"Can we really trust him?" Rumi turned towards him and raised her eyebrow. Wasn't he the one striking a deal with him first hand? "No." Rumi curtly replied and turned back ahead, currently they were sitting in the balcony waiting for the auction to begin. An auction where humans were sold as sex slaves. "But he's desperate." Rumi added glancing at the other balconies with VIPs.
"What's that suppose to mean?" Hyun asked looking at her, why was she unusually calm when he was feeling this rush inside him? "Does that mean we can trust him?" Rumi clicked her tongue and turned her head towards him again. "No. It's mean that he is going to help us up until he thinks he can get out of here. This is not his first time doing this." Rumi explained looking at the question mark on Hyun's face. "You mean the moment he thinks we are not useless, he's gonna dump us." Rumi nodded going back to looking around. "This is going be harder than I thought." Rumi muttered to herself. She had to create an opening for them to get in deeper.
"What do you mean that they have put him up there?!" An enraged voice caught Rumi's ear. "They were supposed to be handing him directly to me?! What the fuck do they think they are doing by going against my word?!"Â The VIP screamed at his company. "Hyungnim, please calm down. They never did say that they were going to hand the goods directly to you-ack!" Before his company could finish his sentence he was kicked in shin. "Goods? Who are you calling goods, gaesaekkiya?!" The man seethed through his teeth. The company quickly recovered and bowed towards his boss. "Joesonghamnida." He apologized, "But hyungnim, isn't it better this way? You can take him with this auction easily without having to go into any other trouble." The lacky suggested glancing at his boss who was genuinely thinking about it. "Considering the rumours attached to him, nobody's gonna waste money on him hyungnim but more than that nobody here has the guts to stand against you." The lacky smiled noticing the smirk on his boss's lips.
"Ladies and gentlemen my earnest apologies for the long wait!" A loud voice grabbed the attention of the guest. "The moment we all have been waiting for has come! Without any further ado we will began our tonight's auction!" At his signal the lights went dimmer and a spotlight was flashed on the stage. "Let's welcome our first candidate of the night..." Rumi turned towards Hyun, "What's the status from outside?" Hyun nodded his head in affirmative. "They are in, taken their position inside the club but couldn't pass the VIP line. Choi Jae-yeong was right when he said they are quite careful with security." Rumi sighed and nodded her head back.
"For our next candidate we have a well-known idol. Let's have I.N. from the Stray Kids on the stage!" A figure appeared on the stage, hand covering his eyes from the harsh spotlight. "Name, Yang Jeongin. Age, twenty-two years old. I don't need to introduce you to his skills, do I?"Â The host said scanning the audience with smile on his face. "You have seen him perform for you before, am I right? But today onwards he's gonna perform for only that lucky person!" The host baited. "So, without any further ado let's start with bidding. Starting with-"
"20 million won!" Rumi glanced at her right, so it is him, huh? "That was quick! Twenty million! Anyone?" The host asked glancing around the audience. "Twenty million going for once..." Whispers were heard going around as the man smirked daring them to bid against him. "Twenty million going for twice! Twenty million going for-Ah! We have a bidder!" Everyone turned around the to look at the bidder. Rumi smirked holding up her bidder card and tapped her five fingers on the table. "Fifty million for bidder number nine!" The host announced.
The man cursed making Rumi glance at him and smirk. "Crazy bitch-" He was about to jump over but his lacky stopped him. "Hyungnim the bid." The man cursed and held up his card shouting, "Hundred!"
"Okay hundred million for bidder number seven. Going once! Twice-" The man smirked daring Rumi who smiled rolling her eyes. "Thr-oh! One fifty for bidder number nine!" The host said pointing towards the Rumi. "Ah ssibal! I am going to kill this bitch. Two hundred!" The man screamed glaring at Rumi who chuckled. "Two hundred for- It's two fifty for bidder-ah? Five hundred? Five hundred million for bidder number nine!" The host excitedly hollered in his mic. "Going for once! Twice! Thrice!" He exclaimed beating the gavel indicating the end of the bid. "Congratulations to bidder number nine!" Rumi smiled nodding her head and turned towards the man with a smirk. "Michin-nyeon!" The man cursed hurling his bidding card on ground and stomping off the balcony making Rumi snort.
