“Doctor Huo is very strong. She can eat whatever she wants even though she’s pregnant. She’s not that delicate. Let’s eat. Oh yeah, it’s just a pity that she can’t drink,” Su Yu said. Then he opened a bottle of beer and poured it into his cup.

“That’s alright, President Su. I’ll drink with you.” Just when Han Yueyao was going to open a bottle of beer, Huo Mian stopped her.

“You shouldn’t today. You have a live show tomorrow. Drinking too much would influence your work. You should drink hot water with me today.”

“I meant you that you can order anything to eat here, not take out. If you really order 1,000 skewers, I’d go broke to pay it off.”

The two were fighting while Huo Mian shook her head and smiled on the side.

When it finally quieted down, they chose what they liked.

“I want ten skewers of beef, one skewer of hot pepper, one skewer of toasted bread… Oh, add two more fish balls and one sausage,” Huo Mian said and put down her menu.

“Mian, you’re eating so little.”

“I try not to eat that much per meal and eat more meals. I’m scared to overeat because my stomach will feel bad. The baby is growing, and I feel like all my organs are shifting so I’m careful with my portions. If I get hungry at night, I have food at home.”

“That’s good. President Su, your turn. I can eat whatever you guys choose. I’m not a picky eater,” Han Yueyao urged Su Yu. It had been a while since Su Yu ate barbeque, so he was interested in the food.

He didn’t hold back and ordered a lot of food, most of which were food men loved. He ordered beef tendon, skin, and a specialty grilled fish.

The three sat in this small restaurant. It felt very warm and lively.

The three didn’t talk about the competition tomorrow. Huo Mian was afraid that if she brought it up, Han Yueyao would become more nervous. That was why they talked about casual topics.
