Rachel’s palm was cold. When it landed on Lliy’s neck, she could not help but flinch.

Rachel snorted and shook her off.

Lily propped herself up against the wall and slowly stood up. She raised her hand and rubbed her neck.

“It’s Daddy’s birthday next week. Do you want to go back and take a look? He’s been thinking about

you all these years.”