"Yah...what do you think you are doing?" Hyun asked nudging her. Rumi smiled, "Doing what I am here for. To cause chaos." Hyun shook his head when the door behind them was kicked open. "You fucking bitch!" Hyun was quick to step in between stopping the man from advancing towards Rumi who turned around and with smirk of hers taunting the man. "Who the fuck do you think you are? Do you know who am I, you fucking bitch?!" The man screamed as his lacky and Hyun held me back. Rumi smiled and nodded at Hyun, who shook his head. No, he can't just step back when this man is like a wild beast on lose.
Rumi clicked her tongue, "Let him go Secretary Kim. He's harmless." Rumi smiled looking at the man. Hyun hesitantly glanced between her and the man before stepping aside. As soon as he stepped aside the man hurled himself at Rumi, "Ma'am!" Rumi held up her hand stopping Hyun and smiled at the man who was barring his teeth at her. "Yes? Sorry I didn't get your name." She said looking up the man leaning over her. "Hand him over to me." The man gritted through his teeth. Rumi cocked her head to side. "Hmm? I bought him, why should I?" Rumi replied, the man cursed and grabbed her by her neck. "Ma'am!" She again stopped him. "Hand him over when I am asking nicely, eo?" Rumi let out a laugh at that. She grabbed on the arm that was choking her and leaned closer to him, "I won't, what are you gonna do about it?" She whispered.
"Everybody quick!" The security was here pulling the man apart from Rumi as the man screamed string of cursing at her. Rumi sighed rubbing her neck, "Are you okay?" Hyun asked leaning down and checking her neck. "It's bruised. That motherfuc-" "Don't." Rumi stopped him.
"Princess Rathod, we are extremely sorry!" Choi Jae-yeong exclaimed bowing ninety degrees towards her. Rumi clicked her tongue and stood up. Choi Jae-yeong stepped backwards his head still bowed. Rumi glanced at the man who was held back by the security. "Mr. Choi I'm really disappointed." She commented turning towards him. "Princess-" "I was aware of the poor management the moment I stepped in here but this is just ridiculous." Rumi laughed glancing at man who had attacked her. "I am sure the host announced the rules in understandable language?" Choi Jae-yeong nodded his head. "Then why is this person asking me to hand over the goods I just bought quite fairly?" Rumi questioned. "We are really sorry for this in-"
"Ssibal saekki! You said that they are not gonna put him up there! You fucker! You said you would give him to me!" The man screamed fighting against the men who held him off. "I NEVER SAid such thing, Ma Tae-ssi!" Choi Jae-yeong retorted, his voice going lower by the end of his sentence as he fixed his suit jacket. He stared down the Ma Tae guy and turned towards Rumi, the tensed face relaxing with a smile. "Princess Rathod, there's seems to be some miscommunication between us. We are extremely sorry for what has happened but please let us com-"
Rumi let out a laugh in disbelief. "Miscommunication? What does that have to do with me, Mr. Choi? Why am I being troubled for something that has nothing do with me?" Rumi questioned stepping towards him. "You mentioned about how you are careful with your security but why is that I am dealing with this bullshit right now!" She screamed glaring down at Choi Jae-yeong who clenched his jaw. "This is just hilariously!" Rumi bitterly laughed. "Secretary Kim, we are leaving." Hyun looked at her in surprise, "Ah-yes, ma'am." But quickly recovered and picked up her purse ready to follow his boss.
"No, Princess please wait." Choi Jae-yeong stepped in her way. "You cannot leave just like that. We cannot let you leave like that!" "Excuse me-" "We can't let our guest leave like this. We are extremely apologetic about what has happened. Please give us chance to compensate for what has happened." Choi Jae-yeong bowed towards her. Rumi snorted rolling her eyes. "How are going to do that huh? Are you going to get rid of this man for me?" Choi Jae-yeong stiffened at that. Hyun glanced at Rumi wondering what the hell she was trying to do? Are they really going to leave?
