Nell gazed at Jason scornfully.

On the other hand, Jason had long given up on fighting back. Instead, he curled up into a ball beside the toilet bowl and kept his head lowered.

Nell still wanted to vent her anger, so she kicked him violently.

She gritted her teeth. “If not for Old Madam Jones, I would have roughed you up a long time ago! You brought it upon yourself today. If you dare to approach me next time, I’ll cripple you! Do you hear me?”

Jason’s face was completely swollen and there were streaks of blood at the corners of his eyes. He was close to passing out and was incapable of answering her.

It was then that Nell realized the gravity of her actions. She thought for a moment before using his phone to text Thomas.

“I’ve been assaulted. Quick, come to the women’s restroom to help me.”

After sending the message, she washed her hands and left.
