When Shen Nuo opened his eyes, the sky had already brightened outside the cave. He was lying on Li Yan's dry white robe that was spread on the cold stony floor, lying to the side, facing the cave wall and Li Yan was behind him, Shen Nuo's back pressing against Li Yan's warm and naked chest..

They both were completely NAKED!!!

Shen Nuo's scalp went numb when he reminded what happened inside this cave the day before. Blood rushed into his face. F@#k! Did he drink shampoo!!? Or toilet wash!!? A cold tremble ran down his entire body convulsively.

Li Yan smiled maliciously behind him. "Awake?" That voice was overly possessive, like a lion proudly claiming his territory.

Shen Nuo felt as if a cold bucket of ice water was dumped over his head. Li Yan is awake!!? He smiled bitterly. "Your Majesty, what a pleasant morning, huh? This... I..." He quickly tried to get up. But he felled back hissing when suddenly a stab of pain attacked his thighs.

Li Yan laughed gently and wrapped his slender arm around Shen Nuo's waist reaching his stomach. "Does it still hurt?" He asked hugging Shen Nuo tightly from behind. The palm that reached Shen Nuo's stomach gently caressed his lower abdomen. That palm was extremely warm and comfortable. The stinging pain slowly dissipated. Shen Nuo couldn't help but moan in comfort.

His little hand that slid onto the back of Li Yan's big palm shuddered. Their slender fingers intervined.

"Li Yan... You're so big..."

Li Yan's breath hitched. "What!!?"

Shen Nuo was speechless. "I mean your hand is big! You pervert!"

"Oh!" Li Yan smiled behind him viciously. He grasped from Shen Nuo's little hand and pressed his palm onto the back of Shen Nuo's palm. He suddenly realized how small Shen Nuo's hand was...

Compared to his size, Shen Nuo's fingertips barely reached his second bone from the middle finger. He could easily wrap Shen Nuo's fist in his clenched palm without leaving any crevice.

He silently tightened that little fist in his palm, wrapping his long and pale fingers covering Shen Nuo's hand. "Nuo Nuo, you don't regret anything that happened here, right?" He asked pressing his lips against the back of Shen Nuo's bare neck, causing him to violently shudder.

Shen Nuo did not speak for a long time as he lied with his back firmly pressed onto Li Yan's chest. "No." He said in a low voice. "Every word that I spoke, I said them willingly. Every move I made, I made them willingly."

"It's too late to regret anyway, since we came this far." Li Yan gently got off the floor, pulling his dry dress that was neatly folded beside him. He wore it. And looked at Shen Nuo who was completely naked on the floor.

Blood rushed into Shen Nuo's face. "You f@#king look away!" He shouted, rolling himself onto the white cloak beneath him and the cloth wrapped around his body.

"Aaaaaaaaaah!" He suddenly gritted his teeth when the pain in his lower body intensified.

Li Yan squatted on the floor beside him. "Rest more. In the evening, I'll take you to the nearest town to buy some medicines, ok?" He said in a gentle voice.

"Dirty!" Shen Nuo said flabbergasted. "I want to have a wash!"

Li Yan coughed muffling the laugh that flashed into his mouth. "Ahem, umm... I've already washed you."

"..." Shen Nuo's face was burning hot. His eyes widened. "You -!!!"

"Me what-?" Li Yan slammed his hands either side Shen Nuo's face, leaning down to Shen Nuo's face, causing the other person to gasp. Li Yan's eyes darkened.

"It's not like I didn't see anything while I loosened you inside out yesterday." That voice was extremely low and seductive." Li Yan looked at him meaningfully and his lips hooked up into a haunting smile. "I've already tasted you to your core. What more is there for you to hide from me, hmm?" These words were extremely lewd definitely not words that would come out of the mouth of a respectable Emperor.

Shen Nuo's widened glassy eyes were still slightly red from yesterday's play. His cheeks had flushed into a rich pale pink. His scratched lips trembled slightly.

Too cute...

Li Yan held back the urge to kiss those trembling lips and messed Shen Nuo's fluffy head that he had dried with his his handkerchief a few hours ago.

The strands of spiny hair felled down Shen Nuo's face. Shen Nuo quickly pulled the white cloak over his head and hid his face beneath the sheet, smiling bitterly. "Ancestor, go where ever you wish to disappear to, ok? Don't embarrass me any further..."

Li Yan smiled. "Wait a bit more, ok?" He spoke behind. "I've washed our clothes outside. They must get dry. Or you'll catch a cold." He slowly got up. "I'll go and find something to eat."

"Wait! Is there fish in the lake?" Spoke a voice from behind the sheet.

"No, why?"

"..." Shen Nuo just didn't believe it. He slowly popped out half his head from the sheets revealing his big eyes. "But there must be something right?"

"Yeah, there is." Li Yan said nodding with creased brows. "There are snails and slugs. You want me to roast some?" He asked raising his brows.

Shen Nuo felt as if to retch. He looked at Li Yan as if he had eaten ape shit. "You can shut up!"

