Chapter 365 Kudos To You The two of them had a brief discussion before Rosalie dialed Andrius Quirke’s number on the phone.

It was very quickly answered. “How may I help you, Dr. Jacobs?”

They had not been in touch since Old Master Quirke’s birthday celebration, so Andrius was a little confused to receive a phone call from Rosalie out of the blue.

Rosalie spoke nonchalantly, “Is old Master Quirke at home? I wanna go over to give him a quick medical check-up to see how he’s doing.”

Andrius was quick to answer. “That’s so kind of you. Grandpa is home. You can come.”

After making sure that Old Master Quirke was at home, Rosalie hung up, grabbed her medical kit, and went on her way.

As she was just arriving at the Quirke manor, the butler was already standing at the door, waiting.

“Miss Jacobs, Young Master Quirke got me to wait here to escort you in when you’ve arrived. He’s waiting for you in the living room.” Seeing that Rosalie had arrived, the butler went up to greet her courteously.

Rosalie nodded and followed behind the butler into the villa.

As she was walking, she thought about how she would bring that matter up to Andrius.

With how close the relationship is between the Quirkes and the Lawrences, she did not believe that the Quirkes would be intimidated by the threat from the Lawrences.

However, looking at how the manager in charge of the medicinal materials had treated them…

Perhaps Melody had personally talked to Andrius about this matter, and Andrius agreed to comply.

Whatever she said today would be redundant if that was the truth.

However, this was just her speculation.

She still had to test the waters regarding Andrius’ attitude on this.

Rosalie slowly reeled in her thoughts as she approached the door, when the villa door was swung open, the expression on her face had already returned to normal.

Andrius had intentionally rushed home from his office when he knew that Rosalie wanted to come over to give Old Master Quirke a medical check-up. He was currently working on the couch.

When he saw Rosalie entering the villa, Andrius placed the folder he was holding down and got up to greet her. “Long time no see, Dr. Jacobs.”

Rosalie smiled softly. “Where’s Old Master Quirke?”

Andrius gestured for the butler to prepare some tea as he led her to the garden behind. “Grandpa knew you were coming, so he’s already waiting out here.”

Old Master Quirke may have recovered, but he was still weak from old age and from the prolonged period of laying on his sick bed. That was why the majority of his time was spent quietly recuperating.

He would also set aside time to do physiotherapy.

When they arrived, it was coincidentally Old Master Quirke’s time for physiotherapy. Since he knew that Rosalie was coming, he had asked the person in charge to give him some privacy as he sunbathed while waiting for Rosalie’s arrival.

Rosalie was greeted by the sight of Old Master Quirke leisurely sunbathing with a walking cane by his chair. He looked relaxed.

When she saw the scene before her, her heart was a lot calmer.

“Old Master Quirke.” Rosalie went forward gently and called out to Old Master Quirke carefully by his ear.

Old Master Quirke had been waiting for quite some time and had dozed off to sleep. When he heard Rosalie’s voice, he was still in a small daze.

It took a while for him to regain full consciousness. He smiled and nodded at Rosalie. “You’re here, Dr.

Jacobs? I heard from Andrius that you volunteered to come over to give me a medical check-up. That’s very kind of you still to remember such a wrinkly old man like me.”

Rosalie smiled a little sheepishly, placed her medical kit down, and started a series of checks.

After a flurry of different procedures, Rosalie straightened her body. “You’re recovering a a steady pace, Old Master Quirke. According to your current health condition, you’d only need to rest for a while before you’re as good as new.”

Old Master Quirke nodded with a smile. “I feel that my body is getting better as well. Kudos to you! ”
