apologize for what you said before. You better treat us to a lavish meal or we won't forgive you!"

"How foolish."

Anox rebutted loudly, "That's right! It's precisely because of this that we became friends. So, no matter the outcome, we'll definitely bring you back, you fool!"

With that, everyone stretched their muscles, preparing to fight Thresmund with all their might.

Just then, Zora came rushing over.

"What the hell... You ran way too fast!"

"Zora, wait a second. I can't duel with you right now."

"What-"

Anox opened the colorful fan fully at this moment.

"The fan... It's completely opened!" Zora exclaimed in surprise. She realized then that Anox was taking on a huge risk and preparing to use all of his energy for a desperate battle.
