Bonus ♡

Birthday bonus since today is my 17th! (Yes I did make Zara and I have the same birthday since I never seen anyone else have the same birthday as me lol) (February 7th)

| Zara's pov |

"Happy birthday" I hear a voice say and light brushing of kisses going down my jaw to my neck

I smile with my eyes closed "thank you" I whisper

"Aren't you going to get up?" Enzo says chuckling

I hum and cuddle closer to him "in a minute" I mumble into his neck

I feel the vibration of his laugh run through my veins and it immediately makes me wake up

I lift my head and smile looking at him "good morning" I whisper

"Good morning sweetheart" he whispers back with a smile

"Ready for your birthday" he grins

"What are we doing?" I ask curiously

"That would be a surprise" he smirks

I huff at his response "not even a little hint" I pout

"Not even a little one" he shakes his head and pecks my pout

"Can you at least tell me how to dress?" I ask

"How about we get up and have breakfast, and then as the day goes on I will tell you what kind of clothing you should wear" he smiles slightly

"Fine" I whisper leaning closer to his touch

"Can we just sleep for like 5 more minutes?" I ask

He laughs "okay"

I doze off into sleep not before feeling Enzo's soft lips graze the top of my head

"Thank you" I whisper against his lips at breakfast

He laughs "this is nothing but you're welcome"

"You can give me a sticker for my birthday and that's all and I'd be happy so for you to go through all the trouble for even breakfast means a lot," I say hugging him

He kisses the tip of my nose and pulls me on his lap

We eat breakfast with Mia and then he tells me to get dressed in casual clothing

(Her outfit ^)

"You look beautiful" Enzo smiles walking into the room

"Thank you" I smile

"You ready to go?" Enzo asks hugging me from behind

I nod as I lean back into his touch

"Let's go" he kisses my neck grabbing my hand

We drive for a while until we get to his parent's house that they have in New York

I smile to myself, glad that he included others for today, I really wanted to spend time with loved ones.

Mia jumps out of the car, and Enzo screams for her to be careful as he walks around the car to my door

I take his hand and immediately connect our lips for a short kiss before Mia sees "I love you" I whisper against his lips

"I love you" he smiles pecking my lips

"Happy birthday Zara!" Sophia says bringing me into a hug as soon as she opens the door

"Thank you" I smile hugging her back

"Happy birthday" Antonio yells from outside as he's grilling food

"Thank you" I yell back laughing

"Happy birthday sexyyyyyy" I hear Ava's voice say as we enter the kitchen

"AVA!!! You're here?!" I say running up to her

"Duh would it be a family dinner without your most awesome BFF and basically sister" she smirks

"And you can't forget the coolest other best friend in your life" Matteo grins walking over from outside

"Matt!" I smile hugging him

"Happy birthday" he grins

It's perfect,

This is perfect

All the people important to me that I love all over for dinner

I couldn't ask for anything better

I feel hands snake around my waist from behind and I immediately smile

"Thank you" I whisper my eyes filling with tears

"You are aware you're a little too easy to make happy right?" Enzo whispers into my ear

I feel a tear run down my cheek "I know but what more could I want than family" I shrug

"Sweetheart" he whispers turning me around and hugging me

I hug him back, he wipes my tears away

"Well I'm glad you have a family now who love you" he whispers

I smile "me too"

"Quit hogging the birthday girl, let's go eat" Sophia gestures us over to the dining room

I grin taking Enzos hand and following Sophia

'Happy birthday to youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" everyone sings loudly

I smile and blow out the candles

"What did you wish for?" Mia asks

"Nothing, I have all I want and need in this room" I grin

I feel Enzo connect our hands under the table and give them a squeeze

I look over at him to see a warm smile covering his face

This is my second birthday with Enzo but first with his parents since it didn't work out last year yet this feels so natural and just purely amazing being around them, dinner consisted of a lot of laughing, smiling, and just talking

We eat dessert while continuing to talk and then I open presents

"Thank you Ava" I grin looking down at the vintage classic books she got me with beautiful covers

"Your welcome, I know how much you love your reading" she smiles

"Oh there's also a Barnes and Noble gift card in one of the books for you to get some educational books" she winks

I laugh at her attempt to hide the fact she's talking about smut books

"Wow," I say quietly looking at the breathtaking Italian dining set that looks similar to some of Sophias

"I had someone in Italy make them since you loved mine so much" she smiles

"There breathtaking thank you" I grin

"Why would you want that and books for your birthday instead of barbies?" Mia says frowning

Everyone in the room starts laughing

"Well because I'm a grown-up and these are things that interest me now" I shrug

"Well then I don't want to be a grown-up" she scrunches up her nose to which everyone laughs again

I finish up opening presents and we sit and talk a little more until Enzo and I leave

"Wait what about Mia?" I ask

"She's staying here for the night," he says

"Yeah so y'all can be loud and have fun without Mia around" Ava laughs

I gasp and nudge her arm

"What? You're acting Like I'm lying" she rolls her eyes

'Whatever' i mumble taking Enzo's hand

We say goodbye to everyone and head out "gosh that was embarrassing" I cringe thinking about what Ava just said

I can hear Enzo laughing as he walks over to his side of the car after he closed my door

"Well she wasn't lying, I couldn't give you one of your gifts with a child present" he smirks putting his hand on my thigh

I feel my cheeks heat up, even now I still get flustered at the thought of intimacy with Enzo even though we've had plenty of that

| a couple hours later |

After we showered together and then relaxed and watched a movie of my choosing Enzo told me to dress up very nice so I went upstairs to get ready

(Her dress^)

I walk down the stairs to see Mr sexy in an all-black suit

I think I almost slipped on the stairs when I saw him, how can a man look that good?

He hears my heels click on the stairs and looks up from his phone and looks me up and down

"You should be thankful that I have learned how to control myself," he says looking me up and down all over again

I hum and connect our lips and wrap my arms around his neck "you look hot" i say against his lips

He laughs

"You're absolutely beautiful," he says

My heart melts "thank you" I say quietly

"Come on" he leads me to a car

We get to a very fancy restaurant called 'love bites'

I gasp "how did you get reservations to this place?" I look at him with wide eyes

"Guess being a well-known businessman has its perks" he shrugs and laughs

"I'm sure it does," I say as my jaws practically on the floor as we walk inside

"Thank you, thank you, thank you," I say peppering him with kisses

He laughs "you're welcome, you're welcome, you're welcome" as he peppers me with kisses back while laughing

We head inside and get seated

After some amazing food and taking a stroll around New York, we head home

He gives me a present which ends up being a breathtaking necklace and then tickets for us to go to Hawaii again but just the two of us for 4 days

I jump into his arms kissing him hard, he carries us to the bedroom

"Now for your last gift," he says laying me down kissing down my neck
