"Son, he is not buddy's friend; he is your dad." Mike, who was silent till

now, suddenly burst the bubble and crossed the limit.

Adam and Aiden looked so shocked that everyone forgot to make a

sound; even Ace Welsh looked stunned; he never expected Mike to act

so brazenly; he was not even daring enough to tell the truth to his son,

who looked frightened and pitiful.

Noah's small eyes showed a little bit of shock; dad he seemed to know

what it was Dad; he had seen his pretty aunty tell the babies he was

their daddy, so she always intimate in a childish voice to ask to call him

daddy, in his preschool, these children also have daddies, even though

he never ask anyone, he felt having daddy is fantastic after all his

buddy was so good to his brothers and sister (he was thinking about

His buddy hugged them to sleep, carried them when they cried and

played with them. He gives them baths, which is fantastic, even though

his buddy was everything to him, but he was not daddy, which

sometimes hurt him, but he never showed and buried this in his little

heart.

to respond; they thought Noah was unaware of this word in his life; in

fact, they showered him with love, and they thought he would never

miss a father in his life, but it seemed they all were wrong from the very

He understood and hid it very well; just thinking how a three-year-old

concealed his emotions from them tore their heart; it was too painful to

think this boy was such a sensible child.

Ace couldn't bear the tears in his son's eyes; even though he felt

awkward, he leaned and took the child from Adam's arms; even though

Adam was reluctant, he let Ace Welsh near to Noah because, for the

first ime in his life, he felt the pain in this little soul which was hidden

from them.

Ace's chest hurt when he saw how the boy was looking at him; he didn't

even blink as if he was waiting for something from him. Ace gently

wiped Noah's tears and called, "A man doesn't shed tears; they only

shed blood." He didn't want to make it awkward between them, just

announcing he was the dad.

Ace wanted to avoid this matter, but he left everyone speechless when

he opened his mouth.

What does he mean by saying this to a little child who was crying

because he never had a father of his own?

Adam fisted his hand as he was about to beat Ace Welsh's foolish face,

but then he remembered he shouldn't mess up his image of a perfect

uncle in front of his nephew. But he took a note; he would surely tell his

brother David what this fool said to his nephew.

Mike looked at his brother with a helpless expression. His brother had

never coaxed anyone in his life, so how would he even know how to

persuade his son even though the way his brother said his first line to

him embarrassed Mike? If not, this man was not his brother; he would

Adam and Aiden knew who it was; it was Kate; they thanked her in their

Ace had no words for his son; he couldn't even refute his son's words,

“If you are my dad, why did you not come to Noah soon?" His little

curious mind is finally out of control.

Ace looked at his son's face with helplessness; he was afraid of this

question the most and scared of this little soul's eyes; seeing this

question hurt his brother, Mike took the lead.

"Son, Dad did not know that he had such a cute little angel; that's why

Dad didn't come earlier, but now Dad knows he has such a little cutie.”

Noah nodded his head; he understood; it seemed his dad did not know

about him, and that's why he didn't come; he understood this reason;

his tiny brain was not smart enough to go deeper into this.

“Then, are you going to come home with Noah?" This was unexpected

that no one expected.
