"Then do you want to stay with Dad?" Ace asked Noah, whose face

was full of expectations. Ace knew without his family, which was his

world, his son could never accept it.

This question made Noah's eyes spark with happiness; it seemed he

was delighted with this thought; the excitement in his eyes was

unavoidable; everyone noticed it at first glance.

“Can 1?” Noah's question made Ace helpless. The boy was thrilled with

the thought of having a father in his life; his eyes clearly showed it even

though he was not saying it.

He looked at Ace as if Ace would vanish if he blinked and waited for an

answer that would satisfy his little heart.

“Of course you can, son.” Ace's answer filled his heart with happiness.

“Then Dad, do you want to stay with Noah?" We have to go home, but

where is Mommy? Why is she not here? Am I in the hospital?” Noah

saw his surroundings, which were filled with hospital beds and

machines, so he assumed he was in the hospital.

Ace and Mike's heart sank; he wanted to bring his dad to his home, but

he was not willing to stay there at all, which was very clear. Ace looked

into Noah's eyes as he looked around and searched for his mom, which

made his heart ache.

“Noah, Dad wants to stay with you, only you and......" Ace glared at

him coldly before Mike could continue. Does he even have a brain?

The boy was already on the verge of crying for not seeing his mom,

and if he said this to the little boy, did he think the boy could bear this?

He just woke up, and now, if they put him under such pressure, the boy

would panic; it was already tough for them to bring him from the death

door.

Seeing the look in his brother's eyes, Mike shut his mouth. He might've

been a fool, but he knew if he dared to say one more word to his

brother, his brother would throw him out of the villa and stop his visit.

But how could he stay away from here since now he had such a cute

nephew, who was half of his soul? They never had anyone to spoil, so

now having Noah gave him a thrilling excitement, and he was ready to

do anything.

Seeing Ace Welsh not saying anything or even stopping his brother

Adam, Aiden’s expression improved.

“Son, your mom will come to meet you soon. You were a little unwell,

and she guarded you all the time until now; she went outside to freshen

up, and you woke up,

But since she hasn't moved from your side for so long, why not let her

rest well at home? When she wakes up, we'll call her and inform her to

come to you, okay?"

Ace, who had never coaxed a person in his life, coaxed his son so

gently that anyone's heart would melt by his words and gentleness.

Adam sneered at Ace's words, but somehow, his words surprised him.

This man didn’t break their angel's heart and kept Nina's loving

mother's image intact in his heart, which was rare.

Noah blinked; he seemed to understand how tired his mother would've

been if she had gone home to rest without him. “Okay, Noah will be a

good boy, and wait for mommy.” Noah's innocence melted everyone's

heart.

The boy was much more sensible than his age; everyone's heart ached

for him since Ace explained with a straight face. Noah took it as

accurate, so he fell asleep after having a light meal and medicine.

Only then does everyone sigh in relief,

“Even though he has such an insane disease, his genes seem strong

for his illness; as long as we don’t miss any chance, I'm sure he will get

better with time.”

The doctor commented he had never seen a person who was in a

coma wake up so soon and get well after the treatment. Given the

exceptional body condition, the boy has strong body power.

Ace looked at Aiden and Adam. “Since you two have already completed

your mission, I think you should return.” He knew David had sent them

to keep an eye on him and the Welsh family so they wouldn't dare to

mess with Noah, but if they had kept staying there, everything would

have been even more complicated.

Adam and Aiden’s expressions changed, even though they knew they

had to return, but that didn't mean they would return immediately. The

boy had just woken up and needed time to adjust. If they left, would he

miss his family?

“We're going back, but now, until we're sure you people can keep our

family's son protected, he needs someone to be with him.” Adam was

reluctant.
