Chapter 277
Chasing My Pregnant Wife
Just as Sebastian lay back down, Yvonne grabbed his arm and yanked him up.
âI donât care! You have to save me. If you donât help me, Iâllâ¦â
you
âYouâll what?â Sebastian retorted coldly. âYou messed up. Canât y solve your own problems?â
âI am solving it! Getting your help is the best way for me to solve this problem!â Yvonne said
confidently.
She had relied on Sebastian ever since she was a child, and asking for his help was second nature.
Her way of solving problems was always straightforward and simple: have Sebastian help her.
Sebastian said sternly, âYou should learn to take responsibility for yourself. Youâre an adult now.â
âSeb, just this once, please? Please help me!â
âNo. Get out,â he said icily.
âIf you donât help me, Iâll go find Rosalie right now!â
âWhat for?â Sebastian frowned when Rosalie was mentioned. âDonât bother her for no reason.â
Yvonne attacked his weakness. âIâll tell her you have ulterior motives, that you want to pounce on
her and sleep with her!â
âYvonne!â Sebastian almost roared. âWhen did I ever think that way? Donât slander me!â
âSlander? Donât tell me you havenât thought about it!â Even though Yvonne was rough around the
edges, she wasnât stupid. She had an extraordinary sharpness when it came to some things.
Sebastian admitted he had feelings for Rosalie. Who didnât have thoughts like that when it came to
the person they liked? But they were just thoughts; he hadnât acted on them. Even if he did, it would
be Rosalieâs choice whether to accept him or not.
Yet when it came out of Yvonneâs mouth, it sounded filthy and sordid.
A perfectly normal situation had been twisted into this, which was really infuriating.
âYouâre hesitating and feeling guilty, huh?â Yvonne pointed at him with a sly glint in her eyes, having
found his weak spot. âIâm going to call her right now. If she finds out you have such lecherous
thoughts about her, sheâll stay far away from you. And if I embellish the storyâ¦â
She chuckled.
Yvonne stood up from the bed, picked up her phone, and found Rosalieâs number.
âYvonne!â
Sebastian jumped out of bed and darted toward Yvonne to grab the phone.
âIf you dare act recklessly, I absolutely wonât let you off!â
âThen donât let me off! Either way, Iâm dead. If you donât help me, Iâll go find her right now.â then
Yvonne ran out, shouting, âSebastian likes
Rosalie!â
âYvonne!â Sebastian chased after her and shouted, âCome back! Iâll help you!â
A few minutes later, Sebastian was holding a phone, finishing a conversation with someone.
âThatâs it, then. Someone will pick it up when itâs ready.â
After hanging up, Sebastian tossed the phone aside.
âI found a professional to fix the vase. Itâll look indistinguishable to the naked eye, as long as it isnât
tested with professional equipment. Iâve also arranged for a deep fake to replace it temporarily.â
âUntil then, youâd better pray Dad doesnât take out the vase to admire. it. If he finds out that itâs fake,
even I canât help you.â
âThatâs great!â Yvonne excitedly jumped forward, hugging Sebastian and kissing him hard on the
cheek. âSeb, youâre the best! Nove you, I love you, I love you!â
She squirmed in his arms like a little pig.
Sebastian pushed her away with a look of disgust. âDonât be so gross.