"We cannot do that, Princess Rathod. Mr. Ma is important client of ours as you are. This was purely due to miscommunication between us. But we cannot let that affect our other clients." Choi Jae-Yeong replied. Hyun glanced towards Rumi, what is she planning now? "To compensate, why don't you check out the goods you have purchased first?" Choi Jae-Yeong suggested looking up at her with a smile. "YAH CHOI JAE-YEONG!" Ma Tae protested, one look from Choi Jae-yeong was enough for guards to drag Ma Tae and his lacky away. "If you don't mind, let me guide you towards the room." Choi Jae-yeong said glancing at his staff who nodded rushing out. "Please." He smiled holding the door open for her. Rumi huffed and walked out.
Hyun followed her, falling in pace with her. "Are you gonna tell me what you are trying to do or am I to just blindly play along?" Hyun whispered leaning closer to her. Rumi smiled staring ahead. "My little rookie, we should always be prepared to improvise." Rumi whispered back. "Were you really gonna leave?" He asked making Rumi chuckle. "Ani, he was never going let us. Didn't you hear him, we are very important client of his. Not only we are his potential customers but funders too." Hyun looked at her in disbelief. This women is really sly. How far had she thought about this? Truly, the difference between an experienced and amateur agent. "He's going to do anything to sign a deal with an Indian princess whose going to offer him tickets to biggest market in the world." Rumi added nodding towards Choi Jae-Yeong.
"Now you my little rookie, you are gonna enter the mole's burrow while I have his all attention." Rumi said with a triumph smile on her face. Hyun rolled his eyes; he should've know how her mind works by now. "Hyun-ah, the chaos has just began so I hope you'll make most of it." She said looking up at him. Hyun nodded, Rumi had done her part, now it was his turn.
Choi Jae-yeong stopped and turned around. "I apologize but Mr. Kim, our escort will guide you back to waiting area." He informed looking at Hyun. Hyun glanced at him and then at Rumi who nodded at him. "Okay. Ma'am excuse me." Hyun bowed handing her purse to Rumi. Choi Jae-Yeong waited until he was out of sight and turned around pressing his thumb on biometric machine. Rumi thought the doors would open up to a room but it was an elevator instead. "Please." Choi Jae-yeong gestured for her to step in. Rumi stepped in and stared ahead as the door closed. The elevator was going down, Rumi titled her head to side, there wasn't any underground infrastructure, was there? Before Rumi could give it another thought the doors of elevator opened. Rumi followed Choi Jae-yeong to hallway which was similar to the waiting lounge. Again, he stopped in front of the door and this time using a key card he opened the door.
Rumi stepped inside looking around. The room was quite similar to ones you find in a love motel just was very expensive version of them. "Is it to your liking?" He questioned from behind. Rumi hummed scanning the room, she strutted towards the couch which was right across the door and settled down on it. She picked up the bottle of whisky off table and examined it. "How long do I have to wait?" Choi Jae-yeong let out a small laugh. "It won't be long. Is there any special request, like white ice-"
"I asked. How long?" Rumi gazed up at him. "Ah." Choi Jae-yeong nodded his head getting the message, "It won't be long." Rumi nodded and leaned back. She let out a sigh stretching her neck, that bastard had a good grip, she thought rubbing her neck. He'll back for more, isn't he? Rumi smiled to herself as she picked out a stick from cigarette box and pressed it between her lips. She clicked the lighter making it flicker but it didn't light the cig. "Let me." Choi Jae-yeong stepped forward holding his own lighter. Rumi let him when there was a knock on the door before it opened. The person they have been waiting for was here. Rumi leaned back letting out a puff of smoke as she scanned the kid in front of her. Poor kid, she thought looking at the boy dressed in few chains for shirt. Fashion sense of people is really getting worse these days.