Li Yan smiled. "It's too cold here than the snowing season. So there are no animals at Jingshan. Besides, it's not good for you to eat meat right now. Let me fetch you some fruits. In the evening, I'll take you to the nearest town to have fun, ok?"

Shen Nuo's eyes brightened. "Really?" He said excitedly.

"Yeah." Li Yan said fixing his robes. "To have fun. Don't you always like to mess around?"

Shen Nuo looked suddenly scared. "Li Yan..."

"Hmm?"

"Don't be too generous..."

"..."

"You're creepy when you're kind..."

"..." Li Yan pursed his thin lips with a smile. His beautiful dimples deepened. "Rest."

Shen Nuo watched Li Yan's tall and majestic shadow against the morning gloom of Mirror Mountains and smiled sighing bitterly again. "Oh, old Shen Nuo... What have you done? Anyway, congratulations to you! You've successfully made your future self gay!"

Li Yan who walked out to the waterfall outside, fetched for the phoenix scroll he had dropped by the stones yesterday. But he couldn't find it. He was confused. This scroll is a very dangerous weapon if it fall into the wrong hands. Could someone have taken it away?

But still he suppressed his fears. Jingshan was unreachable to any except him. So there must be no issue. He must have misplaced it or must have forgotten where he kept it. After all, yesterday was a stormy night... He couldn't help but smile.

He shook his head and walked away. First he must find something for Shen Nuo to eat ...

Few minutes later, Shen Nuo came out of the cave on his all fours and saw his dress spread on a nearby rock. They were already dry. The titanic waterfall thundered down beside and the lake was full of white lotuses. A chilling mist blew. The gentle refreshing fragrance of the lemon grass mixed with the lotus essence was really mind calming. Shen Nuo dressed up quietly, ignoring the stinging pain in his lower body. He felt as if torn.

When he turned to face the waterfall, he suddenly spotted a certain place, a flat mossy little stone protruding off a tall mossy stony wall cascading with silver streams...

Shen Nuo smiled and his face flushed into a faint pink. He lowered his head. He would never forget that place for a lifetime. It was the place where he and Li Yan merged into one soul for the first time. Shen Nuo's face flashed with a faint unbearable sorrow. He would not wish to break their entwined souls apart again. He would cling onto Li Yan for the rest of his life...

He slowly lied on the fresh lemon grass with his hands behind his back. His eyes were fixed at the gloomy sky that was grey and misty. There was no sun. Only the cold sweeping fog.

And unknowingly in his weariness, he felled asleep again. He did not know when he had woken up. The moment he opened his eyes, Li Yan was already lying next to him with his palms beneath his head. Next to him was a bamboo basket full of ripe peaches.

"Why are you sleeping here?" Li Yan asked when he saw Shen Nuo was awake.

"I was too tired to walk back." Shen Nuo said in a slightly hoarse voice. His back was stinging with pain again. "So I rested down here. Look, it's windy and fairly comfortable." He said airily.

"Freezing." Li Yan said drily. "But if you wish to rest here for a while, ok then. First have some peaches. They are fresh. Got them from the mountains.".

Shen Nuo stretched out his hand over Li Yan's face, reaching the bucket and picked up a peach.

"Li Yan, once Fourth brother Shen Hao told me that it was you who named me Nuoyan." Shen Nuo tilted his face to the side and looked at Li Yan. "Why did you name me like that?"

Li Yan's thin lips stretched into a smile. "You were beautiful. So I named you Nuo. But I also wanted a part of my name in yours, so I gave you Yan."

Shen Nuo's eyes were slightly unfocussed as he fixed them hazily upon the sky. He took a little bite from the juicy peach dreamily. "Shen Nuoyan..."

Then suddenly he was speechless. "F@#k you Li Yan! I was only three days old you- you, you, you shameless despicable hooligan! You -" He obviously casted around for words good enough to describe Li Yan's crime.

But Li Yan laughed. That laugh was very beautiful. "Relax!" He said softly. "Back then, I didn't have the feelings like now I do. I only thought you were very beautiful." He teased picking up a peach.

However, this made Shen Nuo purse his lips quickly. After a long time, he spoke in a low voice again. "Then when did it start?"

"I don't know." Li Yan said in a distant voice. "But before even I could realize it, I've already deeply fallen in for you..."

Shen Nuo softly sighed. "Now that the misunderstanding between us is cleared, you better treat me better!"

Li Yan furrowed his brows. "When did I mistreat you in this life, huh? You-!"

But suddenly his breath hitched when he saw Shen Nuo playing with the peach between his lips. The peach was already half eaten and the little rest was between his lips as he played with it with the slender tip of his tongue. Li Yan's breath drew extremely heavy. His expression grew dark.

He immediately threw away the peach he was eating and looked away.

Shen Nuo raised his brows. "Why did you throw it?" His voice was very muffled because of the inconvenience in his mouth.

"Not tasty..." Li Yan spat.

"..." Shen Nuo raised his brows even higher. "Don't lie, Li Yan, my one is very tasty!"

