Chapter 4

"Lawrence, please seat." it was Lincon. I saw him waiting for me in the living area. He seated in the sofa while drinking a glass of brandy. This is the first time he approached me after the day I moved in this house. Mostly, he came home late and left early. So we didn't have the time to see each other personally and talk.

I seat in the sofa across him. He pick an envelope and give it to me. I pick the envelope and look at him confused.

"Take a look at it." he ordered.

I opened the envelope and to my surprised it was the pictures of me and Marty together with the sweetness we have.

"I told you before, you can do whatever you want except cheating me." he said coldly.

I don't know how to depend my self. He caught me off guard. I keep my head down. He's so cold, I'm scared to talk him back.

"Tell me, who is he?" He asked.

"H-his m-my... my b-boyfriend..." I said stammer.

"Boyfriend? When that start?"

"13 months ago.."

"Did he know, your married now?"

"No, not yet. I'm planning to tell him soon."

"Do you need me to tell him the truth instead?"

"No! I-I do it myself.."

"Then make it very soon before I tell him personally." he warned.

"Y-yes Sir." I been silent for a while. "Can I go to the room now?"

"Go and wash, we have our dinner in a half hour."

I rise, I feel my knee trembling. "P-please excused me Sir."

I take a shower to calm myself. I never imagined how Lincon found out my relationship with Marty. Did he wasted his money to hired someone. As far as I know, since I got married I always careful to display affection to Marty. Most of the time where inside the school. How can someone photograph us. The school is strick for outsider. Is it the driver but he just pick and drop me. Those picture taken in many places we've been. In the cinema, in the park, in a café and even in Marty's house. And as I remembered we always in group when we go somewhere. This is ridiculous!

After I dried my hair, the helper knock in our room. She said the dinner is ready and Lincon asked me to go down stairs. My body get tremble again.

"Take your seat beside Lincon sweetie." my mother in law said.

I obeyed her, I seat beside Lincon.

"How's your schooling Lawrence?" my father in law asked.

"I'm doing fine d-dad." I answered.

"Yes, I heard your the top student of your class. Lincon must be proud of you." my mother in law said.

I just smiled. I looked Lincon, I didn't see any expression. Is he mad at me?

"Let's eat." my father in law said. Through the dinner they talking about business and family matters. I'm just quitely listening to them.

"Here, try this... mom cooked this for you. I told her you like seafood." Lincon served me the dish.

"Oh, Yes. Thank you." I wonder how Lincon know about my favorite food.

"How was it?" my mother in law asked anticipating.

"It tasted good mom. I really love it."

"Really! Well, I cooked you other menu in the future sweetie." she said in excitement.

"Thank you in advance mom."

" Your welcome sweetie."

"Let me taste it?" Lincon asked me.

"Ah? What?" I confused for a second.

"Feed me, I want to taste the seafood too." he ordered.

I don't know what to do, why suddenly ordered me to feed him. I look at his parent they look at me too, waiting for what I will do.

I use my fork to pick a piece of the seafood then feed him. "Here, open your mouth Sir." he obey. He open his mouth and taste it.

"Definitely, it taste good." he look at me smirking.

Why it sound different to me. Did this man flirting.
