Chapter 2065

The Almighty Dragon General

James agreed to Tristen’s request.

His homicide charge in Hazted City would be pardoned if he won.

However, an entire city would be eradicated if he was defeated.

He was risking the lives of Earth’s humans, but he had the confidence to win.

James looked at Tristen and said calmly, “You can set the time and venue of the battle.”

Tristen replied, “Since I get to decide, how about one week later on Mount Bane?”

“Alright.” James nodded.

Then, he turned and left under everyone’s watchful gaze.

After James was gone, the smile on Tristen’s face disappeared and was replaced with a grim look. He

turned around and returned to the City Lord’s Mansion. Right behind him was a cabal of powerful

fighters.

Tristen sat on the highest platform in the City Lord’s Mansion’s main hall. He looked at the Son of

Heaven and asked calmly, “Do you have the confidence to kill James?”

The Son of Heaven said arrogantly, “James is nothing but an ant to me.”

Xain promptly advised, “Son of Heaven, you shouldn’t be careless. James is quite an unusual martial

artist and practices Demonic Arts. Moreover, his body’s recovery ability is incredible. Although he was

relatively weak two years ago, he was still able to hold his own rather well.”

He reminded the Son of Heaven.

The Son of Heaven snorted and said, “Hmph. I won’t lose.”

He was sure of his strength.

Another person chimed in. “Don’t forget, Son of Heaven. Two years ago, you were seriously injured by

him.”

Hearing this, the Son of Heaven’s expression darkened, and he clenched his fists tightly.

The disgrace he felt from the battle haunted him.

James had outwitted him. With his strength, he was fully capable of dodging James’ attacks no matter

how lethal.

Tristen said calmly, “James must die at all costs. I plan to get rid of Earth’s martial artists as soon as

possible, starting with James. After killing him, we can take advantage of the incident and cause a

ruckus. Then, we’ll destroy the Omniscient Deity.”

Tristen already had a plan. He had wanted to deal with the Omniscient Deity for a while now. However,

that man was highly regarded, so Tristen needed an opportunity to take action against him.

Now, the perfect opportunity had presented itself.

“James must be defeated. Only after he’s defeated can we cause a commotion and take action against

the Omniscient Deity and the Jade Sect. After we eradicate them, our next targets will be Lothian,

Wrymstead, Japura, Tacriyrus, and other countries.”

Tristen stood up and clenched his fists.

“After the earth’s seal is open, the human regions on earth will be protected, and stronger Outsider

warriors will not be able to access these strongholds. Thus, we must conquer the earth as soon as

possible.”

James had already left by then.

There was still one week for him to make preparations before the decisive battle.

Although he was confident he could kill the Son of Heaven, he wanted to be well-prepared just to be

safe.

After leaving Hazted City, he entered a forest deep within Mount Bane. James looked at the plain ring

on his finger. When James willed it, the ring slipped off his finger, landed on the ground, and a golden

light formed.

The golden light gradually grew brighter and turned into a fist-sized house.

With another thought, James was transported into the Celestial Abode.

After entering the Celestial Abode, it stopped glowing and shrank to the size of a grain of sand,

concealing itself in the ground. Even if someone passed through the area, it would be impossible to find

the Celestial Abode.

This was the Celestial Abode’s unique attribute-it could expand and shrink at will.

Since James was the Celestial Abode’s owner, he could freely change its shape and size.

After entering the Celestial Abode, James appeared in the city center.

“Mr. Spirit Tool! Help! Help!!!”

James began shouting as soon as he was inside the Celestial Abode.

He came to ask the Spirit Tool to teach him some special martial art skills.

Although the Celestial Abode’s former owner, Emperor Jabari, left countless strong and special martial

art skills behind. At James’ current strength, he was unqualified to practice them.