"He's here." Choi Jae-yeong stepped back towards the kid. He smiled and leaned towards Jeongin, "You wanted out right? There's your ticket." He whispered nodding towards the foreigner sitting on the couch. "Play good and you won't have to work hard for rest of your life." Jeongin glared at him, "Be a good boy." Choi Jae-yeong smirked and turned towards the foreigner. "Then excuse us, princess." Choi Jae-yeong bowed and left the two alone. Jeongin turned his attention to the foreigner who was already staring at him. "Disgusting." He muttered hearing a chuckle from her. Huh? She understands Korean?
"You don't mind, do you?" She asked speaking in perfect Korean while showing the stick in her hand. "I really need it." She added taking in another drag. "Want a drink?" She asked offering the whisky kept on the table. As if I would drink that! Jeongin narrowed his eyes. What game is she playing at? "Ah? How old were you again?" She asked looking up at him. Jeongin just glared at her in answer. "Hmm. No answer, understandable." She nodded and stood up. Jeongin cautiously watch her, his senses alert ready to avoid any advances. He stood still until she was too close for his comfort, he moved to step back but she grabbed his arm stopping him from doing so. "Stay away!" Jeongin warned through his teeth. The foreigner gazed at him and let out a sigh.
"Was my Korean that bad?" She muttered more to herself. "Jeongin, was it?" She asked. "Let's keep this distance while we talk hmm?" Jeongin sneered trying to shrug off her grip but she pulled him closer. "I know it's very difficult for you to trust me-" "Trust?" He looked at her in disbelief. "I can't stand your disgusting self and mwo trust you?" He sneered glaring down at her. "Step back while I'm asking you nicely." The woman sighed and finally stepped back holding her hands up in surrender. "I was just looking for your cooperation, that's all. No need to get feisty." She said walking towards the bed. Jeongin carefully observed her, as she flipped the sheets over. Cooperation? He had never heard anyone here use that word before. "You see I'm gonna pay five hundred million for you, shouldn't you at least be little cooperative?" She asked while still continuing to roam around the room. "Ahh..." Jeongin peeked at what she stumbled on. "Quite a collection huh?" She said scanning the whips and toys hanging off in the cupboard. Jeongin gulped, she wouldn't dare, would she? "How long you've been here for?"
Huh? Jeongin looked at her as she closed the cupboard. She sighed again when he didn't answer. "Jeongin-ah, it's gonna be really boring if you keep quiet like this." Again, she was standing close to him, he was about to step back, "Don't." She warned stepping closer. "We have to help each other out here." She said and leaned closer to his ear. Jeongin was ready to push her away. "I'm here to get you all out." She whispered and leaned back. Jeongin stared at her, does she think of me some naïve dumb kid? He snorted and glared at her. "Aish, I should've known." She muttered before looking up at him. "Then excuse my behaviour." She smiled and pressed her palm against his chest and pushed him backwards, Jeongin was little too late to react and found himself on bed with the strange woman hovering over him.
"Ah is this angle okay?" She asked more to herself and then proceeded to remove her coat. Jeongin's eyes widen realizing where this was heading. This disgusting woman! He flipped her over in split of second and locked her arms above her head. "Stop whatever you are trying to do or it won't end well." He warned. The woman looked up at him in surprise, "So you do know some moves!" She laughed. "That's more like it." She smirked trying to lean up but he pressed her down. Is she into things like this? "Fucking disgusting!" Jeongin cursed making her chuckle. "Did you do taekwondo or something?" She asked looking between them. "But what to do? I'm stronger." She said pushed herself up with help of her lower limps which free from his grip. The sudden force startled Jeongin making his lose his grip on her hands and almost fall of the bed backwards if not for the woman.
Rumi was quick to slip her hand behind his neck and pull him closer. "Wah...that was close." She grinned looking into the pair of wide eyes. Jeongin stared at her in surprise and then realised their close proximity. "Fucking bi-" His words were choked when Rumi tightened her grip and pulled him closer. "Yah, I'm being very nice to you right now, so tone down that mouth, huh?" Rumi warned, her hand moving from his neck to grip his jaw. Jeongin gulped, this woman wasn't playing the look in her eyes was proof enough.