Li Yan looked at him. "Is your peach tasty?"

Shen Nuo nodded genuinely. "Umm, yeah!" He held the little piece of the eaten peach in between his lips and teeth again, looking at the sky.

Li Yan stared at him for a while. Then he suddenly moved closer, flipping his body and pressed Shen Nuo down onto the lofty grass under his body.

Shen Nuo's eyes widened. But before he could think of anything, Li Yan lowered his face and bit down the peach in Shen Nuo's lips, in half. Shen Nuo in his shock actually swallowed the little half that slipped in through his teeth.

But Li Yan did not stop. Making chance, Li Yan slipped his rebellious tongue in. But Shen Nuo broke the kiss and turned his face away. His heart was thundering inside his chest. "Li Yan! Don't do that again! If you want to kiss, just do that slowly, ok? Just don't barge in!"

Li Yan's lips had successfully brushed past Shen Nuo's soft and supple lips when he had done that. Their tongues had met and touched. Li Yan chewed the piece of the peach quite victoriously in satisfaction and pulled an evil grin full of bad intentions. "Tasty indeed..."

"..." Shen Nuo was stunned. This... He had seen Li Yan smile. He had seen Li Yan yell. He had seen Li Yan cry. But this is the first time seeing Li Yan grin. Li Yan's dimples at his cheeks deepened amid a faint blush. His long eyes curved into crescents. This smile was enchanting...

A sudden stab of pain pierced Shen Nuo in his heart. For two lifetimes, he had never seen this side of Li Yan. He remembered that in his last life, he actually never saw Li Yan smile. He only saw Li Yan's sorrow, anger, frustration, distress and madness.

He had never seen Li Yan smile in his last life even for once. How painful it must have been to be separated by his family? How painful it must have been to be betrayed by his trusted subjects? How painful it must have been to get misunderstood by others? How painful it must have been for him to bear the pain of a lifetime's secrets all alone to himself to accept hate in place of love and honor and live like a villain for almost ten years?

Li Yan also seems to like to smile and laugh like others. But he didn't even have the right for that in his last life. He also liked to spend his time with his family together. But he didn't have the luck for that. He must also have love to spend his time together with beloveds. But -

Shen Nuo was too dazed for a moment as he blindly gaped at Li Yan's face. How beautiful it is even to watch when this person is happy? Then suddenly he came back to his senses. "!!!" What the hell was he doing!!? Shit!

"Ooooow!" He gasped suddenly when Li Yan flicked on his forehead with his slender fingertips. "Hahaha, I know that I'm handsome." He teased. "But do you have to stare at me like intensely?"

"Bastard!" Shen Nuo yelled struggling out to break free. His face was now a rich mix between blue berry and black currants. "You-! You're taking advantage of me! Yes you are!"

He raised his hand to slap Li Yan's face away but Li Yan laughed gently and quickly grasped him by the wrists and pinned them down onto the grass either side his head. Then Li Yan lowered his face and bit Shen Nuo's ear tip gently. "You're mine. I can take advantage of you wherever I wish, whenever I want. Who would dare to stop me?"

Shen Nuo's entire body shuddered. His body felled down lamely onto the grass under Li Yan's heavy weight. His eyes were suddenly unfocussed and moist.

Li Yan's smile slowly disappeared when he saw Shen Nuo's face like this. His messy breath drew heavy. He gently pressed his lips between Shen Nuo's forehead.

Shen Nuo froze shuddering. He was speechless. Li Yan really knew how to do things. Li Yan obviously knew one intimate touch of him can leave Shen Nuo weak and lame for hours if possible. What can Shen Nuo possibly do?

Shen Nuo closed his eyes. His heart was suddenly beating so wildly. Li Yan's lips slowly moved down his nose bridge, making Shen Nuo gasp. Then those pale and thin cold lips kissed the tip of his nose before moving to his lips.

Shen Nuo moaned, squirming and heat gathered at every inch of skin that was touched by Li Yan. His eyes drew misty as they half dropped in his hazy drunkenness, drowned in the refreshing scent of sandalwood.

Li Yan moved his lips down Shen Nuo's jaws and finally reached Shen Nuo's neck. This part was highly sensitive. Shen Nuo shuddered violently when Li Yan gently nimbled on the soft skin of his flushed throat, leaving wet and red marks.

Shen Nuo moaned loudly, feeling stimulating currents chilling down his entire body. Heat gathered at his thighs again. His glassy eyes widened. "Li Yan... No..."

Li Yan raised his eyes to look at Shen Nuo. Those eyes were red at the ends.

"Nuo Nuo..."

"Huh..."

"You're only mine."

"I am..."

"You should never look at anyone as long as I'm alive."

"Yes..."

"I love you!"

Shen Nuo smiled amid his convulsive shudders. Why does Li Yan look like a child trying to claim his stolen toy? He gently pulled Li Yan by his nape and sucked the mole between Li Yan's brows.

"Love you too!"

After having stared at each other for a good few heart throbbing seconds, they locked their lips again. And they did not part for a long time...
