Chapter 234 - Look At What You Have Designed

Director Wang took a deep breath and almost vomited a mouthful of blood!

When Little Rui heard that, she could only lower her head and hold in her laughter.

Apparently, Director Wang had always received a large bouquet of roses in the past years, and she would show them off to everyone in the office. However, she did not receive any bouquets for the Double Seven Festival this year. Not even a single stalk…

She was obviously jealous.

That was why Director Wang was making a fuss early in the morning, wanting to get rid of the flowers.

“Mu Siyin! Don’t think you can be so unruly just because you have a rich boyfriend to support you. If you have the ability, demonstrate it in your work instead of relying on your boyfriend for everything. Do you have no shame at how undedicated you are to your work?

“Don’t forget. No matter how beautiful this flower is, it will wilt one day.”

Director Wang detested beautiful yet arrogant young ladies like Mu Siyin the most!

Mu Siyin understood the meaning behind Director Wang’s words, and she smirked disapprovingly. “Is Director Wang implying that a person will age one day, no matter how beautiful they are?”

Director Wang crossed her arms and grunted with her chin raised. “At least you’re aware of it!”

Mu Siyin said, “I do agree with your words, but who hasn’t been young before? How am I not dedicated to work just because I am in a relationship? Besides, you haven’t arranged any important work for me either.”

Director Wang was furious at how Mu Siyin talked back to her. “You’re just a graduate. What kind of important work do you want me to arrange for you?!”

Mu Siyin sighed softly. “Forget about it. Everything you say is justifiable. Consider it as my fault. I’ll put my flowers on my own table.”

Then, she left with the vase in her arms without bothering to see how unpleasant Director Wang’s expression was.

Director Wang gritted her teeth angrily!

‘This Mu Siyin is really getting increasingly presumptuous!’

By then, half of the colleagues had arrived in the office. When they saw Mu Siyin coming in with a bunch of roses again, they were surprised.

It was only after Mu Siyin placed the flowers down on her desk did everyone realize that the vase of flowers was the same vase at the front desk.

Everyone only had one word in their minds as they looked at the two vases of red roses on Mu Siyin’s table. “Tacky!”

Mu Siyin did not care what others thought. After all, no one in the office treated her sincerely anyway. There was nothing to be bothered about as long as she performed well in her designated job.

Once work hours started, Director Wang walked in from the front desk. She subconsciously glanced towards Mu Siyin’s direction and snorted upon noticing the two vases of striking red roses on Mu Siyin’s table. Then, she continued heading towards her room with a frown on her face.

Not long after Director Wang had entered her room, she came bursting out again!

She no longer had that arrogant expression on her face. Instead, she looked panicked and in rage!

“Those involved in Mrs. Laura’s order, come here right now!”

Everyone in the office shuddered at Director Wang’s angry roar!

Mu Siyin furrowed her brows. ‘Isn’t Mrs. Laura that customer who made that big order just the other day? Does that Old Hag’s expression mean that something happened to that order?’

The company’s top three designers entered Director Wang’s room one by one. She simply flipped through the designs and threw them at the designers while screaming, “Look at what you’ve designed.

“Mrs. Laura said these are not what she wants at all! She also said that there is no novelty in these designs! Didn’t I ask you to communicate with the person in charge? What have you communicated?!”