Rumi relaxed her expression and let go of her grip noting that she had the kid's attention. "I know, it's seems like I am trying to make a move on you but trust me I'm not. It's just we have to maintain this distance if I don't want to fall under suspicion." Jeongin's eyebrows furrowed before realizing what she meant. "We are being watched." It was a statement. Rumi smiled; ah this kid is smart. "Now, you are listening." Jeongin frowned, "That doesn't mean I trust you." Rumi chuckled nodding her head. "Fair enough. But you have nothing to lose. I promise I won't do anything but let's keep close?" Rumi suggested raising her eyebrow. Jeongin stared at her giving it a serious thought, it was true he had nothing to lose and if she really tried to do anything then she'll have another thing coming at her. "Okay." Jeongin nodded looking into her eyes warning her, cross me and you die. Rumi chuckled. "Okay. Then how about we move to couch?" Jeongin furrowed his eyebrows, Rumi smiled looking down, Jeongin followed her eyes. AH! He quickly get off her lap, cheeks turning pink.
Rumi let out a small laugh and made her way to couch with embarrassed Jeongin following her. Rumi patted the seat beside her and poured whisky for both of them. Jeongin quietly observed her, is she going to drink that? Rumi glanced at him, "Just pretend to." She answered his unasked question. Mwoya? What is this woman? Jeongin wondered. She smiled at him as if she was hearing into his each thought. "How many of them?" Jeongin questioned nodding towards the room. Rumi kicked off her legs on his lap and stirred the content in her glass. "Noticed two of them, one right above the bed and other across the room on coat rack." Jeongin nodded.
"So how long?" Rumi asked gazing at him. Jeongin stared at her wondering whether he should answer it or not. "Months." He replied earning silent nod in return. "I was here for partying with my friends, next day I woke up with videos of me intoxicated and doing things I didn't remembered." Jeongin confessed. "They threatened me to leak those videos so I had no choice but come here. I didn't realise that I had stepped into the trap myself." Jeongin added his jaw clenching in anger.
"Were you drugged?" Jeongin shrugged his shoulders. He didn't remember anything the next day, all he remembered coming here with his sunbae for partying and next day everything was ruined. He tried asking for help from his sunbae but was brutally ignored. It was then he realised ah I was trapped here with no doors to escape from, until today. Jeongin stared at Rumi was staring back at him, is this woman really going to help us out? "How are you going to take us out?" He questioned. Rumi hummed, "I'm waiting for someone." Jeongin furrowed his eyebrows, waiting for someone? Don't tell-"You said you are here to help us out but you need someone else to get you out?" Rumi let out a laugh at that. Locking her leg with one of his she pulled him closer. "Aga. Do I look like a woman who needs prince to save her?" She asked with little smirk on her face. Jeongin gulped shaking his head. "Hmm?" Rumi felt his neck. "Yah, are okay? You are burning up." Jeongin felt his own cheeks, they were warm. Huh? No wonder he was feeling all hot suddenly, his stomach was also feeling little weird. "Earlier too your body was little hot, I thought it was due our little stunt on bed but you're really bur-" Rumi paused noticing how instead of avoiding her contact Jeongin was leaning in her touch.
"Hmm...your hands are nice and cool." He mumbledrubbing his cheek against her palm. "Yah." Rumi lightly tapped his cheek, thiswasn't right. "Look at me." Rumi cupped his face and looked into his eyes; pupilsnot dilated but they look dazed. "Jeongin-ah, did they gave you something? Didyou drink something before coming here?" Rumi asked. Jeongin shook his head."No?" He shook his head again. "I don't remember. I-I just had water." Rumimentally cursed. Fuck! Now what do I do? How am I supposed know what did theyga-"Yah? They gave you aphrodisiacs, didn't they?" Rumi asked her eyesnarrowing down at his lower half. "A what?" Jeongin followed her line of sight."What the fuck?!" He cursed covering his not-so-subtle tent.
