Chapter 3968

The Omnipotent Lord had great ambitions. He was not satisfied with just being the new universe’s

Lord. His ultimate goal was to conquer the Dark World as well.

James faked a surprised look, asking, “Universe Seeds? What are those?”

Seeing James’ puzzled expression, the Omnipotent Lord chuckled lightly. “Let’s head to the Ancestral

Holy Site. I’ll walk you through everything.”

The Omnipotent Lord smiled and left the Chaos. James smiled back and followed after him.

“Is that it?”

“James admitted defeat?”

“Has he deferred to the Omnipotent Lord?”

The Macrocosm Ancestral Gods that came to spectate the fight were astonished. No one thought

James would willingly bow to the Omnipotent Lord. However, James did not care about their opinions

and followed the Omnipotent Lord to the Ancestral Holy Site.

In the Ancestral Holy Site’s main hall, the Omnipotent Lord sat in the highest seat, and James stood

below him.

“Get our Protector a seat!”

At the Omnipotent Lord’s order, a few beautiful women carried a chair into the main hall and placed it in

front of James.

James sat down, looked at the Omnipotent Lord in the highest seat, and asked, “My Lord, you

mentioned Universe Seeds before. What exactly are they?”

Although James already knew these things, he pretended to not know what the Omnipotent Lord was

talking about.

The Omnipotent Lord smiled and said, “In the past, I only knew that Macrocosm Cores were formed in

Chaos. Back then, I tried so hard to find a Macrocosm Core. When I finally found one, I embedded it on

a Chaotic Treasure, but you swallowed it.”

James listened carefully.

“It wasn’t until a while ago that I found out Macrocosm Cores are formed from Universe Seeds.”

“What? Universe Seeds?” James had a confused look.

The Omnipotent Lord replied mirthfully, “Actually, the Dark World used to be a powerful world known as

the Primordial Realm.”

Hearing his words, James was slightly surprised. He thought the Omnipotent Lord was unaware of the

Dark World’s history and expected him to be unaware of the truth.

James silently listened to him without responding.

The Omnipotent Lord said, “There were many powerhouses during the Primordial Realm Era.

Unfortunately, a huge battle broke out, and these powerhouses died. After their death, they became

Universe Seeds and scattered around the Chaos. Eventually, they would transform into Macrocosm

Cores and form universes.”

As he spoke, the Omnipotent Lord became increasingly excited.

“Our Heavenly Path is already this formidable after merging thirteen universes. If we find all forty-nine

Universe Seeds, form their respective universes, and merge them with our current universe, can you

imagine how powerful our Heavenly Path would become?”

The Omnipotent Lord could not fathom the extent of power this would result in.

James had been listening attentively.

It seemed like the Omnipotent Lord only had a surface-level understanding of everything, but was not

familiar with the details. He was unaware the Universe Seeds were scattered in the Chaos by Yukia.

James frowned and asked, “Such things aren’t even spoken of in the Dark World. Even Ninth Stage

Lords aren’t aware of this information, so how did you find out?”

“You don’t need to ask too many questions. As long as you earnestly follow me, I promise that you’ll

have a bright future.” The Omnipotent Lord was careful not to explain too much.

James stopped prying further. For now, he was sure that someone had helped the Omnipotent Lord

and these people were most likely the Watchers. Alternatively, it was probably someone from the

Greater Realms.

However, James could not figure out the motives of the people helping the Omnipotent Lord.
