Callan explained his understanding of Thea’s condition and his suggestions on how to treat it.

James knew how serious her situation was.

“What’s wrong with Thea?” Quincy finally asked.

Thea gently shook her head and said, “Nothing’s wrong.”

Quincy looked at James.

However, James did not explain.

James stood up and said, “If that’s the case, I’ll head back first and prepare to set off to Divine Sword

Villa to retrieve Crucifier. I might be able to use it to stimulate Thea’s blood and restore her blood’s

regenerative function.

“Maxine’s also seriously injured. I’ll need Crucifier to treat her injuries as well.”

Callan stood up and said, “I don’t have any plans at the moment. Let me go with you. After all, Lucjan is

“Alright.” Callan escorted James out and sent him off.

“Sir, What’s wrong with Thea?”

Thea? Did something happen?”

Callan glanced at Quincy. After contemplating for a while, he told her the truth.

“What?”

After hearing Callan’s description of Thea’s situation, Quincy exclaimed, “Is it that serious?”

Callan frowned and said, “Her situation is much more serious than what I could’ve imagined.”

“Then, how long more does she have to live?”

Callan thought for a while and said, “That depends on whether James’ Crucifier can treat her condition.

If not, with her current cultivation, she should be able to live for a few more years.”

“Fortunately, she still has a few more years. I’m sure James will find a way to treat her.”

Quincy sat down and sighed. Then, she said, “Speaking of which, Thea sure has a pitiful life. Ever

associate the two.”

Meanwhile, James and Thea were going home from Callan’s residence.

Thea remained silent in the car.

James held her hand tightly and reassured her, “It’s okay. We still have a few years left. I’ll definitely

find a way to cure you by then.”
